Only a block from historic down town. Also offers swimming pool and fitness room. . The condo was very nice and roomy. Overall everything was nice. However, I would recommend bringing your own pillows and linens. The ones provided were just not adequate. Also the screens on the sliding doors need replacing. Had to keep slider shut because bugs were able to get through where the screen separated from the frame.

Terrific water view - very relaxing and interesting as there are many birds flying. The agents at Harbor rentals should have told us there was an elevator with a cart. We found the elevator on the other side of the building after lugging our stuff up six flights of steps.

We have never been to Chincoteague and decided to take some friends for a weekend getaway. We packed the weekend with great food and two days at the beach. The property was beautiful! Pictures on your website didn't even do it justice. We were pleasantly surprised at how nicely decorated and spacious it was . Thank you for a wonderful weekend away! We will definitely be back!

We have never been to Chincoteague and decided to take some friends for a weekend getaway. We packed the weekend with great food and two days at the beach. The property was beautiful! Pictures on your website didn't even do it justice. We were pleasantly surprised at how nicely decorated and spacious it was . Thank you for a wonderful weekend away! We will definitely be back!

We rented this through Vrbo, although many condos in this unit are managed by Harbor Rental which books through VRBO. Well, after booking and getting confirmation from Harbor Rentals (who were serving as owners), we were told that original condo owners were in the condo. They gave us another unit which was the same, but has sofa bed, instead of regular bed, in the 3rd bedroom. We agreed and somehow managed. However, we got delayed in reaching there (reached around 2 am). Harbor rental didn't leave any instruction on how to get the key and were not picking up emergency phone. We finally called the police who managed to reach them. Condo that we got (similar to this) was beautiful and nice. However, cleaning person did not leave enough toilet papers and harbor rentals told us that we were supposed to carry our own paper good! Didn't think toilet paper was part of paper goods!
