The apartment was close to many historic sights and eateries.

The breakfast was not as described and did not meet the expectations presented by Booking.com. The apartment was not light and pleasant as it appeared to be in the photographs - was quite dim and enclosed due to its location in a dark, narrow alleyway in an extremely old and neglected apartment block. The stairs had broken edges. The toilet seat was not attached and no attempt was made to fix it. The television couldn't be set to appropriate programmes and language during the stay - the host did not assist with this. Insufficient towels for length of stay.

Molto male, parcheggio impossibile, siamo stati costretti a mettere la macchina a pagamento a mezz ora a piedi dall appartamento, doccia con peli e capelli, rumorosissimo: internamente il generale fa tic ogni 2 secondi e si sente anche a porte chiuse da entrambe le camere, esternamente si sente tutto quello che succede in strada, non siamo riusciti a dormire per due notti. Colazione: merendine confezionate ( treccine e plumcake) penso che sarebbe stato meglio prendere qualche biscotto o crostata o ciambella in qualche panificio e lasciarli in appartamento il giorno dell arrivo piuttosto che trovare mille merendine confezionate senza 1 etichetta di ingredienti e scadenze, anche perchè era riportata colazione continentale. Se potete evitate. Ps: la spa menzionata nei servizi non esiste.

I really liked the apartment. It had everything you might need. Communication with the host was excellent. Even recommended restaurants, apartment in historic old town. Places of interest very near by. In the heart of a very bustling city.

The best host i ever had. Very helpful and carrying person. He gave us a lot of food for breakfast. He offered early check in without any problems. Before arrival he was contacting us few times to make sure if we don’t need need any additional help. Amazing person! The same I can tell about apartament, spacious, clean, and in very good location in centro storico, and just few steps away from Palermo main railway station. Everything was perfect. Communication with host was great, he is a lovely person and wanted to make our stay as good as possible. Everything whenever we ask was met and it will be great to come back there in future :)

Great location, close to good restaurants and shops. The host was wonderful and met us at the property. We liked Palermo best out of all the cities we visited in Italy. The weather is perfect in Sicily, nice and hot during the day and cooler at night. The best wine! The best place for an authentic Italian experience! More people should visit this beautiful place.

The apartment was a bit noisy, I think because of neighbors. It's a city so it was expected to be a bit noisy. We could have learned more italian, if you visit Sicily this is important but the people are wonderful and they make it okay.
