This property is a spacious, open plan single level 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached house situated very close to world renowned Eagle Beach and amongst restaurants, grocery stores and many island attractions. It's built in a U shape around a gorgeous private courtyard complete with dining table and chairs, lounge chairs and a gas barbeque. Big patio doors open onto the courtyard from all three sides: the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. The house entices you to embrace true outdoor Caribbean living. The house has all the amenities you might need: air conditioning in both bedrooms each with king beds, hair dryer, washer and dryer, iron, fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans, etc. The master bedroom has a small extra room with a trundle bed for extra sleeping. We also have beach chairs, 2 bicycles, cooler(s), beach towels, boogie boards and snorkel equipment, to make your day at the beach enjoyable. Fast and easy booking with quick replies to all your questions. We offer any day rentals allowing guests to select mid week, lower cost airfare. Most major airlines fly to Aruba daily. We have an excellent property manager who is 'on call' 24 hours a day, and is always friendly and helpful. Best suited for 2-4 guests, but can be set up for 6*. All communications with Isla were very smooth and easy. As we were there for 14 days we rented big silver and it was an absolute must. It was great for packing up our gear to go to the beach, grabbing groceries and exploring the island. The house is very very well equipped with everything you need for your holiday. We loved the courtyard and outdoor shower. The bedrooms were comfy and offered much needed A/C quickly and quietly when we slept. We would definitely stay here again as the location was quiet and yet not far from the action and the home itself was so lovely. Like a well loved second family home. We had a little trouble with the garage on our stay but Isla was quick to respond and it was not an inconvenience to park outside. Thank you Isla, Daisy and Ellery for a wonderful stay in paradise.

Wonderful house in a great location. It really is just minutes from the supermarket & beaches, and the house is equipped for everything from beach trips, bike rides, cooking, just hanging out, and exploring. Isla & her team are wonderful hosts & I can't recommend them enough!
This is definitely a home for those looking for a more relaxing holiday away from the tourist mecca / trap that is Palm Beach - Eagle beach is just as nice, but without nearly the same level of insanity!

We absolutely loved this rental home. The location was perfect for us. So many great restaurants and bars very close by. We felt right at home. The courtyard area was amazing! We would sit out there often to relax, read books and have meals. We’re not big fans of crowded resorts so this was a perfect fit for us. A short drive or bike ride to the beach. The landscaping is beautiful also. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Aruba! Thank you Isla!

Living outdoors atmosphere; exceptionally well stocked and outfitted. House is virtually as pictured in the listing. Well maintained, quiet neighbourhood, large rooms, convenient location. Lots of extras to make our vacation better. Bikes, loads of towels and linens, shopping bags, cooler bags, exceptionally well outfitted kitchen and outdoor space, - utensils, cookware, BBQ, lots of storage, a vehicle available for rent. An all around great experience.

The location is perfect for a get-a-way as it is convenient to many of the major tourist locations on the island, but slightly secluded, so that you won't be right in the thick of the touristy areas. The house itself is well-kept and comfortable. There is also plenty of space to entertain or stay in, should you be there on a day with bad weather or want to have a pro-longed trip.

Perfect for us
This place was great. Dad and son kiteboarding trip. Courtyard had lots of room for our gear. House was spacious and had everything we needed and more. Hosts were great and very helpful.

Quiet courtyard and walkable neighborhood
We enjoyed this small home greatly. The courtyard is a perfect place to relax and have meals. You can walk for groceries, beverages, restaurants and it’s about a mile to Eagle beach. Perfect if you want to be close to amenities but not in the middle of the action.

Big house with lovely private courtyard that is also home to the sweetest hummingbird. Great neighborhood close to amazing beaches and convenient grocery shopping. Adding on the rental of ‘Big Silver’ was also a great way to explore the island!

Great stay in Aruba
We really enjoyed our stay at Isla's place! The house has lots of outside space that we were able to take advantage of. In the mornings we loved sitting out front watching all the colorful birds in the trees. The house is also very well equipped for the beach - with lots of chairs, towels and snorkel gear

Perfect for the family
We all loved SM8A. Isla and Daisy were amazing and very accessible. The house is well equipped. Love the courtyard for relaxing and barbequing. We enjoyed morning coffee on the front porch observing the birds, listening to the roosters and watching the flowers bloom over the week. Location to beaches, restaurants, grocery and all is perfect. Oh, Big Silver (car) was a huge benefit for the family and such a great addition to our stay.

Wonderful vacation at a wonderful house
We enjoyed our stay very much. Isla is a great host, helpful and never tired of answering questions. The information material with all the restaurant recommendations were also great. The same applies to the property manager. It is wonderful to have diner outside and enjoy the fresh breeze and look to the stars. Thank you very much! Regards!

San Miguel House
Perfect location as it is close to Super Food and 2-3 other local groceries and a very short drive to Eagle Beach. We loved opening the front doors and patio doors for a lovely breeze. The location is also close to a variety of restaurants and Arashi Beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Een ideale woning voorzien van veel comfort en met veel ruimte en privacy waar de wind heerlijk doorheen waait. De binnenplaats is een veilige speelplek voor kinderen en een gezellige plek om samen te eten en spelletjes te spelen of te relaxen. want to float for a while???
we enjoyed this VRBO immensely .. The location was perfect for fetching provisions and for exiting early to the beach each day for an early swim.We did not eat out once as all of the product was so fresh and delicious. The kitchen was fun to cook in and the outside courtyard made the entire effort a dream. The soft island breezes whoosh in and out . The AC for the bedrooms is excellent and we used the 23.5 number. Important to turn the AC off while you are not sleeping. The Island fun we had was going out to the different big hotels and having a sunset drink and closing out the day. The restaurant at the California Lighthouse has a great happy hour and what a view!!! If you have the timing the view from the lighthouse id wonderful. Downtown is also fin but can get really crowded if there are cruise ships so planning a bit helps..We slept like babies and had the BEST vacation ever..we are coming back oh happy island. soon...thank you Les and Isla for this opportunity. 4:30 swims are also nice at Eagle beach..no crowd and the water has been warmed by the all day sun.. SUNSCREEN an important component. We bought 85 at Super Foods pharmacy and were grateful we did..VIVA ARUBA!!!!!

Perfect vacation home!
This charming home was a perfect place for my family and I to enjoy our Christmas vacation! The home was stocked with everything you could possibly need, from the kitchen to snorkel gear. The openness of the house and the courtyard make it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the evening after a day in the sun. Les went above and beyond to help us plan our entire trip, not just the accommodations. Evert was also a great help with transportation and suggestions for dining and activities during our stay.

Amazing house, super quiet neighbourhood
House very near to Eagle and Palm Beaches, we also rented Les Ford Explorer and was perfect to visit many other beaches in Aruba

A piece of heaven on earth in Aruba
The pictures on VRBO website are exactly what you see when you enter this home in San Miguel. It is airy, open with a courtyard for dining under the stars---a truly unique home setting in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to everything--Super Foods Market, Ling and Sons Market, all the beaches, (our favorite Arashi), restaurants and night life and exploring the island itself--California Lighthouse, Natural Bridge, etc. The owner, Les, is wonderful and easy to contact with any questions we had prior to arriving. Evert is the house manager and is very helpful in giving you information about the workings of the home when you arrive. Evert is also the chef/owner of his restaurant Zuzuroh where we went for a delicious lunch. We definitely will recommend this home to family and friends and hope to come back to Aruba in the future and stay at this lovely home.

Breezy & Quiet
We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The house has a unique design which allows the Aruban breezes to flow throughout the house. It is fully equipped and had everything we needed for the two weeks we were there. We did enjoy a little night life down on the beach but were so happy to be able to come home to this quiet, safe neighborhood where we enjoyed the night air and stars on the front steps. Arashi, Boca Catalina and Malmok beaches are all within a 5 to 10 minute drive. A drive to the other side of the island is well worth the trip to visit San Nicola's street art and the National Park.
