We have been to St John several times now and this was our second stay at Joe and Tina's Villa. They are great host, who are attentive if you need them and make sure you are taken care of. The villa is clean and you will have everything you need for your stay including snorkel gear. The villa is good place to relax and to call home while you are on the Island. There is a nice pool and hot tub to enjoy as well after a day at the beach. We will be back. Tom V.

My wife and I made this suite our home base for our daily excursions snorkeling the many beaches of St. John. We like the quiet setting, availability of beach chairs and cooler, and laundry. We appreciate the hosts.

We enjoyed this location because it is close to Cruz Bay and the north shore beaches. Joe and Tina are accommodating and we enjoy visits from Pip, the dog. We have rented two of their properties and we are considering a return.

We really enjoyed our stay in Fish Bay at "Orchard". The apartment was very spacious, had a great kitchen with good quality equipment (blender/micro/range/nice clean fridge/ toaster), nice wrap around porches for sitting outdoors and enjoying the stars and night sounds and a great little pool for enjoying after a hot day in the sun. Hadn't understood that the A/C was only in the bedroom but it turned out to be a none issue with great ceiling fans and lots of cross breezes through large sliding screen doors. It felt very private and cozy and very very clean which we really appreciated. We snorkeled a different gorgeous beach every day (we brought our own equipment but there is some there), mostly had dinners in Cruz bay (a book of menus in the apartment) and cooked breakfast at home before heading out. If you have not visited the island before, know that you are driving at 20mph and under as the roads are insane - on the left, steep hills, hair pin turns, etc - so it takes a while to get to Cruz bay 15-20 min and then that again to get up to the beaches. We thank our hosts and encourage others to stay at Orchard - it is a lovely spot!

This villa is a beautiful, quiet retreat! My husband and I spent 3 nights. We spent the day visiting gorgeous beaches and hiking the trails. It was wonderful to return back to a relaxing villa to relax and enjoy the quiet. It has all the amenities you would need. Other guests in the adjacent villas, were rarely seen and never heard. The villa is located a quick drive from Cruz bay. Would love to stay on our next visit to St. John and hopefully for longer time period.

This was an easy rental from start to finish. The location was great for us. We liked being out away from town. It was very clean and well stocked with useful items. Definitely would recommend it.

This villa was very clean, well-maintained and decorated just as the pictures show. It is situated in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood that is a bit away from the hustle and bustle of Cruz Bay. You will need to rent a car/jeep in order to stay here, as it is not on a main taxi route - it's about a 10-12 min drive into Cruz Bay from this location. The villa has easy driveway parking for your vehicle, so no worries there. The caretaker was always around and very friendly. Both the pool and the hot tub were very nice. There is a laundry on the lower level, which was great for washing bathing suits and towels after a day at the beach. A few caveats to an otherwise great property: There are no water views - it faces what I would call "inland island views". Very nice and tropical - but no blue water views. There are a total of three units in this rental, so you will have to deal with the comings and goings of other vacationers. The other folks who stayed there at the same time were mostly quiet, but keep in mind you can hear them, especially if they are out on the balcony. Not sure if this was mentioned in the listing, but only the bedroom is air-conditioned - the rest of this unit, including the bathroom, is not. There were ceiling fans and lots of air flow, but we went at a very humid time, and had we wanted to cook or use the stove, it would have made the unit unbearably hot. Also, a minor thing but this unit is desperately in need of better bed pillows. All in all, this rental is very well-priced and a very good value for a single traveler or a couple. We would definitely stay at this property again.

This is the first time my partner and I have been to St. John and it was lovely staying here. The owners were very nice and gave accurate directions to get to the property. The property was tucked away in a quiet little spot on a decent sized piece of land. Woke up every morning to deer feeding in the back yard & the occasional iguana in the trees. Would recommend and stay again in the future.

Our stay at Joe and Tina’s property was amazing!!! The house was very clean. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. Joe and Tina were very accommodating in working with me and my husband when our flight to St. John was re-scheduleed. I highly recommend this property!!! Can’t wait until next year!!!

Wonderful place to stay!

I have been to St John many times but usually stayed close to town. This property is not that close to town however staying in the country has advantages. This property was magical. There were deer and other critters and the sounds at night were like music. Its a beautiful property and Tina (owner) connected us to the BEST taxi service (we chickened out on renting.a car) Pipers Taxie/car rental. We had everything we needed for our stay and it was completely lovely. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you Tina & Joe for a wonderful stay on island !!

Nice place away from it all. Deer in the backyard and a nice loud frog we listened to every night (it was nice!) We were not in the house much at all (it’s St. John!) but it had everything we needed just in case. All the kitchen needs. But we don’t cook on vacation! We did use the beach towels, chairs and cooler daily. Very nice. It was our 5th trip to the island and another great one!

Tina and Joe are amazing !!!! They are so sweet and knowledgeable about the island. Their home is so quiet and tucked away in a very safe neighborhood right outside of town. They provide everything you need for a perfect vacation! We will absolutely be back again soon!! ** If you are really lucky you might even get to meet Pip the cutest island dog :)

Wonderful stay. Nice pool and hot tub! Joe and Tina were very helpful with everything. Iguanas ,deer and bunnies in the yard. We felt very safe and comfortable. Never locked the door. Excellent spot!

Everything about this property was perfect for a quiet secluded getaway. Having an apartment to ourselves for a week of reconnecting was perfect. The property was in a lovely garden setting in Fishbay. The balcony looking with a Mountain View was wonderful to sit on in the morning and have a cup of coffee and I the evening to star watch. Use of the hot tub, pool, and laundry room was a plus. Tina has a wealth of knowledge about the island and was available to answer questions that we had. We will definitely consider renting this property again.

This place is great if you really want to experience St. John. We rented a jeep and explored the whole island, went hiking, kayaking, went to about 5-6 different beaches all in 4 days. This place was awesome to come back to at night, nice kitchen and grill to cook delicious fresh seafood, and then sit and relax in the hot tub. Mountain views are beautiful, can't wait to come back.

This villa was perfect for 2 of us. We decided to stay in the valley this time and we are glad we did. We had a nice breeze every morning and night! Lots of beautiful papaya trees, and all the amenities we look for in a Villa! We will defiantly be back!

Great place. Private. Everything you need. Fantastic location. Near town but not too close. St John is beautiful. Beaches, snorkeling... great. Town is open. Could not have been better.
