I love that this has everything that you would need for a vacation, even condiments and spices in the cabinet. We did a girls night and it was just perfect and cozy and we all slept very well in all three beds. This cabin holds so many more people than you would imagine.

The place is in a great spot, and the cabin is cute, good sleeping accommodations, etc. It was clean and nice upon arrival. However, the dining area, a corner booth, had the corner seat missing with long exposed screws, and the bench next to it broke in half the first night. Someone was supposed to come look at it during our stay but they never did. We didn’t have a place we could sit and eat while we were there. It was also pretty dangerous. I’m not sure how it was rented out in that condition.

We actually loved the cabin and the location was perfect! It was great for a small family! My kids could sled right in back yard which was a hit!

Small house with all the beds on the top level and the bathroom on the first floor. Not obvious from the posting. Loved all the firewood and wood stove. Kept the house warm but necessary to have. Kitchen small but well equipped. You could tell some renters haven't treated the house well. A broken bench and shards of glass on the floor greeted us. Fine rental in a pinch and loved the location, but won't be back.

The location in Government Camp is great. The cabin is dark and lighting is poor. The photos are bright but this cabin is not bright, you need all the lights on during the day and they are very dull and don't do much to brighten either floor. The cabin is not well kept and is full of cobwebs. The carpet on the main floor is dirty and stained and I doubt it has been vacuumed or cleaned for a long time. If it has, the vacuum doesn't work. The tiles in the kitchen and bathroom are dirty. I spilled milk on the kitchen floor and when I wiped it up, the paper towel was black. The bathrooms tiles are the same. The bathroom sink is badly clogged and shower drains poorly. A Vacasa maintenance employee came to the house on our second day as the kitchen sink, bathroom sink and shower would not drain. The kitchen sink was fixed and the tech attempted to repair the bathroom sink but it still would not drain well. The blockages are deep in the drain pipe and he did not have the tools to remove them. The shower drain was clogged with so much hair he gagged when he pulled it out. His effort did improve the shower but not by much. He tried his best and we were grateful for his effort. However, for 13 days we used the kitchen sink for hand and face washing and brushing teeth. My 10 year old fell of the bench in the photos. She fell backwards and almost struck her head on the bathroom step. I was facing her when she fell and she had been eating, not fooling around. I turned the bench over and it was missing one of two feet. This resulted in a height difference from one side to the other and caused the bench to be unstable if you moved. The Vacasa employee found the foot in a maintenance closet and reattached it. My daughter was scraped and had a bruised ankle but it could have been much worse. The bench is reflective of the cabin and its overall lack of maintenance. The oven's temperature regulator does not work: 450f is the same as 200f so good luck cooking with it. The cabin had the most poorly stocked kitchen I have ever seen...the only seasoning is salt; no spices or herbs here so make sure you bring them with you. The cabin smells musty so keep the windows open. However, the two largest windows on the main floor have no screens so you can't open them unless you want flies inside. Other small windows have screens but most are ripped and they are filthy. Would I stay here again, NO!

If you are looking for a place to sleep, and that is it, this could be for you. It was very dirty, cobwebs everywhere, stains on the carpets, Pots & Pans timed out, switch plate covers missing on electrical outlets. Location was great but that was it.
