You’ll be delighted the minute you walk into our completely remodeled top floor water front, main channel view condo. The assigned parking spot directly in front of our condo with walk over make access to our unit a breeze. Did I mention there are no steps? Our condo is centrally located at a Harbor Point off Nichols Road in Osage Beach at the 21 mile marker of the main channel. We’re just around the corner from RedHead, Shorty Pants and Paradise by water and minutes from everything Osage Beach has to offer by land. Harbor Point has a lake front pool. Our unit was completely remodeled from top to bottom. It provides a light and bright atmosphere that has been newly furnished from top to bottom and decorated in a casual, comfortable, lake front living lifestyle. You will find a fully equipped kitchen with all the tools you need to prepare your family meals, drinks and snacks. Our unit is super clean with all the necessities, so you feel right at home. Our one bedroom is outfitted with a king size bed. Stepping out on the open-air deck with cove and main channel view outfitted with a grill and TV for watching the game. Our patio is East facing so no evening sun to deal with. ABSOLUTELY no partying! Must be 25 or older to rent and show proof of age! Our condo is also non-smoking and pet free. You won't find a cleaner condo! Nice, new furnishings and appliances. Adequate space for two adults. Great communication from the owner.

Great little condo for my wife & I to getaway for a few days. Josh made the check in easy, the place was clean, comfortable and a great view of the water. Really appreciated the restaurant recommendations and all the amenities. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Although the weather turned cool, with some rain, we had a nice time. The condo was very clean and efficient with nice lake view, just as advertised. And, we like to hike and we had easy access to Highway 54, so easy drive to Lake of the Ozarks State Park and hiking trails. Also, several good restaurants within 10 minutes of the condo. I was also able to do some bank fishing a couple times and landed a bass or two, to satisfy my fishing fix. Despite the weather, we had a very nice weekend

This is our first visit to the Ozarks. Couldn’t have asked for a better time to go than September. No crowds. Loved waking up every morning to the sunrise and my coffee on our enclosed patio. We were close distance to all the restaurants and wineries we wanted to visit! Josh was a pleasure to communicate with. Thank you for our memories in your condo.

The condo was very clean, the right size for us, view was perfect, pool was very clean and having a dedicated parking spot next to the door made for easy unloading and loading. The complex is centrally located to dining and golf. Josh was very responsive when I had questions. The other tenants in the complex were nice and also helpful about questions about the area. No complaints.

This is a beautiful cozy condo. Perfect for a couple needing a relaxing get away. Beautiful view and absolutely everything you could ask for. The owner even gave us restaurant recommendations. They were great as well. I would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend.

This was a great place for 2! Very clean and nice. Location was great and close to many restaurants and bars. Met some great people that live in other units and the whole atmosphere was friendly and clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Reilly enjoyed our stay. Did not like all the paper work to fill out prior to our stay. To much with online hard for older people to complete. I had to do ours on hard copy.

Had a relaxing time in a clean, well stocked, comfortable home. The view from both inside & out on the screened lanai was excellent. Loved all 3 tv’s, especially the one on the lanai. Complex is small, quiet, and located near some nice restaurants and golf courses. Food at Shorty Pants was excellent, thanks for the suggestion Josh! Also, thanks for texting us to let us know we could arrive early. We loved your home, thanks for sharing. T & D

This unit with a lake view balcony was comfortable, nicely decorated, conveniently located, with had all the necessary amenities for the six night stay that my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed. Perfect for a romantic couples stay. And the owner, Josh, was very easy to work with and he's quick to respond to questions/inquiries. If we're in the area again, we'd easily do a repeat stay.
