About this house rental
My home is 3 miles to Clear water downtown, 4.9 miles to Clear water beach and 6 miles to Sand Key beach. It is one of two units duplex. Good number of grocery stores close by. One block from Pinellas trail. Good size rooms with a queen bed and closet to hang stuffs. The street is quiet and you can have a good night sleep. Parking spot right in front if the house. People have commented how convenient it is to arrive anywhere. I live in the unit next door. The neighborhood is an average working class one.

When we showed up, there were people pushing a shopping cart and area seemed a little sketchy, but once we were there, I got a little more comfortable. Owner was great to deal with and place was very comfortable and clean.

The property is right in the middle of everything we wanted to do, beach, restaurants, DiscGolf, entertainment, etc. We hope to stay here again.

Great location! Very close to everything. Adriana was a great host, helped us with everything! Very friendly, and informative about the area. Clean and well equiped place with everything we needed. Would stay here whenever we are in the area. Adriana is very friendly and attentive to anything we needed. My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks. It was a cozy stay. Great location, so close to beaches and many activities. Adriana, our host, was super sweet and communication with her was very easy. The place was clean and well equipped. A few suggestions would be: a safety bar in the tub/shower, maybe upgrade the carpet and have a 2nd TV in one of the bedrooms. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return if back in the area. Stephanie & Roy S.

Just what I was looking for
Visiting family and just needed a clean, safe place to sleep and shower. This was exactly what I was looking for.

The host was very easy to communicate with and easily available to answer any questions we had. The place is very comfortable with two queen size beds so a family of 4 like us could easily stay there. It was nice to have a decent size kitchen which has everything but a dishwasher. It was only 15-20 mins away from Clearwater and sand key beach areas (non traffic times where it was more like 30 mins). Also has a great trail close by if you want to do a walk, run or bike ride. Overall, I would highly recommend this place. It’s very practical and affordable compared to beach resorts.
