Apartment is close to the beach, well equipped (TV, fridge, kitchenette, etc) there's free parking space in front of the house. The owner is open and helpful - did an exception for us to accommodate with our puppy and was doing her best to fix our concerns. Several good restaurants, two beaches and few small groceries nearby.

1. Size of the rooms (we booked 2-bedroom apart) - 2nd bedroom is very small (ex-bathroom?) - overall stated area of 70m2 seems overestimated. 2. Interior is a bit worn out - nothing critical, but some small scratches, stains, not fixed door handle, etc. I would expect this kind of condition in the end of the season, but not in the beginning (early July). 3. Quality of the Wi-Fi connection is poor. There are 4 different networks in the house (one for each floor) but in this particular apartment only 2 are connectable and only in the living-room and first balcony. 4. Air conditioning is the main issue - hardware is old (seems 10+ years old) and was not working upon our arrival. Owner did her best to repair it, 2 different handymen came during 2 days, but without success. It's not comfortable to keep the open windows (mosquitos, loud music from the beachbars until midnight) and makes no sense when it's +37C outside. This was the reason we cancelled our 7-days booking and left the property on the second day. At the end this incident gave us a chance to spend lovely 10 days in Baska Voda in Urania Family Resort. We were expecting as well the price reduction because of the non-working air conditioning but it was not offered. The purpose of these comments is not to blame or to criticize, but to give the honest feedback to the owner to improve the property if they want to succeed and have a good reputation in the hospitality industry which is the key element.

Very close to the Beach - appartment is in a building in the first row from the sea. Free parking in front of the house. Very nice and helpful owners, Air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom. 2x balcony. Thank you.

Sometimes weak WIFI.

Such a nice homely place right at the beach front. Lots of shops, restaurants, coffee places. Lovely friendly owners and staff

It is the best place if you want to go to Tučepi ❤️ clean, romantic amazing atmosphere directly at the seaside!
