Located in Little Rock, this charming condo for $589 per night is a great choice for your next break. This property is luxury living at its finest. It has the the best view in Little Rock and is the perfect location for all your needs. It is only 1 1/2 blocks from the convention center, an easy walk to the river market, and is right across the street from the most popular entry to the Arkansas River Trail. This condo is similar to a presidential suite at a hotel that would cost well over a $1,000 a night, but with a better view and more square footage!! The view from the northeast porch is the Arkansas River and is breathtaking! The downtown view is of the Old State House, Stephens Building, and many historical beauties. The condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, with a new Pottery Barn Queen sleeper sofa in the Living Room. There are 500 sq ft of porches and 1,700 sq ft of living space. The master bedroom has a direct view of the river. The second bedroom has a beautiful view of downtown. The kitchen has granite tops, dishwasher, and all amenities. What an ideal location with amazing views of the Arkansas River and downtown Little Rock. This condo is in a very safe location and had everything you could need. Extremely clean and comfortable and was perfect for our small group of old high school friends getting together for our 30 year reunion. Very nice owner who was excellent about communicating all the details of the condo and answering any questions about the area. I’m already making plans to return and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.

We had a great time at this condo in Little Rock. Everything was spotless, and the owner made sure that it was extremely well stocked with what travelers need to be comfortable. The views were stunning, and the location was perfect for walking or biking to many fun places. Very clear check in and check out instructions and videos were provided. If you visit Little Rock this is the place you must stay. From parking to a few minutes walk to everything that happening downtown. The condo was absolutely breathtaking. I am sure gald we did not stay at a hotel!!

While we didn't get a chance to stay at this property, we did get to see it while our staff stayed here. We were jealous! It was extremely clean and spacious. GREAT location. We would love a chance to return and stay here again. Lucky employees of ours who got to enjoy this one!

John King, the owner, goes out of his way to make everything perfect. This is the second time we have rented this awesome condo with an unparalleled view of the city. This time we put up our new in-laws on their first trip to Little Rock & Arkansas. Phenomenal...
We couldn't have asked for a better location or accommodation for our wedding/family reunion weekend in Little Rock. John and his wife has a beautiful condo and well kept and clean. House manager Judy was always on hand if we needed anything. Quiet and relaxing right by the river. We loved watching the beautiful lights from the bridge at night. It's was nice to wake up and make my coffee before starting our day.

The condo was the perfect home base for our stay in Little Rock. It is well furnished and comfortable with plenty of space for my husband and I along with our 2 daughters. We spent alot of time on the patio and you can't beat the view. We walked down the street for breakfast @ Corner Cafe and had a wonderful dinner at Cache which is also within walking distance. Great place - ideal location.

Beautiful condo, perfect location!
This gorgeous condo overlooks the Arkansas river and is within easy walking distance of many of Little Rock's most wonderful attractions. The newly renovated Robinson Center Music Hall, home of the Arkansas Symphony, is right next door. Take a Segway tour or trolley ride to orient yourself to the area. The condo owner is super attentive and responsive. He made this all very easy. I give this property the highest recommendation!

Beautiful spacious condo in wonderful location. Owner most cooperative; quiet neighbors; easily accessible for handicapped. The 8th floor condo had a great balcony overlooking the AR river; the street noise below was noticeable but not overbearing. The river & city views were very enjoyable; the overall experience was very satisfying.

Nice Little Rock rental
Stayed a week during our daughter's soccer tournament. Perfectly located condo with very nice finishes. Only complaint was dishwasher was broken during our stay. Otherwise, owner was very responsive. Parking passes really helped as well. Would definitely stay there again.

STRESS FREE STAY 4 BAR EXAM
This property was incredible! I rented the condo for a 3 day stay while I was taking the Arkansas Bar Exam in February. It made for the most relaxing experience and provided a stress-free environment to study in for an otherwise stressful occasion. I knew I did not want to stay in a hotel where I could hear talking through my walls or sleep on less than satisfactory hotel beds for such an important 2 day test. The Kings' condo solved that dilemma, and it blew my expectations out of the water!! The beds were SO comfortable, the place was very tidy and well kept, and I loved the giant jacuzzi style tub in the master bedroom! The condo is impeccably decorated and oh so cozy! There is a giant dining table that was perfect for me to sprawl my books out each day to study (and even a huge desk in the master bedroom too!) and the location was walking distance to everything, including the testing site at the convention center. The condo was also in a very secure building, which made me feel safe and all the more comfortable. Views were incredible, and the Kings were overly helpful in seeing that my stay was accommodating, including providing a list of things to do, places to see and restaurants to eat at during my visit!! I WILL rent again, and I have already recommended this to my friends and family. **FUTURE BAR EXAM TAKERS, TAKE NOTE**: this is a MUST STAY during testing!!
