Situated in Da Nang, this attractive house for $102 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. My name is Huy Bui, an owner of Soul's House. Soul’s House is a beautiful house in a quiet alley of Nguyen Chi Thanh Street, situated conveniently right in the center of Da Nang City. Soul’s House want giving you a warm, friendly, comfort and secured place to stay during your trip. We have a pickup/drop off at airport service with from 7 - 16 seated car (from 12$ - $15/oneway) The space Soul's House is more spacious than you think with a shrewd design, give you cozy, comfy and fresh feeling during your staying. LOCATION Soul's House is very CENTRAL of the city. (1) Danang Airport: 10-15 mins by taxi (2) Danang Train Station: 5 mins by taxi (3) My Khe beach: 6-10mins by taxi (4) Han River and Han Bridge: 5 mins walk (5) Dragon Bridge: 15-20 mins walk (6) Cong Coffee: 8 mins walk (7) Starbucks Coffee: 5 mins walk (8) Olive Spa: 5 mins walk (9) BIDV Bank: 8 mins walk (10) Han local Market: 15- mins walk (11) K-mart: 15 mins walk (12) Joly-mart: 9-12 mins walk (13) Bros Kitchen BBQ & Beer: 3 mins walk (14) Madame Lan local food restaurant: 5 mins by taxi (15) Golden Pine Pub : 10 mins walk (16) On the radio Bar : 15 mins walk (17) OQ Lounge PUB : 11 mins walk Soul's House is a perfect place for your group with full equips to meet all your needs. LIVING ROOM & COMMENT SPACE *The space for welcome guest, for enjoy, relax with 43 inches Android TV. * In the 2nd floor, right outside the bedroom we have a red couch with Android TV, bookshelf. KITCHEN * This is a fully stocked kitchen comes with: – Plenty of Pots/Pans/Platters for large meals. – 2 kettles, 1 microwave. – Almost any condiment you need! We keep the fridge and pantry stocked with butter, salt, pepper, spices etc. LAUNDRY * Full equipment for do laundry with washer machine and washer dryer. BEDROOM * All bedrooms have Queen sized bed, 25 cm mattress with bed sheet, pillows and blanket by cotton linens make you have a good night sleep. * 3 comfort double bedrooms Room 1: This is the master bedroom with a small gray sofa, it’s own bathroom and balcony that overlooks the neighborhood. Room 2: This is small bedroom, it’s own bathroom, and a small sofa right next glass door with book shelf for reading. Room 3: This is a large bedroom, it private a hallway full bathroom, is great for sleeping 2 people with a small Juliet terrace that overlooks the neighborhood, nice place for sunbath. Guest access 24/7 for Guests to access Entire House through a code door lock. The hole space is yours. Other things to note - Transportation from Da Nang to Hoi An/Ba Na Hills, My Son) - Motorbike rental in advance Please contact in advance There is ultra high speed internet (WiFi)
