Our initial impression was great. The house was in an ideal location with breathtaking sea views that perfectly captured the majesty of the unobstructed sunset. It housed a generously-sized swimming pool with nice night blue lights, covered by a tent. In addition, it offered a ping pong table, a foosball table and an outdoor barbeque stand. It was also pleasantly accommodating, with three spacious bedrooms, all en-suite, an extra guest toilet, and parking space for two cars, supplemented by street parking. Just a five-minute drive to the seaside road, with restaurants and beach bars, the house seemed like a paradise. The region's negligible insect/mosquito problem was a welcome surprise. The house also included a good washing machine and a small dishwasher which brought a sense of home-like comfort to our stay.

On our arrival, we were greeted by the sight of a poorly cleaned house. One of the bed sheets bore an unappealing yellow stain, and the balconies were littered with bird droppings. There were no basic toiletries in the bathroom. To our dismay, the once-promising ping pong and foosball tables were in poor condition and not well maintained. The biggest issue was a broken bed, disgracefully supported by rocks. The sofa, too, showed signs of neglect, with droppings on its cover (probably from mice). Even the outdoor furniture was dirty, necessitating a cleaning session before use. Adding to this list, a mouse was spotted in the backyard and a stray dog found its way into the yard, leaving its traces next to the swimming pool. Following our first night, we made a complaint to the property manager. To their credit, they responded promptly, sending a person to provide us with a clean bed sheet, a lamp (which we had to change ourselves), and a mouse trap that we did not feel was our responsibility to set. Yet, they ignored the most pressing issue - the broken bed remained unfixed. Our patience waned with each passing night, and by the fourth night, the uncomfortable bed drove us away. Despite expressing our dissatisfaction, the offer we received was a 5% discount for a future stay - a proposition that felt more insulting than consoling. In summary, this could have been an idyllic stay, if not for the property's management. The potential of the place was undermined, resulting in an experience that was below average. Our visit serves as a reminder that even the most promising locations can be disappointing under the weight of poor management and neglect.

Nice location and amazing views. Well equipped and spacious property. Wifi and aircondition worked well.

We had problems with the washing machine, it was old and didn’t work quite well. Also the back yard terrace was full of bird nests so the whole terrace and it’s furnitures were full of bird feces. There were a dead bird at the pool in two mornings during our stay. Also at our first evening the fire alarm started to alarm due to a low battery. We tried to contact the property owner to get somebody to change the battery (the ceiling was too high for us to reach and fix it ourselves) but after several calls nobody came. So we didn’t have a good impression from the property owners.
