Situated in Healdsburg, this charming house for $926 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Coop Cottage is perfect for six guests who want to stay on a sweet 15-acre vineyard in a prime location near wineries and restaurants. Coop is just 1.5 miles from Healdsburg Plaza...3-minutes in the car or walk it in 20-minutes. Incredible location, great value and gated privacy in a fresh farmhouse overlooking estate vineyards. The view from the hot tub is perfect. Ru's Farm is a wedding site and we typically host weddings on weekends from 3pm-9pm May through November. The Coop Cottage has 2 king bedrooms with organic Coyochi bedding, each with their own beautifully designed bathrooms with rain head showers. There is also a cozy (tiny) third bedroom with a queen bed and half bath. Fully-equipped kitchen & gas grill so you can dine in. Enjoy meals on the deck and watch the sunset on the vineyards or linger in a relaxing hot tub and soak under a blanket of stars. Interested in bringing a chef in? Ask Lele Healdsburg is a friendly small town. There are many local wineries just .5 miles away, as is the Russian River and canoe rentals to add to your adventures. Truly the wine country experience. We always remind guests to make reservations for wineries and eateries ahead of time. Treat yourself! Please note quiet hours are 10 pm to 7 am. Parking available for up to 3 vehicles. We are a working farm with trucks and tractors in our vineyards throughout the year. We have landscape maintenance on Wednesdays and Fridays 9am - 3pm. We enjoyed our stay in Coop. The location was perfect, as was the outdoor area. The house is well equipped and comfortable. Our only issue was with the heating system that kept the bedrooms hot while the living areas were cold. Otherwise we had a wonderful experience.

Three couples stayed here and everyone enjoyed it. The place is cute and clean, beds were great. The view is wonderful! All 6 of us recommend!

We loved our four night stay at this lovely cottage. The views from the deck and hot tub were spectacular. The house is tastefully decorated and very comfortable with a luxurious feel. We hope to be back again soon.

It was a beautiful setting inside and out. Our wine tour at your sister vineyard Bella Vineyards was amazing. To top it off we witnessed a night harvest too! We only ate out one night as Coop cottage was so comfortable. Our dinner at Chalkboard was superb! We will be back!! Thank you John & Lele for being such wonderful hosts.

Where do I start? This place was simply the best! The most amazing property with gorgeous views, stunning interiors, quiet location and close to downtown! The best spot to spend your evenings was in the hot tub overlooking the vineyards. The fresh coffee left for us was delicious, and the locally made linens were a special touch! We were so sad to leave and, will absolutely be back!

This was a great place to stay for easy access to Healdsburg and the surrounding area. We were there for 13 days (much longer than the usual stay) and loved it. The property manager was great - she made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. The deck outside was lovely, and the cottage was bright and comfortable. A few notes for people considering it: 1) don't assume you will walk into town. While it can be done, much of it is on a somewhat busy road with no shoulder, so it is not a particularly enjoyable walk. It is, however, an easy and very quick drive in. Or, if you have bikes, you can bike into town. 2) The bedrooms are as described. Two are equal masters, but one is small, so I wouldn't be likely to have 3 couples there, especially for more than a few nights.

Beautiful, clean, bright! Wonderful bedding, towels, bedrooms and spacious bathrooms. Kitchen well outfitted, and organized, absolutely spotless! Huge deck with properly heated hot tub and bbq. Gardens are so amazing and offer so much privacy. Oh the lavender, bottlebrush, and the largest and most spectacular fiejoa, I have ever seen. One mistake we made, we didn't stay longer. Hosted a wedding on the property on a Saturday, and looking back, wished we had checked in on a Thursday and left on Monday am. The property is just that amazing. Better than we ever expected!

We used Ru's Farm for the wedding venue which happened to have this wonderful VRBO attached to the property. The setting and amenities were outstanding. The bride and her attendants were the primary guests at the cottage and it worked out perfectly. We could not have asked for anything better.

We rented this listing for the weekend as we were getting married at Ru's Farm, on the same property. Would highly highly recommend this listing as a beautiful Healdsburg getaway or especially if getting married on the property so wedding party can get ready on-site. The host is so gracious and helpful - would stay again!

Great location for wine country excursions. Close to Healdsburg Square and wineries. Loved the bedrooms and view from the east bedroom. Also, the fireplace in the unit made things nice and cozy. We had a couple of hiccups but Lele addressed them quickly. Based on the photos I was expecting vineyard views from the coop but it was more of a peekaboo view. Also wished that the deck and yard surrounding the coop had been a little more inviting (maybe potted plants and furniture cleaned up). Based on the price of the unit we were expecting five star accommodations and we feel that the property fell a little short.

The house was perfect for our trip to the wine country for our daughters birthday. The hosts had thought of every little detail and made us feel welcomed and at ease. The house is in a great location. You feel like you are in the country yet just minutes from downtown Healdsburg. A nice central location for exploring all the wine country has to offer. The photos do not do this property justice!! We went for my husbands birthday with 2 other couples. I was worried about 6 people in one house - but it was very spacious. We loved the patio and the hot tub. The rooms were clean and spacious. The view from the deck was outstanding! It is about 1.5 miles into town which was very convenient. We were able to drive, uber and walk easily into the down town area. Perfect location!

This house was a great place to use as a home base to visit multiple wineries! Perfect location close to all that Healdsburg offers and just an excellent VRBO unit. Myself and six high school girlfriends really enjoyed our stay at The Coop in Healdsburg. Lele was very responsive throughout the stay and even came by when we had an issue with the lock (user error!). The house was clean and comfortable and the views on the property are beautiful! It was a little further from the downtown area than we would have liked, but we were able to Lyft and Uber every night. I highly recommend!

The Coop cottage was very pleasant and comfortable for three couples. We stayed for three nights right after Christmas and enjoyed a low key family gathering and celebration. We especially liked the electric fireplace, which kept us warm and toasty in the cold weather. The location in the vineyard area south of Healdsburg is lovely and quiet. The house worked well for our needs with two exceptions. We ate most of our meals there and the kitchen was not as well equipped as we expected based on the listing - no platters or serving trays, no baking pans, no olive oil - so we bought a 9" x 13" pan at the Safeway and otherwise improvised. Our second disappointment was that although the listing implied that you could easily walk to the plaza in Healdsburg (this bit of the description was revised before we arrived), the location was really not what we considered walkable. Much of the route into Healdsburg involves walking along the uneven shoulder of a road with no sidewalks or space to stay completely off the pavement.

Wonderful property on the edge of a vineyard and close to town. Would highly recommend this if you are looking for a relaxing time in a wonderful setting. Visit Bella vineyards/winery to get some great wine — they are part of the Ru Farms family.

If you're getting married at RU's Farm, don't hesitate to book the Coop! (We actually booked the Coop before we had our wedding venue confirmed, we were that determined.) It was the perfect home base for the weekend and made all wedding festivities that much more enjoyable. The pictures don't do it justice, particularly regarding the wrap-around deck, which has gorgeous views of the vineyards. We loved our stay!
