About this villa rental
We have done our best to make your stay as comfortable as possible, both for the young and old. Park you boat on the pontoon down by the water, grab one of the SUP's or canoes to go & explore. The deck is our personal favourite with stunning views across to Tinaburra & Lake Tinaroo. We have a separate outdoor BBQ area and the large living has a bar for entertaining and a cozy fire place. It comfortably fits 10 guests. Situated on a large 1,000m2 block that backs onto the lake, with private side access. (Good to know that there is no public access) The pontoon down by the water is for you to use during your stay, hook your boat up to it, fish from the dock or gaze at the stars at night time. We have an additional BBQ area surrounded by established gardens including fruit trees and seasonal vegetable gardens, all for your use. Head down the waters edge for a picnic or have a slip and slide going on the grass!! We have stand-up paddle boards and canoes available for use included in your package, making sure you are making the most out of your holiday! All rooms are fully air conditioned, the large bedroom in the left of the house also has a ceiling fan. The other bedrooms have aircon and pedestal fans. We have a ceiling fan in the living area as well. Fire wood for the indoor fire place is supplied. We have a proper baby cot and high chair, our "Jungle Room" is set up as the kids room however we made sure the beds are comfortable enough for anyone to sleep in. Offering a single and the triple bunk has a king single at the top and queen bed at the bottom. A Bed guard is available upon request. We have (kids) games, colouring in and lots of (kids) books. The TV is hooked up to Disney Channel & Netflix. Lakeside Tinaroo is our home away from home and we want you to feel at home as well.

The home was beautiful and Paul and Laura were very accommodating.
I would definitely stay here again, you have easy access to the lake and are able to paddle board and canoe. Water skiing can’t be done off the pontoon as there is a 6 Knot limit, but you can easily drive around to Tinaburra for the day.

Located in a quiet street, a short drive from Yungaburra and many attractions. The home is suitable for entertaining, with the sprawling deck off the kitchen all which overlooks the lake. It was an added bonus having a pontoon to tie the boat to. This home comes with everything and the hosts are warm and welcoming :)

We spent two wonderful nights at Laura and Paul's beautiful house.
As a family of seven, the house perfectly fitted our needs.
The amazing terrace was only second best to the wonderful hospitality by Laura and Paul.
We highly recommend stating here.

The property is spacious,and well-appointed. Beautiful views over Lake Tinnaroo. For much of the time, we sat out on the huge deck enjoying the sights and sounds of nature. Canoes and paddle-boards were also provided,which gave us a lot of fun in the beautiful weather. Staying at the right time,we were able to shop at the wonderful Yungaburra Market. Paul & Laura were easy to communicate with and were warm and welcome, even making a special effort for our friend’s special birthday.

Relaxing stay with plenty to do

We had 3 separate families sharing this house and it was perfect. Well equipped with everything we could possibly need, lots of toys and games for the kids and a high chair and cot so we didn't have to transport all of that with us. Communication with the hosts was great and they were very accommodating. We can't wait to visit again.

The deck overlooking the lake was beautiful and much time was spent here relaxing. My young son enjoyed fishing from the bank of the lake and we all enjoyed a canoe. The location of the property is ideal - right on the lake front but also incredibly close to the lovely town of Yungaburra. We found the beds a little hard for our liking so didn't sleep amazing but everything else about the property was wonderful. The owners were also incredibly understanding when one of the guests fell and broke the shower screen and were very lovely to deal with. Thanks again for sharing your special home with us.

Everything is green and lush, gardens provide nice privacy and shade. 4 bedrooms all decorated nicely with homely furnishings (plus air conditioning), beds were really comfortable!

We had a very nice long weekend away. The house is beautiful and has everything you need for a family getaway. The kids instantly felt at home and loved walking through the beautiful gardens and paddling on the dam. We will definitely be back!

Yungaburra is really central to much of the Tablelands so was a great situation. The house itself had great views and lake access which was thoroughly enjoyed by the kayakers. Our toddler loved wandering around the fruit trees, the neighbourhood ducks that would visit and the lighting displays!! Caters really well for kids. Things like the cot, change mat and kids toys made things easy and stress free for us parents! We also loved eating out on the deck each night watching the sunset and the super comfy lounge chairs!!
