All amenities, cookware, plus some basic spices. Beds we’re comfortable. Couches were functional and looked nice but not so comfortable but fine. Clean, attractive place but some art appears to be missing (nails are present were pieces were hung and in the ad you can see there were pictures that are no longer there) but this didn’t affect our stay of course. Coffee filters, dish and laundry soap were there also. Heat and air conditioner worked well and were quiet. Quite a nice place.

Great property will definitely stay here again. Front door keys do not work but work on side door. No a big problem. Other than that all was fantastic

Enjoyed our stay! Great layout with a lot of space for 2 couples. Washer and dryer was a bonus and the pool and pool table was a nice addition. Quiet building, easy access, good parking. Would definitely book again! Thanks

We rented a 2 bedroom condo over Christmas for our family to stay at while in town visiting family. The condo was clean, quiet, easy to access, and the perfect fit for what we needed. The kids loved the swimming pool even though the walk over was VERY cold over the holidays! My siblings also rented condos in this building which was a perfect arrangment.

Condo was exactly as described. Very clean and enough room for two guests. Air conditioning worked great, however as there was no AC units in the bedrooms it was hot and in these rooms. The key to the condo building was a bit tricky (no issues with unit key) but once you figured out the magic touch on how to position the key, no issues. Kitchen was well stocked but I would suggest a few more glasses for beverages. All In all, would rent again in the future.

The actual apartment is fantastically furnished, clean, and comfortable. The on-site amenities are good, and there are some convenience stores nearby. However, it is located very far from anything in Saskatoon. I would have given 5 stars if it weren’t for this and the extremely loud construction that ensured we could not sleep past 8am.

Very nice property in a great location in Saskatoon. Kitchen well appointed, two large bedrooms with queen sized beds. Very nice bathroom. Only complaint I have is that the blinds are not blackout and the rooms very bright as a result. Fix that and these are a good deal.

We are new to Saskatoon and wanted a place for 15 days. This place was perfect for my family which included an infant as well. House was super clean, all the kitchen stuff was there and everything was nearby. Property manager Tanya was really good and helpful. She helped in early check-in, timely communicated with me for other stuff and in the end helped us with late check out as well. She is really good at her work and I would rate her very high for her work.

We were in town to buy a house and wanted to stay somewhere with ready access to all parts of the city. The condo was perfectly located for us. The services within walking distance were a huge bonus including a pub and convenience store. We also took advantage of being close to Hyde Park, taking in all the beautiful walking paths around the lake. The microwave didn't work, which would have come in handy for meals, but otherwise this was the perfect spot for our stay.

The property is in a good location, close to a few restaurants, good neighborhood. The apartment was super clean and nicely decorated with everything you may need. I really enjoyed my stay and recommend to anybody who is looking for a place here in Saskatoon!

All categories were satisfactory as you can see from our 5-star rating. Just one additional comment regarding the heating system in the unit. The heat ran continuously and by end of each day was between 26 and 28 degrees. We were not able to regulate the heat. We did report this to the manager and she did offer another unit in the building that we could move to that evening. We chose to stay because we had settled in and it would have been complicated to change units at that point.
