This condo was so wonderful. It is in the perfect location. It’s super clean which is so important to me. We didn’t want to leave.

Condo is in a perfect location. However, I had a frustrating time with Vacasa getting accurate check-in information regarding parking and condo access. It’s hard to get a hold of anyone local who is familiar with the property for simple questions, like where to haul out a full trash bag. Everything is centralized and they don’t know specifics about the condo. There is a local Vacasa office in Sandpoint that you have to drive to pick up and drop off keys for the unit, but calls are all filtered through their national system where they can’t help with most things.

Beautifully appointed condo. No welcome book so had some questions. Cole from Vacasa was wonderful. Very frequent trains running directly behind unit. Fireplace was not working which was disappointing. Great view of the lake. Nice location in town.

The property was convenient to Sandpoint, the view from the balcony was breathtaking and the unit was beautiful and well appointed.

The house was spacious and beautiful. The area was quiet with a nice walking path.

The location of this unit is unbeatable. The pool and dock are right out your back door and you're walking distance to City Beach and downtown restaurants and shopping. This 2 bedroom unit was the perfect size for our family of four. The unit was stocked with many essentials that helped minimize runs in to town. Overall, the unit was very clean with the exception of the master shower, which had a clump of long hair on the wall from previous tenants and enough black mold throughout that my wife and I opted to shower in the guest bathroom intead, hence the reduction of a star. Like I said though, the rest of the unit was very clean. Would have also been helpful to have a guest/information book for renters to review for orientation purposes like I've seen in most other properties. This would cut down on the number of e-mails, texts, and sticky notes from the property management company. Nonetheless, check-in and check out went fine. For the location and amenities, you absolutely can't beat this unit. I would stay there again.

You are walking distance to town and the city beach. The actual condo itself has a nice pool and beach as well.
The only downside is that the owners obviously have a dog so if you're sensitive to dog smells, this might not be the condo for you.
Overall really clean and nice tho!

Great place but master shower had persistent dank smell which appeared to be caused by mold. Other than that the place was great! The Seasons complex is overdue for some repairs including loose/missing tiles around the swimming pool.

Beautiful place by the lake. Great view out our deck and Good facilities too. But….it is across the street from the main east/west rail line so train noise was fairly constant

Everything was perfect except the check in. It was just a little confusing because we showed up at night and got a little lost. However, that didn’t change the fact that the condo was awesome! I’d definitely stay here again just longer next time.

Our stay at this particular condo at The Seasons in Sandpoint couldn't have been better. It was beautifully appointed, comfortable, conveniently located, quiet (except for the trains - which really isn't a problem at all) and it exceeded our expectations. We liked that it is on the ground-floor.
We were a little slow in figuring out how to get into the building (the fob must activate a wall pad that unlocks the door) but after we figured that out we were just fine.
The beds are so comfy. We loved sitting out on the deck and so happy for the nice patio furniture. There was ample seating inside and the kitchen had everything we wanted or could imagine needing during our stay.
We loved being able to walk to town for shopping and restaurants. We loved having so many walking paths right outside the door to enjoy.
Watching the sunrise and sunsets daily on the water was absolutely delightful.
We booked massages in The Seasons Wildflower Spa (right next door) and highly recommend doing that. It was convenient and the experience was unparalleled.
We would love to return to this unit when our travels take us back to Sandpoint. And we can't wait until they do!

Great apartment; plenty of space for our family. We used the heated pool and hot tub everyday; we cooked outside and ate at the table provided. We also had a fire on the beach and roasted s'mores; everyone had a great time. Reason for 4 stars was that they house did not come with any instructions/rules. We had to call Vacasa or the employees at Seasons 3 separate times to figure out where to park, where the trash was located, rules for lighting a fire at the beach. As stated in other reviews train tracks are located right behind the apartment complex. Loud at night in the back two bedrooms for sensitive sleepers

Great location, limited communication, locked TV
It could be 6 stars! Clean, spacious, on the beach, next to the pool, walking distance to 15 excellent restaurants. Subtract 1 star because its right next to train tracks. The trains come by about 12 to 15 times a day. Very loud.
Subtract another star for lack of info. What do we do with the 5 remotes by the TV? (One goes to the Apple TV, 4 to Samsung) Whose paddle boards are just laying on the beach? Can we use the beach chairs?
Subtract one more star for locking the Apple TV with a passcode so we couldn't access our own Netflix, Hulu, etc

Great spot for a summer vacation
The space was well-appointed and very comfortable. We only had 4 in our group, but 6 people would have been easily accommodated. Just keep in mind that the bunk beds are in a small room shared with the washer and dryer and the top bunk does not have a railing. Our trip landed on a few cool summer days, so the fireplace came in handy to quickly warm up. We loved the big deck overlooking the lake.

Nice location but constant noise from Railroad
Well appointed condo with nice views. Good location to town. Noise from train tracks immediately adjacent to complex is less desirable though. Recommended if you can sleep through constant railroad noise.

A must stay when visiting Sandpoint ID!
Perfect location with one of the best lake views around! Property was modern and in great condition. All the amenities you need to include underground parking, fully stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms, large living area and deck. Seconds to walk into town or travel in by Amtrak and literally steps to the Condo. Was great to have really nice community BBQ areas and a wonderful outdoor pool. While the nightly rate was fine, all the extra fees really add up bringing the total cost up above what fair value in our opinion comparing other luxury rentals in WA, ID and BC.
