We had a great time! The room was clean and had everything we needed. The convenience of the pool deck was awesome! We had an issue with our microwave but wasn't too concerned about it, but customer service made sure to take care of things while we were there and it not be any inconvenience to us at all. Thanks for an awesome stay!

Loved the ground floor unit. It was easy access to hot tub, beach and gym. The check in and out emails had everything we needed to know.

We loved the facility. It was our 1st experience at FWB, but it won't be our last. The only negative was the cleanliness of the patio door area-very dirty and could have been cleaned easily. I appreciated all the contact and info we received before we arrived and highlights of the area - that was very helpful. We will be back!

This is our 20th+ trip to Destin West Bay and Beach Resort and always have a wonderful time. Coastal Vibes is one of many we have rented from and by far the best. Condos are well stocked and super clean. We look forward to vacationing with them again later this year.

My family and I had a wonderful time at the Destin West Resort in Gulfside Room #111. The condo was well maintained, decorated nicely, well stocked and the best part - on the first floor, so we could just pop in and out to the pool area. Coastal Vibe Vacations was also wonderful to work with. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great end of summer vacation!

This condo is just right outside the walkway to the beach or pool…..
Master bedroom is very roomy. Bunkroom has a bathroom with shower. The living arena has a sofa couch and comfy as well. Easy access to loading and unloading your luggage. No elevators or steps to climb….. my ideal for relaxing on the beach 🏖

My family loved the ground floor access and being so close to the pool. Everything was clean and we had a great vacation! We would definitely book this unit again in the future.

If you want something bottom floor, and close to the beach this is it. Many things to do at this resort and can sit right outside your room and look at the pool. Perfect for a young family that doesn’t need a lot of room.

Our stay at the Destin West Gulfside 111 Resort was very enjoyable. The room was clean and equipment with everything we needed. The property managers where great to work with and sent helpful emails leading up to our stay and at time of check in and out. We would recommend this unit for your next family vacation.

Gulfside 111
This property was everything we could have asked for. We had our 4 year old, 14 year old and his friend and staying on the ground unit was our favorite thing. The easy access to the pool was unbeatable because we were able to walk right out our door and be there. The same thing applies to the beach. We didn't have to take any stairs or elevators with all of our stuff in tow in order to get right to the beach which was absolutely amazing. The condo was pristine and clean just as the other reviews showed and they even gave us helpful tidbits about different places to try! The communication with the owners was so easy and their response time is unmatched. They answered all questions quickly for us and made checking in and out as simple as it comes. We will most definitely be booking with Coastal Vibes again!! Thanks for everything! :)

It was an easy walk to the beautiful beach and loved being able to use the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella instead of carrying a bunch of chairs out to the beach. Having door code entry verses room key was so convenient as most of the time we were in beach/swimwear. We enjoyed the pool and lazy River! It was the perfect location and we had many enjoyable evenings on the patio while our daughter played in the pool. We look forward to staying again in the future.

This condo was in a fantastic location. Close to the beach and great restaurants. Our family of 6 was able to fit...having 2 full bathrooms was very nice. It was so great only having a 4 minute walk to the beach. My kids loved the pools. We would stay again!

This was our second year in a row renting from David and his team at Coastal Vibe Vacations, and it won’t be our last! David and his team were only a phone call or text away, and are always quick to reply to any questions we have had. They have been very pleasant to deal with during our last two stays with them.
This ground floor property has a massive pool and jacuzzi just steps off the large back porch! It was also very convenient to the private beach with umbrella and chairs included. Inside was very clean and stocked with all the amenities of home.
We loved our stay here and will be booking this property again in 2022!

Another great vacation
This is our 5th year staying in this condo and once again we expect to be back. We love the convenience of the ground floor and the close proximity of the pool and beach. The room was neat and clean. Honestly we had no complaints at all and we had another great vacation!
