Great pousada - facilities are good and they have a great spa

The food in the restaurant was good but below standards for the pousada. Also, the music was loud too early in the morning - also the music from the pool competes with the music in the restaurant.

I travel to Palmas every couple of months to visit family, and I decided to visit Aldeia da Serra again after an exceptional experience on a previous visit. This was my second visit, and I am going to make it a point to relax here again. The staff is friendly and courteous. They enjoy their job and it is evident in their service and passion. It makes for a truly relaxing experience for their guests. They have a beautiful location and a well-planned facility. The restaurant staff was ready to answer questions and was able to make recommendations to work around a food allergy. Their bar staff creates exceptional drinks and their infinity pool is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing day in the sun.
