This stunning 2,500 square foot home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 1 half bath, and comfortably accommodates up to 14 people. Canyon Lake is known for its views and, at Bella's Cove, you'll get the best of them from the 2 decks located in the back of the home. The top-level deck features a gas grill, ample seating, and gorgeous views while the lower deck is where you'll find the relaxing hot tub. The inside of the home is just as spectacular. This split-level home features a comfortable upper living area complete with cozy furniture, HDTV hung just above the fireplace, and breathtaking views via the large panel windows. Just off the living room, you'll find the kitchen that features stainless steel appliances, plenty of cooking space, is stocked with all of the cooking and dining essentials, and offers plenty of seating via the dining table and island. Near the kitchen, you'll find the study as well as a full washer and dryer. The upper level also houses the master bedroom which includes a king-size bed, a cozy love seat, TV, gorgeous lake views, and an attached private bathroom. The luxurious master bathroom features dual sinks, a tiled walk-in shower, and a spacious walk-in closet. A second bedroom includes 2 full size beds and deck access with stunning lake views. The lower level of the home features a living area that's perfect for the kids and a queen sleeper sofa as well as a TV. The second full bathroom is also found downstairs and features a shower/tub combo. Need more room for the kids? The third bedroom offers full-size bunk beds and an additional queen sleeper sofa. Not ready to retire to the bedrooms? Near the water's edge, you'll find a relaxing campfire area with seating. Convenient is the best way to describe the location of this home. Great place with a beautiful lake view

I would DEFINITELY rent this home again! It was my husband and 9 teenagers on the trip. The layout was PERFECT for the boys to have their own space with their own livingroom and bedrooms on the lower floor, and the master bedroom was on the second floor so we could have our own space and our own deck to ourselves. The location and view was amazing. The host response was immediate when i couldn't find the access info on my VRBO app. They checked in via text a couple times through our stay to let us know that they are available for anything if needed. The house was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need including plenty of laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and even full size shampoo and body wash in the showers. (Not those tiny hotel size bottles). It felt like we were at home!
Just a couple things for FYI... and by NO means a negative comment at all.
The top bunk bed is a loose. The kids had plenty of other beds to sleep so it wasn't a problem. It's just to let you know about it.
There are only 12 forks. No big deal, we picked some plastic forks up at the store. Again, just letting you know about it.
The big decorative boulders on the edge of the driveway made it a bit of a challenge to back out. Moving just one of the boulders on the left side of the driveway would help a lot!

The property had amazing views and fit our 8 people comfortably. I would say, though, the cleanliness and decor could be improved. Great seating outdoors and a ton of kitchen utensils. There is a blender, but no pitcher to blend it. Dishwasher just ran for us, so we ended up washing everything by hand- but no real biggie!

Great property! Beautiful view and lovely private trail to lake shore. Spacious and great for a family of 12 with a bunch of little kiddos! Defiantly suggest having a baby gate available for families with small kids, but it was a nice getaway!

The view is INCREDIBLE, and so is the path down to the lake where we watched the sunset. This is a great house for a group vacation (we were a group of friends, but it'd work for a family as well) because the layout sleeps many people while still giving everyone a good amount of space.
There were just some things (the downstairs bathroom door didn't lock, coffee options provided were a coffee maker but no filters; a Keurig machine with no K-cups; and a broken french press, for example) that were minor inconveniences.
Other than that, the stay was great. The primary bedroom shower was amazing.

This was a beautiful property and very relaxing! Only recommendations would be to replace the mattresses on the bunk beds and make them more stable. The hot tub was not working the first time we tried to use it, but the management company came out the next day and fixed it!

We had a good time, the house was nice, excellent view and provided more than the basics. The missing start is because of the mattresses in the bedrooms downstairs. Not comfortable at all. Thank you!! <3

Memorial trip for mom
We take a little trip every year for my mom who passed away on July 5th. This house was beautiful. My bad knees made it hard for me to take the hike down to the water but I made it there and back a few times lol. Great House! The view is amazing!

Everything was perfect and so so clean. I was so sad when I realized that I had forgotten my waffle maker once we unpacked; thank my lucky stars, the house had one!!!!! The accommodations were perfect for my family of 7 plus 3 of our kids friends. The view and hot tub were on point. We'll be back for sure.

Trash in property
Place needs some attention! Trash is everywhere and back door is having doorknob problems and 2 tvs aren't working.

Amazing family vacation
Had an exceptional stay! With an amazing view, and a very clean environment. There were so many accommodations in the house and it was very spacious to fit our family. We all loved it thank you so much!! First family / Cousin vacation loved it and the experience:)

Comfortable with Great View!
We had a great time at Bella's cove with friends! The view is fantastic from the living/dining room and from the back porch. The house is comfortable. A short hike brings you to kid friendly lake access with shallow entry.

Great location! Spent time fishing, LOTS of time on the balconies, hot tub, cornhole, etc. Close to marina, stores, restaurants, & tubing. Wildlife everywhere. Nice inside as well. Had all the amenities needed.

We chose Bella’s Cove for our 1st family vacation. We have 6 kids ranging from 6-17. The house was the perfect size for our crew. The “walk” down to the lake wasn’t to bad. The “Hike” back up was another story. The stairs/ walkway was nice but once that ended and it was a nice hike down to the water. It wasn’t a issue, Just want you to know what it will be like back and forth to the water. The kids loved the water it was crystal clear untill they got in and stirred up the dirt on the bottom at least where they could touch. About 12-15 ft. From the waters edge it gets deep and you can’t touch bottom. Make sure you wear water shoes/ old tennis shoes in the water because of the rocks. We fished but didn’t catch anything.
The fire pit cover is bent and we didn’t get to use it because they were under burn ban. We were sad about that.
The hot tub is new and very nice. It was very relaxing after walking back and forth from the lake a few times.
The house was very clean and very well stocked. We grilled hot dogs and Hamburgers. There were pots, pans, mixing bowls tons of utensils.
The room down stairs with the 2 double beds seems to be a little warm compared to the rest of the house. They did have a box fan and a small oscillating fan. The one thing I wish we could have changed was the view from the Master was blocked by a few tree limbs. Just a few little limbs trimmed would have made it perfect.
Over all we definitely recommend this home. It wasn’t so fancy that I felt on edge having kids everywhere. It felt like home. Maybe if I hit the gym a little more we will be back.

It is a large house and, although we had only 4 people, I could see this a good location for a larger group. Check in was easy and the maintenance company responded to our requests while we were there. The reason for 4 stars is due to the fact that this house and it's furnishings show wear and tear. Plus the cleaning crew needs to up it's game a bit.

Awesome Place to Relax with Family
My family along with a friend stayed at Bella's Cove this past week. It was an awesome experience and a wonderful place to get away and reconnect with Texas's finest gem, Canyon Lake. Most importantly not did the adults enjoyed it, but the kids loved it as well. Highly recommend this place if you are looking to visit and experience Canyon Lake.

Stellar experience!
We came during Winter Break with our young kids and had an amazing time. The home was very cozy, welcoming, and very clean. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked (we love to cook)! We all enjoyed the hot tub and of course the views of the lake and animals couldn’t be beat! We highly recommend this home and would love to come back. We had a fun Hill Country get away and Bella’s Cove was the perfect example of Southern Hospitality.
