The house was warm, welcoming and comfy. Lots of amenities to use. The location was a short drive to Murphy’s which was amazing. We had great communication with the host.

This was a perfect vacation home with all the amenities needed for a stress free weekend getaway. + The host Teresa is very responsive and was also flexible with early check-in (though we could not get there early...lol). + The house had everything we needed and was big enough for our family get-together (5 adults + 1 Teenager + 2 kids) + Its about 0.5 miles from Kiva (Lake Tulloch).....good cardio to get down there and back up to the house!!! + Kitchen and Bathrooms are very well stocked. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and a relaxing weekend. THANK YOU Teresa!

This house is in a great location close to Lake Tulloch. There was plenty of room for family. The host, Teresa, was terrific and very attentive to our needs.

This is the second time I have stayed at this house. Very accommodating.

A very nice house, owner was very nice and answered quickly. Has a cool garage area with a ping pong table, it was a great place to hang out. Great view too and you can regularly see deer. Everything was great. The only thing is that the neighborhood has very limited lake access, the house comes with a key to get into a lakefront beach area with a boat ramp but the swim area was small and crowded. Since it is on the other side of the lake, it takes a long time to get to the rv park and marina (a place to rent boats and that had a bigger swim area). However it would be an absolutely perfect place if you had your own boat already. The ac also stopped working a couple days into the trip but it was survivable as the owner also has many fans and a swamp cooler and she even offered to refund us a day to make up for it which is a very nice gesture. Overall, the place is great and it would be even more amazing if you already had a boat or some jet skis.
