Welcome to San Clemente, the Spanish Village by the Sea! This ocean view property is a few minutes walk to the pier; beaches and a 5 min. walk to charming downtown. You will find amazing restaurants, wine bars and excellent shopping. Every Sunday, there is a Farmers Market. The first Sunday of every month, features an Art & Craft fair. All for your enjoyment! Our beaches are famous for surfing, body boarding, paddle boarding, & swimming. The beach trail is excellent for a nice morning run. The space This Newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2-bath upper unit condo features two spacious balconies. One with an ocean view! Very spacious and open floor plan, with high ceilings. Cozy fireplace in living room. Comfortable and quiet. Plenty of room for table games and other entertainment. The Master Bedroom features: Cal King sized bed, walk in closet, dresser, chest and 32” TV, private bathroom with a bathtub/shower, and a private balcony. Second Bedroom features: Queen sized bed, large closet, and dresser. Third Bedroom features: Two twin beds, with a nightstand with drawers for your use and a luggage rack. The 2 bedrooms share a convenient full bathroom across the hallway. Our kitchen is fully stocked with appliances (microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, and refrigerator/freezer) cooking and dining utensils. Enjoy the brand new dining area table, with seating for 6. Condo Highlights -BBQ. - Nice patio furniture, and ocean view, to enjoy your morning coffee. -2 Car Garages -Complimentary Beach Gear. It's always important that a property is actually as advertised, and this home was clean, well equipped, close to the beach, and had additional features such as artwork that made it feel like home.
The host also added some thoughtful touches such as laundry supplies, and some snacks.

The property was perfect for all 6 of us. Great location to restaurants and the beach. The Condo was extremely clean and Lilly was quick to respond if I had a question. The evenings were cool so no need for air conditioning. All the windows have screens so we enjoyed the ocean breezes . Would definitely stay there again when visiting.

Our stay here was great. The property is very well looked after and the hosts were very responsive to all requests. Less than a 5 minute walk from the beach you can’t beat it!

First off, the property manager is absolutely wonderful and very responsive. The location is fantastic... a six-minute walk to the beach? YES, PLEASE! All of the appliances were in perfect working order. Property was very clean and the layout of the rooms was great. Appreciated having garages to park in. No a/c but the fans installed in the rooms and the portable fans were more than able to keep us cool - there is a fantastically cool ocean breeze that comes in the west-facing screen door. Neighborhood felt safe. Neighbors were really nice. Would 100% stay here again!

The location was perfect for us to walk to the beach every day! Easy walk, and great area! The house was clean and pretty spacious. The place has a super beachy feel with the decor! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed staying at this property! The 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms were perfect for our family of 6. Nice big tv for watching movies! Plenty of towels. Convenient washer & dryer. Well-stocked kitchen, lots of comforts.

What a lovely property - clean, spacious, and perfectly located near shops, restaurants and the beach. An added bonus is the gallery-quality artwork throughout the condo. It was a great weekend stay!

We came out for a college friends wedding but kids were not allowed so my parents came with to stay with the kids. The space was perfect for all of us. It was very spacious and bigger than what you would think. We loved that the garage and full laundry was included. Usually advertising is off regarding distances but it was such a quick and beautiful walk to the beach. The place was perfect and we loved our quick vacation and definitely plan on using this location again to visit our friends in San Clemente.

We had the best time in Lily’s beautiful home! The space was immaculate and extremely well appointed. The kitchen was stocked with basic spices, coffee and lots of fun glassware! The bathrooms even had high quality shampoo and conditioner along with nicely scented hand soaps! There is a ton of space and our group of 6 was able to play games around the dining table and comfortably watch movies on the sofa! The fireplace on our cold weekend was a total plus!! It is a short walk into town where there are fun shops and delicious restaurants! The sweetest touch was the cute tray in each bedroom with water and hand lotion to wrap up our day!! We would absolutely stay with Lily again!!

The condo is perfect for younger folks who don’t mind climbing the numerous stairs to the rental.
It’s not suitable for elderly folks who might be challenged climbing several stairs.
It has a perfect location for beach lovers.

It was our families third time staying at Lily’s property and we had another great weekend! Always clean with everything you need we used the beach chairs and boogie boards she provides for a day at the beach which is a 10 minute walk! The location is ideal for restaurants as well and if you decide to cook the kitchen has everything you will need. Had a great time and will be staying here again.

Our family was in town for several wedding events which kept us busy, so we didn’t use the kitchen really or spend much time at the unit, except for sleeping. The condo was spacious and comfortable and certainty met our needs and expectations. The location was walking distance to the beach, many restaurants, and our events, which was great. The host was friendly and helpful.

The property was even nicer than the pictures. Very nicely decorated. Mattresses were comfortable. Plenty of blankets, pillows etc. All bedding was very clean, along with the whole house. The house came equipped with everything we could need. A short walk to the pier, ocean, shops, restaurants, etc. Lily the host was very responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely rent again next time we are out.

The unit was perfect for our family. It was just the right size and there was a garage for the car and the beach gear. We were able to leave the car on the garage for most of the trip because it was an easy walk to the beach and to town. I highly recommend this rental.

House was clean upon arrival! Got in early too. Found a really nice place just minutes to the beach in really great shape. Home had everything we needed. Nice and comfortable beds, a kitchen with new pots and pans, utensils, and some basic items in the cabinets. We had access to the garage but just parked in the street. Home had 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, and 2 boogie boards. We all found the home very comfortable and enjoyed our week long vacation. San Clemente is a great place to spend time and is close to other world class beaches and activities. Thanks Lily

Very clean and comfortable.
Very clean and I'm picky when it comes to clean. Linens are very soft and beds are comfy but on the firm side. One of the few properties that includes 2 garages. Only negative is the view from the balcony includes a telephone pole with lots of wires. However, for the price you shouldn't expect a view. Would stay here again. Owner is very nice and responds quickly to messages.

Everything was great. Location was fantastic.
3 min walk to the beach short walk to downtown. House was very clean. We had some difficulty finding the place since we drove in at night. Lily met us and showed us the way. I didn’t not expect that from a host, we will definitely be returning.

Great condo!
We loved staying at this property! It was very clean and well taken care of. We were a 5 minute walk to the beach in one direction and a short walk to town in the other direction. Highly recommend!
