About this house rental

Located in Flagler Beach, this lovely house for $410 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This is our families beautiful 2 story cabin by the sea that has been in the family for about 40 years. There is very open living space with a warm country/beachy style perfect for families, groups of friends, beach bums, vacationers, yogis, artists, visiting bikers & race enthusiasts. If you love the beach, you're in luck because it's just a quick walk across Florida's scenic and historic coastal byway, A1A, to get toes in the water and butt in the sand.. :) The space There are stairs that you'll have to use to go into the house. We have plenty of kitchen appliances you are welcome to use. We have three bedrooms and two small bathrooms. We do have secure parking and plenty of parking space because we own the lot next door. Guest access You're welcome to access the whole house (It is two story and everything is on top story). The only thing below is a garage. We are literally a 1 minute walk from the beach! We also have 3 bicycles here that you are welcome to use along with some kids beach toys. Remember please, if you break them, you buy them. I will give you instructions for check in and leave the keys for you to enter. I'll give you my cell phone and if you need anything or have an emergency, you're welcome to call or text me. Our family is opening our place up to vacationers and we ask that you please treat it as if it were your families. Amenities: Wifi Laptop friendly workspace A table or desk with space for a laptop and a chair that’s comfortable to work in TV Washer and dryer in the building for free Essentials Towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper Central air conditioning and Heating Free secure parking on premises, with 3 car garage. Dining Kitchen with most accessories you will need. Pots, pans, etc. Private entrance Shampoo Hangers Hair dryer Smoke detector First aid kit The neighborhood is pretty quiet with many dog lovers walking their animals, people walking/jogging, or bicycling. Right down the street there are many great places to eat, be entertained, and great night life. There are many parks nearby and Marine land 14 miles away. Lehigh Greenway Rail Trail is 9 miles. Moody Park on the intracoastal is 1.2 miles. Publix is 2.3 miles. Other places very close by (within walking distance) are Breakaways, Golden Lion, Turtle Shack, Funky Pelican, Finns, just to name a few. Getting around We are right across the road from the beach with a wooden walk over in front of our house. We're about 5 blocks from the nearest restaurant/bar. We are within walking or biking/driving distance of downtown Flagler beach which has many neat local places to shop around and enjoy. We are also approximately 30 minutes from Daytona Beach and St Augustine.

The location and house were perfect . Plenty of room inside and out , look at the ocean from the front porch . The host was prompt with her response when asked questions and very nice . overall we had a wonderful stay and time .

Brittany was wonderful throughout the entire process. We had booked another house and at the last minute they canceled the reservation. We were very pleased with Brittany's family house our only issue was that there are only 2 showers/bathrooms and we had 9 adults. We were able to make it work. I would highly recommend staying here the location is perfect and Brittany is such a lovely host. Thank you again Brittany. Sincerely, Perry

Great location directly across from the beach! I enjoyed early morning oceanside sun rises as I was greeting by piles of sea shells and rolling waves. Flager was a quaint beach town with plenty of outdoor restaurants and shopping. My co-workers and I enjoyed the sights in our free time as we worked and played during our work retreat near by. This beach house also had really good wi-fi as well. I would definitely revisit this location and stay at this beach house again! Would definitely recommend.

The property is as shown, it is very well equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy, the location is unsurpassed, right in front of the beach and very close to the town for restaurants and entertainment.

Very relaxing and peaceful stay. The house is good enough accommodate everything you may need. The garage come in handy to house our Harley's when we were not riding them. And even when we managed to lock ourselves out of the garage, the owner promptly came over to help us get back in. One of the best vacations I can remember having in a long time, and will be back soon! Flagler is great as well!

Very roomy with easy access to the beach. Beautiful view of the beach from the porch and living room. The weather wasn't the greatest but we thoroughly our stay anyway. Owner was very helpful and responded quickly to my minor problems.

Great property for two families

Great beachside property for two families to enjoy at the same time (11 total people). Spacious living and kitchen area. Great view from the porch and nice to have that area to let the kids play while we worked on meals. Love that the beach walkover is so close to the house.
