Excellent location for your stay or visit in Saskatoon. Located in new area of Rosewood in Saskatoon, SK. The property is conveniently located 10 minutes from downtown area, 5 minutes from popular 8th Street and 15 minutes from the University of Saskatchewan. Easy access to all amenities including Luxury Club House that features swimming pool, weight room and rec room with pool table. Property is brand new and features all new furniture and appliances. Includes master bedroom, master bathroom, second bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and a spacious living area. Both bedrooms have queen sized beds. The kitchen has everything you need for everyday comfort during your stay. Rent also includes front load washer and dryer, Cable TV, and WI-FI access. The condo was amazing, clean and quiet. Loved it. Would definitely rent again.

Everything was like you see in the pictures . The place was very clean ,bright , beautiful decor and comfortable beds . The location was perfect for us for the wedding location and we were a short distance to get on highway 11 South to go home . The Host was very pleasant to talk to . I would definitely stay here again.

This is our third stay at these condos and we find it a good value and perfect for a family with older children who like their own space and bathroom.
The club house is nice however we are usually to busy to fully take advantage.
Only improvement would be to have darker blinds to allow a little less light into the bedrooms and comfier chairs in the living room area but the condo was as describe and we would book again.

We needed a place with accessible entrance and bathroom facilities. This property was quite comfortable and fulfilled all the requirements. The only issue, if there is no one to drop someone off at the door and then park, the parking space was quite far to get to and from. Otherwise, an excellent place to stay.

The shower in the master bedroom looked beautiful and super fancy but only one temperature which was scalding hot so we were unable to use it at all and had to share with the other couple which was not great. Upon looking at the reviews we noticed that this was an issue in the past which was very disappointing to hear. The property manager did call us right away upon reaching out but because it was the long weekend they could not get anyone in to fix it. They did offer a small which to date we have not received.

Fabulous place to stay!!!
We loved this place and the neighborhood. Beautiful and so clean! Tanya is quick to respond to any questions. There is a local tavern nearby, Tim Hortons, a Pizza place, and more. The hot tub was cold in the clubhouse and the keys are tricky sometimes. I definitely will be back to this one! Thank you, Tanya for the enjoyable stay!

The condo was as described. The living room furniture was stylish but very uncomfortable and was not functional. The condo was clean, some the The towels needed to be replaced as they were stained from previous use.

Rosewood Condo
This was our second stay at this condo. The unit is clean and spacious. The location is very convenient to grocery and other stores. PM is good to respond to any questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again during future visits.

The condo was a nice corner suite. The directions were very good. The only reason I gave it four stars is the property owner. We had concerns about the keys and ph her on Friday and it is Sunday night still no response. Sure glad it wasn’t an emergency. But very nice place and easy access. Thanks

We were thrilled with our stay at this property in Saskatoon! When we first walked in the door we were taken with just how clean and stylish the condo was...and how welcoming! Everything was topnotch...the cleanliness, the check-in process, the communication with Tanya, the neighbourhood (lovely little wing/pub place within walking distance), and the accuracy of the listing! Condo had everything that we needed plus more and we had a terrific weekend with our friends! Highly recommend!!

Enjoyed our stay.
Pool was to frigid cold to go in and hot tub (not advertised) is there, but appears permanently broken.
Property manager was excellent and dealt with small problem quickly.

The property is quite nice. I had messaged Tanya 4 hrs before check in time to see if it was possible to check in around 3:00 as were arriving in town earlier than expected. She didn’t reply before we got there so we found the keys in the lock box and went inside and unpacked. She messaged me after we were already in to ask us to go to different unit because they were having issues with the steam shower ( I saw that it wasn’t working properly in a review from Sept ) I told her that we didn’t need the steam shower but asked if the regular part of the shower worked and she said yes. The water was to hot to stand under and I messaged her to see if there was someway to down the temperature. She then told me that is what the problem was.
Just miss communication I guess. If they knew the shower wasn’t working they should probably not rent it out until it is fixed. Other than that it was a nice place.

Wonderful stay
The condo unit was exactly what we were looking for. Two bedroom and 2 bathroom. Well equipped and spacious plus a great location. We very much enjoyed our stay at this unit.

The condo was beautiful, clean, modern & spacious. Tried to figure out the walk in steam shower but was unsuccessful- instructions would have helped. Blackout curtains in the bedrooms would help to have a good sleep. The pool in the clubhouse was cold & hot tub was out of order. Tanya was friendly & responsive. Great stay overall!
