About this condo rental
Nestled in Bonnabel Place, this lovely condo for $67 per night is a great choice for your next break. Private stand-alone Studio behind my home and privacy gate. You will be 7 miles from downtown New Orleans (usually takes me 12 minutes) & 9 miles from the French Quarter. We want our guests to be comfortable and feel at home. Your privacy is important to me, so your entrance is thru a privacy gate & is separate from my entrance. You will also have free off-street parking that is just for you! Indoors is smoke-free & no pets are allowed. I ask that you please respect neighbors and furniture :) Suite is an open room with a comfy queen size pillow top bed, a comfy sofa that folds out into a full size bed with a memory foam mattress topper, black out curtains, dresser with 5 drawers, refrigerator/freezer, bar with microwave, toaster oven, double burner electric hotplate, pots, pans, croc pot/slow cooker, cookware spoon and spatula, can opener, ice trays for freezer, plates, cups, bowls, knives, spoons, forks, broom & dust pan, swiffer wet jet, towels, linens, a few rolls of toilet paper & soap bars provided. TV That you can swivel to face either bed or sofa. Wifi and Roku TV, where you watch the ROKU channels or sign into your favorite streaming apps. Bathroom includes toilet, sink & shower with hand-held shower head. Washer & dryer right outside of your side door that is just for you. Please let me know if you have any questions. There is a list inside of the studio with a list of things to do in NOLA & our favorite nearby restaurants. For traveling nurses & medical professionals: *Kenner Regional Hospital on West Esplanade is 10.9 miles away *East Jefferson General Hospital on Houma is 2.5 miles away *Oschner Hospital on Jefferson hwy 3.5 miles away. *Touro Hospital on Foucher is 9.5 miles away. *Tulane Hospital on Tulane is 5.7 miles away. *Children's Hospital New Orleans on Henry Clay Avenue is 9.1 miles away. *Oschner Baptist Hospital on Napolean is 5.9 miles away. *Oschner Medical Center Kenner on West Esplanade is 10 miles away.

5 stars across all categories! We loved the neighborhood, and the proximity to Lake Pontchartrain for daily walks. Gloria and Vic are great hosts.

I was in town working nights at one of the local plants and could not have asked for a better place to stay. The neighborhood was quiet during the days while I was asleep and not overly busy in the evenings when I left work. The room was clean and had everything in it to make me feel at home while I was gone. 10/10 WILL stay here again.

Comfortable, clean stay!
Outstanding accommodations for my 8-week stay. Private, clean, comfortable stay. Communication is outstanding and assistance when needed. Highly recommend!! I’ll be back. :)
