L’accueil a été très chaleureux ! Les femmes de ménage sont très gentilles, les chambres sont propres.

Wifi qui ne capte pas très bien Matelas très dur Four et plaque de cuisson qui ne fonctionnaient pas Mais ce sont des détails

Lage klasse! Das Personal sehr freundlich. Sehr sauber

Für mich persönlich war das Bett zu hart. Die Balkone sind in der Nacht beleuchtet. Um das Zimmer zu verdunkeln sind entsprechende Vorhänge vorhanden. Dadurch kann man das Zimmer aber in der Nacht schlechter lüften Es ist aber eine Klimaanlage vorhanden

non è servita per la città dove ci sono i ristoranti, per raggiungerla serve taxi o monopattino che purtroppo spesso non sono disponibili il personale è carente e poco disponibile, a richieste dice si ma poi non ha mai fatto niente, si parla di richieste tipo unire i letti a formare un matrimoniale, cuscini aggiuntivi in quanto quello forniti sono bassissimi, avere una bottiglia d’acqua aggiuntiva… che per la cifra spesa avrebbe dovuto esserci! Inoltra alla richiesta di cambio camera, in quanto non conforme alla prenotazione, ci è stato detto di no che l’hotel era pieno… sinceramente sarà stato massimo al 50% della capacità, non c’era nessuno in giro

Die Lage ist einfach genial das Personal ist sehr freundlich und es ist sehr sauber.

Das man kein Abendessen bekommt. Eine Kleinigkeit wie eine Pizza würde schon reichen.

Det sämsta hotell jag bott på med allergisk reaktion pga kemikalier i rummet.

Bra frukost men många val.

Rummen var behandlade med extremt mycket kemikalier (insektsmedel, rengöring starka och parfymerade) vilket gjorde att jag fick en allergisk reaktion, var dålig i princip hela vistelsen. Det tog så gott som hela vistelsen att vädra ut och vi fick sova med huvudet ut på terrassen.

Hade en fin vistelse

Rummet var rymligt med stor balkong. Två vaskar var ett plus. Frukosten var bra med bla nypressade apelsinjuice. Läget för oss var fanatisk med ett skönt lugn. Vill man bo nära restauranger så ska man inte välja detta hotell. MEN det tar bara ca 30 minuter att promenera in till stan och denna promenad är både sund och välbehövlig när man äter och dricker för mycket gott på sin semester.

Det ser lite slitet ut på utsidan av hotellet. Hade varit trevligt om man planterat lokala blommar som växer på ön utanför hotellet så det ger en mer välkomnande känsla än idag. Alla engångs artiklar för hygien borde genast bytas bort. Känns inte miljövänligt eller 2024.

Śniadanie było dobre, choć czasem był tłoczno i pod koniec godzin wydawania śniadania brakowało niektórych potraw

serwis sprzątający - podłoga w pokoju nie była dość starannie sprzątana, po sprzątaniu był piasek.

Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Gut,aber beì 10 Tagen wenig Abwechslung. Rührei war ungenießbar. Gar kein Brot im Angebot. Nur Brötchen oder Toast.

Keine Tür vor der Toilette in der Suite. Für uns abartig. Hat uns den Aufenthalt sehr stark eingeschränkt. Entfernung zum Ort und Supermarkt länger als beschrieben

The rooms , location and staff were excellent. The breakfast was good and the whole complex was very clean and well maintained .

The restaurant opening on the evening would be good and a fully equipped gym would be fantastic as well.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in der Natur

Nahe am Naturschutzgebiet und Strand. Das Zimmer war groß und der Balkon ebenfalls. Große Poolhandtücher gehen Kaution , völlig unkompliziert! Sehr gutes Frühstück . Frisch gepresster Orsngensaft , trockener Sekt;) super leckerer lokaler Schinken und Salami ! Vielfältiges Buffet. Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Es roch im Bad teilweise nach Kanal.

Frühstück bis 11:30 herrlich…

Hatten eine sehr schöne Suite und es war ruhig und komfortabel. Besonders schön war die Ruhe am Pool da die Bereiche von Familien mit Kindern getrennt sind. Wir waren immer nach 10 Uhr frühstücken und auch da kein Andrang am Buffet. Die Auswahl war okay, alles nett präsentiert und an den Kaffeemaschinen gab’s italienische Kaffeebohnen und sogar von La Palma. Die Anlage ist modern, mit vielen Pflanzen sehr nett gestaltet .. Sehr gute Geräte im Fitnessstudio

Getränke an der Bar müssen selbst geholt werden und abends für ein Cocktail anzustehen macht kein Spaß da wäre mehr Personal schon angebracht und die vielleicht auch dafür sorgen, dass sich einige Gäste benehmen und nicht ihre Füße auf den Tischen legen… aber kein benehmen ist heutzutage leider oft zu beobachten ….

Super Lage, gutes Frühstück.

Sehr gute Lage mit Blick auf Lobos und Lanzarote, Leckeres und vielfältiges Frühstück, Freundliches Personal. Sofortige Reparatur der festgestellten Mängel durch den Haustechniker.

In unserem Apartment gab es einige Dinge, die repariert werden mussten. Die Eingangstür der Unterkunft ließ sich trotz Reparatur erst nach bis zu zehn Versuchen abschließen. Der Safe funktionierte zunächst nicht und wurde repariert. Das Apartment im Erdgeschoss ist etwas dunkel. Der Ausblick durch die Glaswände auf der Außenmauer etwas eingeschränkt.

A great place for a quiet, relaxing stay

The hotel wonderfully located. Right next to a national park with amazing views of Lobos Island. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. They seemed to enjoy working at the hotel. Breakfast every morning was great. Plenty to choose from and lovely freshly squeezed orange juice. The hotel is very clean and stylishly decorated. Distance to the town is decent by car or a little longer by walk.

Not a huge fan of the large glass window between the bathroom and the bedroom. It does have a blind / divider but means there is little privacy, especially at night when lights are on.

nuova, ben tenuta, ottima posizione.

potrebbero mettere acqua nel frigo ogni giorno invece che solo all’arrivo; inoltre non è possibile fare doccia con un solo shampoo per due persone ! troppo poco. per chi va al mare ( e ci vanno tutti) sarebbe utile, anzi fondamentale, lasciare due asciugamani-teli doccia in più per il mare così da evitare di tornare in stanza e non trovarli. grazie

La qualité du petit déjeuner médiocre. La terrasse au bord de la piscine pourrait être mieux aménagée. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de restaurant pour le soir.

Todo muy correcto, y un desayuno perfecto!

En cuanto a la ubicación del hotel, se encontraba en una zona super tranquila y apartada, y con bastante aparcamiento alrededor. Además las playas y dunas se encontraban a escasos minutos en coche. Las instalaciones estaban muy cuidadas, y las habitaciones eran super amplias y estaban dotadas de todos los servicios necesarios para hacer mas amena nuestra estancia. En cuanto al servicio todo muy correcto. La limpieza de las habitaciones y zonas comunes correcta. Y en cuanto al desayuno un 10!

Hay pocas cosas de este hotel que no gusten, pero cabe destacar que no estén las habitaciones dotadas del típico cartel en el cual digan cuando puede el servicio de limpieza entrar a limpiar o no.

Great for a short break.

Great location and a good choice at breakfast. There was very little change in what was offered each day but the quality was good. With regards location it’s great for the beach but it’s a 35 to 40 minute walk into town but easy enough to get a bus or taxi.

There are plenty of good quality sun loungers but not nearly enough umbrellas.
