The condo could use some little touches but the resort is beautiful!

Very poor experience interacting with VRClub. We were notified on the day of (as we were driving to Orange Beach) that one of the bathrooms would not have a functioning bathtub. This is a rather big deal when you have 4 kids in the travel party and need bathtubs for bathtime.
We arrived to find maintenance men in the unit, who notified us that the hot water heater was not working. We were told that if we wanted a warm shower, we could use the showers by the pool downstairs. We did not have hot water until the 2nd to last day of our 5 day stay.
I was never able to communicate with a VRClub representative by phone - they only communicate via email, and often their replies are quite delayed.
For the bathtub issue, we were reimbursed $200. For the lack of hot water, they said the best they could do was to offer a discount on a future stay - not exactly an appealing offer given the experience we had this trip!

Good until Wed. night at 11:30PM when water started pouring out of the wall into the hallway, bathrooms, and bedrooms. Emailed property manager twice, called emergency number twice and was told someone would call me right back-there was no response. We used all of our towels trying to sop up water and then mopped as best we could. Sent another email the next morning and finally got a response after 8:00AM. Manager was very rude-sent a housekeeper to evaluate the situation. The ONLY action taken was the housekeeper brought us more towels. This was a problem for a plumber, not a housekeeper. We never saw a single soul for the rest of our stay and were just told we could not use that tub, which was quite an inconvenience for the adults and children in that room. No apology, but worse, no action was taken. We have been vacationing in the Orange Beach area for 15+ years and have never encountered such unprofessional behavior by a property manager. I will NEVER book another property through this management company again, and you would be wise to ban them from listing with VRBO.

Overall property is really nice and loved the location and facilities. However the unit itself needs some attention. One shower/bath was out of order and we were not made aware beforehand and the toilet in that room ran constantly. The second shower had no bottom stripping so doors were very unstable and dangerous for small toddlers. And it was nasty with mold. Both glass closet doors were off the tracks (one has broken glass) and we had to fix because they were falling. All dishes were too nasty to use before cleaning ourselves. Wine door doesn’t close tightly and neither did the microwave door. The floors had some Sort of film that turned our feet black within 10 Minutes of arriving.
The unit was spacious, beautiful views, loved the balcony and if it was clean and all in working order, it would’ve been excellent.

What we had in mind was far from what we got. The condo was so nice and clean. The location was on point. The only thing was one of the bathrooms tub was unusable. Which that put a pinch in thing but we made it work. Overall our stay was great!

One of the showers were broken , I had no idea about the showers not working until I checked into my room , the manager barely responds , she has gotten several pictures about the problems in the property and I still have not heard from her , the place could have been cleaned better and garbage disposal was also broken

Poor Communication with the manager. I was inform the morning of our trip that one of the bathroom was inoperable. I believe they knew it was inoperable before our stay and waited to inform me the morning of; knowing I was not able to make any changes or cancellation. It was very inconvenient for our family & friends to go from a unit with 3 bathroom to a 2 bathroom. We reserved a 3 bathroom unit for a reason to accommodate our family & friends. When I emailed the manger to ask how they will accommodate us for the inconvenience; no reply. Very unprofessional!

Nice property. Several pools closed, as well as lazy river, which would have been nice to know before hand. Plenty of pans, cups, plates, etc. no condiments at all: no salt, pepper, etc. Trolley takes you to beach or can walk but it’s a decent haul if bringing chairs, coolers, etc. staff were very helpful. No sand volleyball so had to go down to The Hangout. Great courts there but parking is a zoo! Overall great location.

Excellent Pools
The pools were perfect for our kiddos! We had several options each day, and the slides were a huge hit. Beach access wasn’t as easy; however we prefer the pools over the beach. The condo itself was plenty big enough for our crew, with the large living room and balcony being our favorite spots

Clean, spacious, well stocked condo with amazing views
We had a great time and plenty of space for our group of 9 including adults, teens & kids. It was very clean and well stocked. Unfortunately, it does not have a tankless water heater & if that many people are taking showers back to back, you will run out of hot water. I recommend not running the dishwasher or washing machine if you plan on taking showers at the same time.
The pools and hot tubs are crowded during the day so it is hard to find chairs for a large group of people to sit together. They could definitely use more umbrellas around the pools. It was hard to find relief from the sun. We still enjoyed our time hanging out in the pool. The lazy River is a little slow and shallow (1.5’ deep) but relaxing and nice to float around at least once.
Even though the condo is across the street from the beach it has amazing views off of the large wrap around balcony. If you take the trolly over to the beach, the boardwalk to that beach is very long but you don’t have to walk far in the sand to set up your beach gear once you are there. It beats the heck out of walking that far in sand like you would if you had to maneuver past the chairs and umbrellas of a bight rise on the beach. A wagon would be very handy on the boardwalk. And the beach was not crowded, which was nice.
We would definitely stay here again.

This is our 2nd time staying at this property and this one was not clean. The sofa bed had red stains that looked like blood. The extra pillows was stained and the half bathroom door hinge was broken. I emailed and never received a response from anyone. Parking was not included in cost of rental 😡.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. Great location and plenty to do! One small complaint is the ceiling in the guest bathroom of the 2 full bed room needs some attention. There is an area that is peeling and it fell into the tub while my daughter was in it.

It was a huge condo and a beautiful place , and the kitchen supplies had everything we needed
All my kids loved the lazy river , the only thing that was upsetting was that it was a bit far to walk to the beach . But they loved the lazy river and water slides . We will definitely be back !
