Nice comfortable room in downtown La Spezia.

The owner is a fantastic lady, very kind, welcoming, and talkative. The room is located downtown, really well connected with everything you may need. I recommend to sleep here if you find it available!

The apartment at cinque Terra is decorated in a beautiful classical Italian style. The apartment is immaculate, very clean and fragrant of flowers.

The place is great value for money, I have no complaints

Fantastic location, amazing host and facilities

Very authentic, host Elyse was very helpful and friendly. Location was fantastic. Place was very clean and smelt very fresh. All amenities you could want available. Train station only 700m or so making it a quick walk and quick train to all of the Cinque Terre towns. La Spezia itself is also beautiful to explore and mostly flat compared to the other towns.

Our host, Ellie, was very kind and accommodating (though only speaks Italian, but is very adept with google translate!). The room was clean and as pictured. good location close to the station and access to Cinque Terre villages

This should not be a shared space

very good location and very clean

The host spoke no English so it was very difficult to communicate. I wasn’t aware we wouldn’t have access to the kitchen (all we wanted to do was put some wine in the fridge) and trying to access it caused a commotion with the host. My friend and I were using the hairdryer and the AC was on and blew the fuse, the host got extremely upset and made us feel terrible even though we got the power back on after about 10 minutes by us figuring out how to fix it. Her reaction left us feeling very uncomfortable in the space and was very unnecessary. Finally when we were checking out the host went into the room and made some rude hand gestures and Italian comments as we left.

Elyse is the sweetest lady

The room is spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom and the room are very well equipped. It’s just a few minutes walk to La Spezia train station, which links you to cinque terre. Everything was great. But the best part was definitely Elyse, the host, a very nice lady that made us feel at home.

We loved everything.

Good location, perfect price, nice. Funny communication in italian thru translate in mobile phone. :)

Little bit hard to find, normal flat in house in flat in 5th. floor without label. But everythink was in message, you must read (and translate) it. :)

Exceptional

The owner is a sweet old lady who was very welcoming. The room is big enough for 2 people. An air cooler was very much helpful in the summer season. Location is 10mins walk from train station. Everything was clean.

Felt like home

Everything! The place was unbelievably clean and tidy. The lady hosting us was so so so heartwarming and welcoming. She had thought of everything. Of every detail. I could say it was an honor for us to visit.

Exceptional

We liked everything about this stay. The room was exceptionally clean, the host was the warmest person ever and the location was really good for our travel plans (5-10 minutes by walking from the train station). Everything was disinfected and COVID compliant, we stayed with masks in the common area, us and the Eli as well. Eli speaks only Italian, but this only made the whole experience more authentic. Even though I did not speak italian at all and my fiance speaks at a conversational level, she did not hold back at all and was the most considerate and helpful host we have ever had the chance to meet. She let us leave our baggage early in the morning (before check in) and late in the afternoon the next day (after check out) and that was really an advantage. Even though the room is in an apartment, it has it's own private bathroom. By mistake we broke the entrance key and offered to pay for it, but she did not let us. We really liked staying here and for me words are not enough to explain how much I enjoyed the small conversations with Eli. She felt like a person that I have known for a while, full of warmth and kindness, truly like a real grandmother, even though we were not at all related.

Superb

The lady is very kind and gave us some information but unfortunately we barely understand Italian. The room and the bath room were super clean and beautiful. It was very nice to stay there.

The air con was a bit noisy and wifi didn't work so well. As well as no any kitchen tools and refrigerator. Just 2 cups and a boiler.

Ellyse was very kind and accommodating, she was a good help. Everything was perfect.

The only thing that we don't like was the noise of the air condition.
