Great Townsends Inlet location. 2 Master Suites with private bathrooms and decks. Large, private fenced in yard with modern outdoor shower.. One bedroom has 3 single beds and a private deck. Great Ocean view from living room deck with umbrella table, seating for 6 and Weber grill and great sunsets. 6th house from beach. Unit has bonus room with sectional. (Please note: 5th bedroom is "bonus room") Situated midway between Historic Cape May and the "Always Turned On" Atlantic City, Sea Isle City is convenient to all of the attractions that southern New Jersey has to offer. Visitors can enjoy the boardwalks and water parks of Wildwood, Ocean City and Atlantic City, the Cape May Lewes Ferry, the Cape May County Park & Zoo, Historic Cold Spring Village, the Atlantic City casinos, outlet shopping at The Walk, The Pier at Caesars, and Gardner's Basin as well as other area attractions. Once small fishing villages, Sea Isle and Townsend's Inlet on the southern end of the island are now being memorialized by the creation of "Historic Fish Alley," featuring some great bayfront seafood restaurants including Carmen's, Marie's, Mike's, and the Lobster Loft. the house location was excellent and in general was in good condition however the bed that was ln the jr master bedroom as a QUEEN was only a full The cleaning service did not do a good job garbage was left in pails and debris was under twin beds there were a number of items that seem to be neglected in maintaining a well kept house :: quite a few slots on vertical blind shades were missing allowing sun to enter kitchen faucet need attention as it did not swing into positon easily shower in outdoor shower was cloged also lavatory in jr master was slow draining bar B Q grill grilll worked but should be replaced

Location of property was good. Kitchen was well stocked. Sleeper sofa needs to be replaced or provide air mattress.

Sitting room on 1st floor listed as possible 5/bedroom with pull out sofa. Pull out not useable as bed not in good condition. Shelf in island kitchen cabinet was broken. Drain in Jr master bath doesn’t drain probably. So many add on charges make doing business with Vrbo much more expensive.

Best thing about this house was location. Overall interior was disappointing, toilets were old and bathrooms dingy. Bonus room smelled like mold. Kitchen was unorganized, pots with no lids, baking dishes with no covers. Master bedroom television was not a flat screen, also many channels could not be watched on this TV for some reason we were unable to correct. Other TV's worked fine. Check in was late as the cleaning people arrived late and they did a poor job even though we were told by them they did a deep clean. Kitchen sink had a leak that was fixed. Air conditioning was not working properly but will say once we convinced the owners son that there was a problem, he had it fixed promptly. Have rented many times at the Jersey Shore including two times in sea Isle and this was our least favorite home at a premium price.

Fantastic Townsend's Inlet location! Just steps from the beach and few blocks walk to restaurants, bakery, ice cream, groceries, marina, and shops.

Beautiful house in fantastic location

Frank's house is spectacular: clean, spacious, and attractive, with an incredible location a few houses from the beach and views of the water from the deck. The kitchen was well-stocked and accommodated lots of cooking. The layout was good for our extended family. The neighbors were pretty loud on Friday night but that's common at the shore. The Sea Isle City beach was wonderful, with waves that were fun but usually gentle enough for younger kids. We would love to come back.

Frank was an awesome host - very attentive and accommodating. The house is in a great location for families, on a one way street with no street to cross to go to the beach. House was clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable to live in for 5 weeks. Definitely will rent again!

Property was close to the beach and offered a view from two decks. The owner. Frank, was very helpful with getting someone out to check air conditioning. It was difficult using the steps since the bannister was on the same side as the chair lift. There was a need for updating the kitchen necessities.

The house was perfect for our 2 families with 2 master suites and 2 kids rooms. The extra living room on the ground floor was nice for the teens to hang out and play games. The kitchen was well equipped for making breakfast and dinners for 8. Very short walk to the beach, family neighborhood, no noisy bars or clubs to worry about! Bringing or renting bikes for the kids to go explore is very worth it. The owner was helpful and easy to reach if we had questions. We stayed in the east unit rather than the west side unit as pictured but really we didn’t mind. Highly recommend this home!

This beautiful home is just steps from the beach and an easy walk to all the fun that Townsend's Inlet has to offer. The owner was incredibly accessible and wonderful to work with. We will definitely be back for another great week at this house!

Property was as advertised and overall excellent. Beach block close to some good restaurants. Everything you need for a family or even two with 4 total bedrooms and 6 beds. Owner was responsive and easy to work with. This is an easy review as everything was great.
