So close to the lift - when valley is open. Best location for skiers. Ski in and out almost to our room.
Also like the ski storage at the entrance of the room. Nice staff too!
We booked a non smoking room, but the room they gave us smells like it’s been smoked for a long time. They gave us a second room, with dog bed and bowls left beside the bed, obviously used for a family with pet before. My boys are allergic to animal furs, but it’s too much fuss to move again. Gave them reactine.

Convenient location, liked the spacious hallways, rooms appear to be recently updated, nice bathrooms
The heater in the room was quite loud, but we could ignore it

The breakfast was OK. The only complaint ordered eggs and bacon which were on top of chunks of beef and gravy. Which I found way to much for a 76 yr old . Suggest you provide an option for example eggs and bacon on toast and small side order of beans..

Good location not far from blue mountain village

Room is very simple with windows on parking lot. No kettle, just to warm up the water we had to go to the reception

Os quartos são ótimos, fui com minha família para um descanso. Estava tudo perfeito.

Nice staff, always ready to help
A bit of inconvenience, we were almost stuck inside elevator. I reported right away the trouble at the front desk. Unfortunately, the guys next to us were the one stuck. The hotel knew already the problem but never put “Out of Order”.

Overall it was a very nice stay. Close to the village, hot tubs and pool were nice, and we had a very nice trip. Although we didn't have a dog, I noticed others did and there is a dog park. I booked two room and the hotel made sure they were side by side which was nice.
Room decor and pool area are a bit dated. Elevators were slow to use and the doors open/shut super slow. Vending machines were outrageous in price ($5.25 for a pop).

Location, and my entire family used to work at Blue in the 90’s. I have not been to the inn since that time.
The rooms are dated…needs a refresh, lighting was either minimal or these super bright white bedside lights. Annoying on the eyes.
The carpet is old.
Bed was really comfy!

Location
Rooms can do with a makeover. For the price we paid the rooms were very dated and scruffy. The restaurant needs more options on the menu.

Tasty but expensive breakfast at The pottery
Double double bedroom, sheet with dirts, poor bathroom facilities.

The cleanliness and the greeting staff were excellent. Location great. In room coffee very good.
For my short stay all was great. Really couldn’t efficiently evaluate enough to say what could improve. Maybe next time.

Nice place for stay over. Comfy living. Location was the best..close to all attractions
For the price per night it could come with breakfast included. There was no drinking water in the room though coffee and tea was there. No toothpaste in the washroom, which was unexpected

The staff was very nice and helpful and the pool area was warm, great for kids.
The pool could be cleaner, lots of hair around it. I thought we had breakfast included, but we didn't and the options around were super expensive.

large ballroom and conference rooms. Indoor pool and indoor & outdoor hot tubs. Big sitting area with fireplaces and pool table near lobby.
Short walk to village. Free outdoor parking.
Beds were too small (doubles instead of queens). Balcony had no partitions between rooms and no chairs to sit. Stairs down to side parking lot right outside our balcony door was unsettling at night. Felt we had to keep curtains closer at all times because people were walking by and could see into room. Lack of food & beverage facilities. Only has sit down restaurant for breakfast and pub. Nowhere to go get a light meal or coffee. Rooms are in need of an update. Tables were scratched and chipped. Carpet was rather dingy.

After blowing out two tires in a big pothole just coming into Blue Mountain, and standing in the rain for an hour, I wasn't in the greatest mood when checking in. The gentleman behind the counter was very cordial and polite, and even gave my son who was celebrating a birthday a bag of caramel popcorn. A very good experience checking in. The room was clean, the pool and hot tubs fantastic, making the stay as relaxing as I could get under the circumstances. The kids want to go back ASAP, so I'd consider that a win.
I wish the beds were a little wider and that there was a microwave maybe, but for the price, still a great stay.

Location was good and staff was very friendly. We had a billing issue that was resolved relatively quickly.
The value, this hotel is not worth the price that we paid per night, especially off-season. The air conditioning unit in the room was very loud and impossible to sleep with while on, luckily the outdoor temperatures allowed for us to turn it off and still be comfortable, though on the chilly side, overnight. There was also a fan or furnace that was constantly running in the bathroom that was quite disruptive. We stayed in room 332 for reference.

i wish it was 2 queen beds instead of two doubles
