Plan your Summer 2024 family getaway now! This home away from home rents Friday - Friday during the summer months with limited inventory available. Beautifully updated, 3200 sq ft, executive 1 floor split ranch on a large lot with parking on large driveway. 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, sleeps a total of 10 including children. 2 private KING bedrooms with large dressers, large closets and lighted ceiling fans. 2 QUEEN bedrooms joined by jack n jill 3rd bathroom also with dressers, closets, and ceiling fans. The 4th queen bedroom is through the jack n jill bath but has additional exit door. There are 2 leather Queen sofa beds with upgraded memory foam mattresses for added sleeping areas. Extra sheets, towels, pillows are available on the premises. Large family room with ample seating as well as eat in kitchen for 8 plus a waterfront dining room with expansive harvest table that seats 10 people. there are 4 smart TV's with 400 Mbps internet for streaming, new stainless steel side by side fridge with ice maker plus additional beverage fridge in the well stocked kitchen. The use of 3 boat docks and fire pit are just steps from this executive luxury home ready for a wonderful family vacation. Rent a pontoon within walking distance to Spend a Day Marina or bring your boat. Fox Island State Park is just down the street with a new playground and beach/grilling area. Beautiful sunrise views from everywhere in the house as well as the spacious patio. Walk to church, walk to The Landing Tavern or the Donut Shop, or boat to many restaurants, pizza, donut shop. Total number of guests not to exceed 10 - including children. No pets. No Parties. No garage access.

I am a yearly vacationer at Indian Lake and I have always wanted to stay at this specific property. For my 60th birthday, my wife booked us for the week. From the time we arrived to the time we left, it was like I was home! Jan was very helpful and the property is first class. The views at night as well as the morning are breathtaking. The house is decorated perfectly and so many places to relax as well as entertain. Nothing was left out for us to not enjoy our time. The master bathroom, with the large shower and soaking tub are better than any picture can show. Modern conveniences are everywhere. Remote blinds as well as lights and ceiling fans. Did I mention the Bidet? Weird at first, but day 2 we were all seeing why it is high society!! Nightly fires and fishing was perfect. I caught 2 large catfish the 3rd night. This spot was central walking distance to all kinds of fun activities. I will definitely be back and if you get the chance, book this place, you won’t be sorry.

We were so excited for our Labor Day weekend stay, ready for tons of boating and fun at this lake house right on the water!!! The owner put a very small section in about algae in the water. Complete scam the lake is completely unusable, we couldn’t boat or use the lake at all, which was not brought to our attention!! We weren’t from the area so we had no idea this lake is unusable! The owner should have disclosed the lake was unusable for our lake vacation! Don’t rent!!!

This spacious home has everything for a relaxing vacation. The home is well stocked from the large kitchen and everything a family would need to make meals in, to a perfect patio setting on the lake to watch the moonrise. The 3 boat docks were great to fish & swim off of. The location is so convenient just off of Orchard Island Road and is within walking distance to restaurants, marina w boat rentals, dollar store, gas station, and more. The host was more than helpful in answering our questions and providing recommendations. We will definitely return next year! 5 stars!

Beautiful lake home with all the amenities. This property was large enough to accommodate our family and is fairly priced for all it has to offer. This is one of the few luxury properties on the lake.

Amazingly beautiful home!!
The home was beautiful - and all of the kitchen utensils and storage bowls and baking dishes were fantastic (we're used to a few dishes available - they had most anything you could want) which was much appreciated as we ate at the house quite a bit what with 4 little ones. We brought a bunch of toys but the kids loved playing with the toys you had available (thanks so much for that!) A bit disappointed that the weeds were so bad off the dock area that we didn't want to swim there but the kids enjoyed Fox Island Beach and playground very much - it was just right for them and just 3 minutes or so by boat which was great!! We also took our boat out to the swimming hole in the lake. That area was pretty nice for swimming. The rest of the lake is very weedy right now but we saw the rigging out on the lake working on getting rid of the weeds so hopefully it won't be an issue soon. We did love being able to get to most anywhere we wanted around the lake by boat within 10 minutes or so. Loved being able to walk up to the coffe shop and donut shop too!! All in all - we enjoyed ourselves immensely!! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!!

The BEST experience!!
What a beautiful home. This home was everything we expected and more. It was fully stocked for everything we could possibly need, had enough space for 10 of us and the view was so relaxing. We were so close to the coffee shop and various restaurants, made for some nice walks. The house really is luxurious and we hope to rent this again next year. This could not have been a better trip. Thank you to the owners for allowing us to enjoy this space. Well worth every penny!

The house has an entire wall of windows and sliding doors making a Spectacular view of the lake! Lots of room for eating, socializing, sleeping, and get togethers on the huge patio. Very clean, bright and modern. We had such a great time!

My Mother-in-Law is in her upper 80s and not comfortable traveling far anymore, so a week at a nearby lake was perfect. The house was excellent, and the location on the water outstanding. It's a great home for groups big or small. The owners was extra responsive to the questions we had as well.

Perfection!
Our family had a most wonderful stay at Jan's gorgeous lakeside home. It is even better than pictured and gave us all ( 10 people) more than enough room to relax and enjoy. Long weekend at the Lake
We enjoyed our stay very much at the house! The sunrise views were amazing and our evening bonfires were enjoyable. Even though the weather was a little chilly we rented a pontoon boat at the marina for a day which was fun. The house was very comfortable for our family of 9 adults and a baby. We will definitely return again! Jan was also very quick to respond to any questions and gave suggestions for restaurants etc. great weekend!

Amazing Vacation Home!!!
Although I was unable to vacation with my family due to the death of my sister, our children and their families were blown away by the place. They all agreed that they had never stayed in a more beautiful home on any of our many vacations. My one daughter summed it up very well. She said when they walked in the front door and noticed the beauty of the house, for the first time she did not have to tell her two boys to take off their shoes. Indian Lake gem
Beautiful sunrise with endless views of the lake! This home is well maintained with high quality finishes and designer touches. Lots of space to spread out and fantastic patio to relax and enjoy. Close to restaurants and option to dock your own or rental boat. Will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Getaway on the Lake
We couldn't have asked for a better vacation. The Murphy's take great great care and pride in this home. The house has tons of space to spread out to enjoy. The home is super clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked and organized. The Murphy's were very accommodating to make our stay perfect. We highly recommend this rental.

A beautiful house, AMAZING dock & easy transaction
I cannot say enough about the stay. Everything was nice and clean. We trailered a boat and dropped in at the local boat ramp less than a mile away. Brought boat to back of house and enjoyed the week home away from home.
