Awesome experience

The location was good. Apartment was clean, there were enough utensils, bed were comfortable. Very scenic view .

snikheet s' nachts, geen vorken of er zat verf aan. Geen onderzetters, vaatwasser deed het niet en er was geen wasmiddel om mee af te wassen. Op het eerste oog zag het er allemaal netjes en mooi uit maar het was prut kwaliteit

Amazing stay in Aurland

The location is fantastic, the apartment is quite big with lots of space and we had everything we needed. Moreover, the team is extremely helpful and kind. We were stunned by how quiet the place is, and the view is just breathtaking. It is amazing to wake up with this landscape!

Highly recommend for staying in Flam/Aurland area.

The view was awesome and everything worked fine. The staff was very helpful.

Lindo apartamento con buenas vistas

Ampartamento muy amplio y cómodo, cocina bien equipada y vista al fiordo

Ausencia total de percha y/o colgantes para la ropa, armario, estantería o cómoda (tanto en la habitación como en el baño) Recepción inexistente por lo tanto, ninguna respuesta a las preguntas durante la estancia.

Ligger sentralt i vakre omgivelser.

Kort vei fra parkering til leiligheten, gode sengeplasser, passe størrelse på oppholdsrom for 4, utsikt fra soverom og balkong. Fint at det var dusjsåper og oppvaskmiddel på stedet.

Glemt å sette ut doruller, dørmatta foran leiligheten utslitt, gir ikke så godt førsteinntrykk. Kjøkkenutstyr litt hummer og kanari, kunne vært mer gjennomført i forhold til prisen på stedet.

El frigorífico tenía un gran bloque de hielo en el congelador, se ofrecieron a cambiarlo pero no lo hicieron.

Location and views were excellent, and the apartment was spacious and clean.

The kitchen could have been better equipped (only 4 knives and forks) and a squeegee mop would have been helpful in the bathroom.

Beautiful location!

The position of the apartment is really wonderful, with view over the fjord and mountains, very close to Stegestein View Point.

If you are a 4 star hotel client, it's really disappointing, despite the view from the balcony. But if you're a budget traveller, I think it's a very proper place. The supermarket nearby(Spar I think) closes at 8.00 p.m, so, if you arrive later, make sure you have everything you need - like coffee or something for breakfast.

Clean and functional very good stay

Older style apartment , quite roomy clean and functional with small kitchen. Great view off the small balcony over the fjord. Plenty of parking. A convenient stopover on our way to Bergen.

The walk down to the village ( no footpath )is definitely not suitable for children as the road was very busy with traffic driving past to the lookout.( nearly got cleaned up by a German camper van , mirror brushed my arm and I was right off as far as possible to the side of the road ) . best to drive the 2 minutes down there !.

Practical place for a night or two on the Næroyfjord

Great location with a view on the fjord. Large, spacious and clean apartment. No-thrills interior but that was ok. Efficiently organized, no time lost on formalities.

Nothing really wrong. The bed and pillows could be better.

Once in a life time view of fjord water and mountains

Original apartment had maintenance issue so they gave me an alternative even before I checked in . It is the most stunning apartment t Inhave stayed at in the world - at the door of the fjord with water right behind back window

This apartment was situated near the sea. Scenery from the rooms were nice.

The bathroom. We will wet the whole bathroom as there is no partition between toilet and shower area.

It is unlikely that we would stay there again.

The location is excellent with great views. The property manager gave us the information we needed to access the room in advance.

There was no hot water. Amenities were basic. The property provided bed linens, but did not make the beds before our arrival. Parking was extremely crowded.

Make your own bed.

Beautiful view! Spacious!

No shampoo or body wash in the bathroom for showering. You must make your own bed. They just leave sheets on the bed unmade. And you are also expected to take your sheets and towels to a bin the next morning. Very self service.

Unpleasant experience.

Good location close to Flam.

The appartment we were given was not at all what we reserved or expected. Examples: no towel rail or hooks in bathroom to hang anything. No bathroom furniture to put a toilet bag. Tiny sink to brush teeth no hairdryer. It smelt very bad of overuse of bleach or plastic. In the bedroom if you can call it that. Only furniture was a bed because the room was not big enough for bedside table. You had to climb over the bed to get in it. Nowhere to put a glass or book. No cupboards for hanging clothes. Don't open bedroom curtains because you look out onto a junk shed. In kitchen rubbish bin and empty wine borrle had not been emptied from previous clients. No privacy as people walk in front of appartment to sit at picnic tables. Not a pleasant stay.

Disappointing

Proximity to points if interest. Waterfront area

A couple months before the date of arrival, I received a message saying we are being moved to a different unit but same exact specifications and location. But then a few hours before check-in (we were on the road already) I got a message that we are being moved to a farm house which does not have water view(original reason why we booked the place). While the farmhouse is big, there were a lot of things not working in the unit like bedroom lights,etc. they did offer 30% off but we felt like that did not compensate the disappointment and inconvenience we experienced. We had no choice but to stay there since there was no way I could get an accommodation at that point within our price range.

Nice stay in Aurland

We rented two apartments, two bedrooms each. The location is great. Beautiful view of the lake. Being further away from Flåm, it was in a calm town (Aurland). There was a supermarket closeby.

- The kitchenware in one apartment were overused. - Dishwasher in the other apartment was out of order. - Upon arrival, the linens are found folded and the visitor needs to make up the beds. Then before check out the visitor should remove all used linens and towels, collect the garbage, and put them in the designated bins outside. That is organized but we were not used to the settings for this place. Not comfortable when you need to do an early morning check out. - I wished the bedrooms were a little larger. There was no room to open our luggage. - One of the bedrooms had a closet, not on the other. - Bathroom door cannot be locked. - No shampoo. - No hairdryer in one of the apartments.

Comfortable apartment, great views, easy parking.

Superb views from balcony. Plenty of parking area right outside the front door. Everything was provided. Few minutes drive to town centre in one direction, 5-10 minutes drive in other direction to Stegastein Viewpoint (same view from our balcony).

Stay away!

Size of unit and no stairs. Location (if you have a vehicle) and free parking right out front. Working fridge and freezer.

We booked an apartment. (There are also lower priced options like cabins, and hostel rooms on the property). And felt like we are staying in a hostel. We were assigned apartment #5. Have to put sheets, pillow cases on ourselves. No shampoo, shower gel provided. (There is an automatic dispenser but was empty.) No hair dryer (we read reviews and had requested this). No hand towels. Bath towels are small and paper thin. Communication before and at check in was bad. We asked if an early check in was possible. Got a confusing response saying something like “you have checked in, enjoy your stay…”. And then 2 hours after the key collected, got a message saying “room is now ready?!”

Small improvements needed to make this a polished gem

The apartment is really all you really need, great living area and fully functioning kitchenette. We loved that the balcony opens to a nice view accessible at any time of the day. Location wise was great too between town centre and Stegastein Viewpoint.

The floor was very dusty and probably wasn't swept or vacuumed for some time. Also, unlike most properties, you were expected to put on bedsheets and linen, and then remove then before you leave and drop them in bins. Easily forgiven if it was something everyone asked for but this the 4th place (I'm at the 5th place now) I have stayed in Norway and no one else has made me do that.
