The property was wonderful, has my husband and I thinking of doing a little remodeling... the location was perfect, it is a quiet neighborhood half a mile from hustle and bustle of touristy stuff and a short drive from other things to do such as go carts and a real mini golf course. It was raining so we were not able to participate in the other places, but we went to antique shops instead and had a great time.

Good, quiet neighborhood with easy to reach location. very clean. Suggest better directions for remote control light fixtures. Kitchen utensils are sparse. Refrigerator needs water filter changed. Had difficulty finding wifi information. High expectations for check out duties and responsibilities.

I, along with 2 of my friends came to Grand Rivers for 4 days just to get away for a few days and eat at Patti’s 1880’s Settlement. We live in Louisville, but I have a sister that has a place in Calvert City. The house was absolutely perfect for us. It is very clean, comfortable, easy to get to, very close to everything, well equipped, I will say, if you come expecting the second bedroom to have a top bunk, that is not there! However, It was perfect for us, because we only needed 3 beds. We could sit on the back patio, while we drank our coffee in the morning and watch the deer in the back yard. We had 3 little babies come visit us the morning we were leaving. They just laid down in the back yard while we had breakfast and never acted like they were frightened. We sat out and played games on the back also. It was very nice! Bring mosquito repellant! Other than that, we loved it and will definitely rent here again!!

Appreciated the owner’s pro-active & responsive communications. Lots of thoughtful touches like a bench by the front door (to change shoes), bathroom nightlight, great AC/heat system, ample dishes/silverware/glasses. The village grocery was clean with helpful friendly staff. LBL highlights included the Nature Station and for $5 per car the Bison/Elk Preserve didn’t disappoint (go early). The backyard was visited by deer and watch for turtles crossing the road!

The house was so clean, beautifully decorated and in the perfect spot. Received a phone call while in route that the previous renters had cancelled so the house was clean and ready for an early check in. We will be returning!

The home is clean and comfortable. It has everything you need, The pictures are accurate and furniture comfortable. I noticed the floors in the hall slant slightly and found this funky. We used the hall bath after the first attempt. Nice washer dryer and laundry area. The backyard is private and comfortable.

My family and I have stayed multiple times in this house, and it is perfect! Very clean and comfortable. The Christmas trees and lights were an extra special touch, and a wonderful surprise, that made our stay especially cozy! We will definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Enjoyed our stay very much and felt very comfortable staying in the property. Had trouble finding the house number when arriving at night due to it being just below the front porch just above the steps . Would suggest putting the house number on one of the posts. The owner mentioned the sign for Turtle Bay in the corner of the yard and that was how the house was located,

I am excited to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay in your home. I call it your home because it felt like we stepped into someone's home when we arrived. Your "home" was so much more then we ever expected. Besides it being clean! It was beautiful! We walked in through the front door and we all were so excited to walk into such a lovely and comfortable space. Each room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was so nice. If we had stayed longer we would have put the laundry room to use. The back deck was fabulous!! I know that we will use the Evolve Team again!!

The house is so clean and so nicely decorated. Very close to shops and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting on the rockers on the front porch and relaxing on the back deck. We did not have time to enjoy the fire pit but will be returning again!

We enjoyed our stay at Grand Rivers. The house was very nicely decorated, extremely clean, walking distance to Lake and restaurants. The kitchen was fully equipped and even offered a crockpot, waffle iron, toaster oven, and ninja blender. There was a nice covered back porch and deck for eating or visiting outside and we enjoyed rocking on the front porch. We were given plenty of towels, washcloths and paper products. Recommend pattis 1800 settlement for dining and putt putt.
