Nestled in Chapel Hill, this charming house for $902 per night is a great option for your next break. Whether you're coming to Chapel Hill for work or play, the Heel House is your perfect getaway. The Dean Dome, Kenan Memorial Stadium, UNC hospital and the UNC Botanical Gardens are an easy walk away. The 4 BR, newly renovated Heel House features comfortable beds, fresh linens, a full kitchen, and can sleep up to 10 people. (Ask me about how to accommodate larger groups!) There's ample parking and great outdoor living spaces to enjoy too. Please let us know how we can make your stay memorable! We are excited to have you stay with us! We have plenty of parking and want to make sure you have a great experience while visiting Chapel Hill. Due to our great location, you may experience some traffic noise in the AM. We have a queen size bedroom and bathroom located on the main floor and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. You'll have full access to our home, driveway, and patio. However, please note that the Heel House Apartment is our attached one bedroom unit that has a separate private entrance. It is possible that someone may be staying in that unit during your stay. There is plenty of parking and privacy for all visitors and there are NO shared outdoor common areas. We're happy to interact as much as you'd like. I'm always available by phone for our guests! Our location is what makes our place so special! We're within walking distance of the Dean Dome, Kenan Memorial Stadium, and the UNC Botanical Gardens! We're in a great location to walk to the stadiums and the UNC botanical gardens. We have great access to public transportation and Franklin Street is just a short drive away.

The house was very charming & welcoming. Location was convenient to UNC and Chapel Hill activities. House was clean. Lock box made access easy. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay at Heel House again. Future travelers should note the following. House is lived in by owners so clothes, food, toiletries, etc. are all in the house. Master bed is very soft. Driveway is step and the parking spot is loose stone. Guesthouse is attached to the house.

The Heel House was a perfect spring break getaway! Our daughter is a student athlete at UNC and her training schedule didn’t allow her to come home for break. The house was amply supplied with all we needed to bring a bit of home to her. You cannot beat the location if your plans take you to UNC. I would definitely book this property again!

What a great weekend in a beautiful home in Chapel Hill! We loved the TarHeel House! As season ticket holders to all UNC games, we are used to hustling to the car, and battling the traffic to get home. How nice to meander to the bars after the game, like students! Hahaha!! We couldn’t have picked a better home, location, and hosts for our game day weekend. Beautiful property! Warm, inviting, lovely decor, and stocked with anything and everything! Stephanie is the most gracious of hosts! She’ll do anything to make your stay perfect. I’m so glad we chose this rental, and hope to return! Thanks for making it special!

We loved staying here while in town for a Celebration of Life. It was cozy and beautifully decorated. As a native Chapel Hillian who now lives in Texas I appreciated the decor and the Carolina vibe as well. The hosts were extremely thoughtful to us as well. We just loved it and would highly recommend it to anyone coming to town for a game or family weekend or any reason whatsoever really. It’s a perfect spot.

This is a wonderful property - lots of room, great layout, good location, nice neighborhood, full of all that you need. Very thoughtful hosts. They left us lots of goodies and even a bottle of Champagne since we were in town for our daughter's wedding. I highly recommend it.

It was a real pleasure to stay at the Heel House. Stephanie was quick to respond to my request, and was extremely welcoming upon our arrival. The house is immaculate, well appointed, and comfortable. The location is close to the UNC campus, the NC Botanical Garden, and the many wonderful restaurants in Chapel Hill. It was a great break during the pandemic, we felt safe and had a lovely change of environment. Thanks again to Stephanie and Adam.

Our family of 8 from NJ, SC and GA gathered for a fun-filled weekend to celebrate our daughter’s senior year at UNC. House was divided between Heels and Tigers, but the Heel House was the perfect place for us to call home for 2 days! We made the 15 min. walk to Late Night with Roy at Dean Smith Center and 25 minute walk back from Kenan Stadium. Stephanie made us feel right at home at the Heel House and we are so grateful for her hospitality and special touches. Highly recommend this home for a group visiting UNC for the weekend!

6 adults rented this house during a football weekend this fall. The location of this house was such that you can easily walk to campus while still enjoying a quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and well appointed. Communication from the owners was top notch. We will be back for our next visit to Chapel Hill.

Our family rented this lovely home while our two oldest kids attended a weeklong camp at the University of North Carolina. The location is amazing (right across the street from UNC) and the owners could not have been friendlier or more helpful. I would recommend the Heel House to anyone who wants to enjoy all that Chapel Hill has to offer.
