Situated in Wrightsville Beach, this attractive house for $616 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This beautifully decorated, family friendly duplex is located away from the crowds in an exclusive and peaceful north end neighborhood. Take the elevator from the ground level up to the main floor common area that includes a relaxing seating area and a ping-pong table for all to enjoy. There are separate entrances to the east (ocean) and west (sound) sides of this single-level duplex. The east side of the duplex has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. There is a queen bed in the primary bedroom and two twin beds in each of the other guest rooms. The living area is comfortably furnished with a queen sleeper sofa. The living area and each of the bedrooms have a ceiling fan and large flat-screen TV with cable and accessibility to streaming channels. Spacious, well-equipped kitchen provides everything you’ll need to prepare delicious meals with your family. Dining area with seating for six is open to the kitchen. Full-sized washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hallway behind bifold doors. The recently expanded deck has plenty of seating for lounging in the sun as well as a dining table for meals prepared on the outdoor charcoal grill. High-speed internet with wi-fi coverage throughout the entire house including out on the deck! Home sits on a large, professionally landscaped lot with basketball goal and on-property parking for up to 10 cars (including covered parking for four cars on each side). On the ground level is a shared, enclosed hot/cold water shower with dressing room. Beach access is quick and easy via a paved pathway at the rear of the home – no crossing busy streets! If you’re looking for more space for a larger family gathering, check out the next-door unit (VRBO #981719) and rent both sides for a total of 6 bedrooms and 4 full baths that sleeps 16. Bed linens and towels are not included but are available through a rental service. Sorry, but no pets are allowed. PLEASE NOTE: The guest who makes the reservation/the name on the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, and he/she must be in the rental the entire length of the stay. No motorcycles or RVs allowed.

Our family of four had a wonderful time at the beach last week. Perfect weather, lovely clean duplex, comfortable beds, and a short walk to the beach. The elevator was a helpful feature and the large deck was enjoyed in the early evening hours. Carole was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Thank you for sharing your well kept duplex with us. We had the best time and hope to return next June!

Loved this home, perfect for large groups! We had our wedding weekend here and it was absolute perfection. So welcoming and relaxing. Lots of outdoor seating and a few steps away from beach. Will definitely be coming back!

Family wedding in January 2022. The place was roomy, bright and clean. One of the bedroom windows was drafty, the shade was visibly moving so that room was chilly. Wouldn't be an issue during warmer months. If it weren't for the rain, it would have been nice to sit on the front deck.

Our family rented the entire house (both sides) for our daughter’s wedding week. It was PERFECT! The house was comfortable, decorated nicely, and the kitchens were nicely stocked. The family room in the middle made for a lot of fun nights together while the kids played ping pong and we sat on the porch. The driveway was great for plenty of parking and room for us to be able to invite other friends & family over to park at the house and join us at the beach. The house is conveniently located close to a beach access and we enjoyed spending almost every day out there! It is a little bit of a walk to all of the restaurants and shops, so with such a large group we drove and that was fine. Carole was extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive. We would absolutely and very happily stay again.

This would have been a great experience except it is not wheelchair accessible. My husband is a paraplegic in a wheelchair at all times and he didn’t fit through doors easily and couldn’t shower when he couldn’t fit through hallway bathroom door at all. Other than having an elevator, this is not a wheelchair accessible home if someone cannot stand and walk a short distance .

We arrived a few days before the hurricane blew through and Carole went out of her way to make us comfortable. She was constantly in touch to make sure we had what we needed, and the house was well stocked. The storm had the potential to derail our vacation but it ended up being a great week.

I stayed in this duplex when I was a child for several summers in a row and I wanted my own kids to have the same experience. So many great memories, it was a highlight of my childhood and it didn't disappoint this time around. My kids loved it and wanted to stay forever. It was a home away from home. They have asked to go again since we got home. Carol was fabulous then 30 years ago as she was on this trip. I can't think of anything negative, it was wonderful. I would give it more then 5 stars if I could. Loved every minute.

This house was a wonderful vacation spot for us! The owner was so wonderful to work with, linen rental was easy and effortless and they were also very nice!!!! This house was very comfortable for our large group - and was well stocked with all the necessary kitchen items, plus fun items (ping pong table set up was perfect!) The Neighbors were very friendly and also helpful with information about the area and things to do:) Would highly recommend this house! We hope to stay here again with another group of friends and family! Thank you for a great get away!

This house is amazing in so many ways. Perfect location away from the crowded part of the beach, trail to beach directly behind the house. The house has 2 units with a common area in the middle with a ping pong table and places to sit and chill. The lower level provided great shade for the kids to play and draw with chalk. They even have an elevator. Carole the owner was super sweet in making sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. One of the best beach houses we have stayed at. We can't wait to come back again!

We rented both sides and it was the perfect house for our family - all 16 of us! Carole was very sweet and helpful with everything! Loved that the living area was all on one floor and that there was an elevator. Look forward to renting again!

We rented one side of the duplex and it was wonderful. Carol was the sweetest and most kind person I have ever worked when renting a vacation home. There were A couple things that was not exactly right but she immediately called someone to correct the problem. Which was corrected immediately. We have rented several homes on Wrightsville Beach and this was by far the best. We will definitely be back. Due to an unexpected death in our family, Carol allowed us to stay longer then planned. This helped make A bad situation easier to handle. Thanks C arol

We have renew this house twice now and hope to enjoy it many times to come. It is perfect layout for family with kids. Everything we could need was in the unit and the short distance to the beach is great. Very clean and neat. It's a home away from home.
