This is our 3rd time to experimental menorca and always have a good experience. It’s a lovely designed and relaxing space.

Wear and tear is starting to show and for the price we expect more. It was still really enjoyable and you don’t feel out of place with a toddler which is nice.

The rooms were lovely. Spacious, comfortable, stylish. The little garden was a sweet addition. I had one of the best massages of my life with Fanny at the spa. She was so talented. Girls at reception were helpful and very nice. Breakfast offered a good selection, even though quite continental. Good location for exploring and a beautiful hike from the hotel to a rocky beach. Peaceful stay.

When you are paying almost £500 a night, you expect a certain type of service, but it was literally non existent. At the restaurant the staff behaved like the day couldn’t end fast enough. The pool bar was closed all 3 days we were there and noone to order drinks with unless you go to the main building. The pool area looks incredibly tired. The loungers are marked and dirty, towels are all miscoloured, beds rusty. Lunch menu was limited and after 2 days you are out of options. Doesn’t match the level of similar priced hotels or even other Experimental hotels.

Loved the food. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were spot on. Healthy and tasty. We stayed here 7 nights and had every meal at the hotel - we never got bored of eating here. Amazing vibe and super relaxing. Property is tastefully decorated. Staff are very nice (although some members lack experience). Great location from which to discover Menorca. Spa is amazing, make sure you book at least one treatment.

We were given the classic room (6) above the reception. It was a little noisy and the management should invest in sound proofing as you cannot charge 500e a night for guests to not have a peaceful night sleep. Staff need to be attentive to broken glass around the pool as it is an accident waiting to happen.
