We offer a lovely, privately-owned townhouse in a gated, golf course community Sedona, Arizona is widely acclaimed to be one of the most beautiful and spectacular places in the U.S. About a ninety minute, scenic drive north, from Phoenix, and about two hours south of the Grand Canyon, Sedona offers spectacular scenery, great weather year-round, outstanding restaurants, wonderful art, shopping and hiking. From the deck of our lovely townhouse, you will overlook the community golf course and in the near distance will have fantastic views of some of the famous red rocks of Sedona, including Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte. Our one-level house can accommodate up to four adults and features cathedral ceilings, a master suite with a king size bed and oversize bath, and a guest room with a queen size bed and separate bath. There is a fireplace, two-car garage, washing machine and dryer, a 9-hole, par 3 community golf course, swimming pool and tennis courts. Host did not give us access info until the day before we arrived and VRBO did not have the right phone number to contact him. The listing said we had unit 24 and there is no such thing. We wandered the community in the dark looking for the right address. We called the host and his wife but they never returned our call in the week we were there. Would recommend sedona area again for great hiking opportunities

First time in this unit & a bumpy start with no garage door opener available. Plus, only one light bulb in garage worked. Contact with owner didn’t solve that issue.
Plus, aged bathroom fixtures made turning water on and off a challenge. Owner seems to be aware of these issues, but dealing with all long distance is difficult. He has a wonderful cleaner/manager, who does her best to keep everything spotless & working as best as possible.

Overall great...left notes at property.....no problem just notes for cleaning person and to advise of missing item.....no garage door remote, perishables left in refrigerator, garage left in blue garage contaner. We love staying at this property

After some initial hiccups checking in, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The location is close to everything we were interested in - shopping, sightseeing, a golf course on the grounds.
The view was great from the deck, and it was exactly as advertised. The place is very roomy, which worked well for my wife who uses a scooter to get around. Some of the furnishings and appliances are a bit dated, but they all work well.
If/when we return to Sedona, we will try to stay here again. We really enjoyed ourselves and recommend it to others looking for a peaceful, restful getaway.

This is a nice spacious condo on a golf. course. It could use a few renovations on bathroom taps. Otherwise quiet and comfortable!

I was fortunate to stay in the unit when Sedona had a fairly substantial snowfall. The view from the unit of the golf course was enhanced by the 1 foot of snow or so that blanketed the whole golf course.

We faithfully have vacation in this condo for the last three years, we love the location and the comforts we have while staying here. We are thankful to have the opportunity to stay here ! See ya next year Sedona

This is a nice townhouse, though you will get mosquito bites when staying in the balcony, still we booked it for our second time. Unfortunately, my husband was admitted to the emergency room due to serious eye infection one week before the vacation, I sent several messages to the owner to change the dates or refund, he never replied. Eventually he said half refund. Sent him several messages but still no refund after two weeks.

This is a very spacious and comfortable condo. It is a single story condo with no one above or below. It provided good privacy and beautiful views of the golf course and red rock formations. The patio was very comfortable. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is larger than it appears in the listing. It does have a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed. That being said, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would rent this property again.

We have always liked staying in the VOC as the locals call the Village of Oak Creek, The community and area are nice and there are quite a few good places to eat and it is not that far to a lot of the trails or to get to Sedona. As was previously mentioned in other comments the place is bigger than it looks in the photos, and the place good do with some updating, but over all it was a good place to stay.

Sedona Trip

The property was clean and bigger than the pictures showed. The kitchen and bathrooms were a little dated but nice. The unit had a large deck right off the living room. The golf course community was kept up very well.

Get together with some family after 2 years of covid lockdown. Townhouse was great. Well laid out and comfortable. Everything that was needed was present. Plenty close to all the attractions in the area. Garage a plus. I would recommend to anybody.

This was a great condo to use as a base for our trip to the Sedona area. The condo is spacious, clean, and has a great view from the deck. The location is very close to many of the areas best hikes and is just a short (and beautiful) drive into Sedona. There are also plenty of very good restaurants right in Oak Creek. Highly recommended.

November Sedona Trip
This was a great condo to use as a base for our trip to the Sedona area. The condo is spacious, clean, and has a great view from the deck. The location is very close to many of the areas best hikes and is just a short (and beautiful) drive into Sedona. There are also plenty of very good restaurants right in Oak Creek. Highly recommended.

Great location
We have stayed here more than once and enjoy the feeling of comfort and relaxation. There is everything we need here to make our vacation stress free. We appreciate the location, after a long hike to return to place that feels like home is wonderful! Everything is provided! Make a great dinner , sit on the patio or warm up in front of the fireplace we loved all the choices. We started and ended each day feeling very thankful and special for having the opportunity to spend our vacation here!

Gated community and golf course is nice and the location is great. Close to hiking, grocery shopping and dining. The deck on the property is super nice, spacious and has beautiful views. It doesn't get direct sun but an umbrella and newer (clean) seat pads would've been a nice touch. The bed is comfortable which made for a great night sleep and the layout is spacious. There are several things though that should be updated/replaced. The kitchen appliances and cabinets need an update. The cookware needs to be replaced because it makes cooking and cleanup a challenge. Fixtures in the bathrooms are old and some towel racks and toilet paper holders are broken. The living room furniture is old, the carpeting is stained and old, the vertical blinds need to be replaced because they don't close properly. The TV in the living room took about an hour to figure out why it wasn't working and the one in the bedroom is an old TV and after spending an hour trying to get it to work, we gave up and messaged the owners. We never did get a reply back unfortunately. Communication to the renter needs to be updated because for example, a key to the pool is no longer needed, the red rock pass left for guests expired in December 2020, (we planned on purchasing a week pass anyway) and the keypad to the garage needs to be replaced because the battery is held in by electrical tape. We were able to figure out all of the details by trial and error and by asking the folks at the pro shop how to get into the pool so overall, it all worked out. Looking at past reviews from even 2 years ago, it seems as though the common theme is that the place needs some TLC and the items we had issues with were the same.
We did have a great time, we hiked & golfed so we enjoyed our stay but a few upgrades, some simple and inexpensive, would make the place 5 stars.

Wow wow! The condo unit was Beautiful to match the phenomenal view right out our patio doors. Plus, the location in Oak Creek Canyon has everything you need and a terrific golf course. Not to mention the great executive course right off our deck!
Definitely coming back to this rental again.

A truly wonderful location and a little oasis for relaxation! We loved the amenities in the community including the golf course, pool, and tennis courts. The house itself is situated right on the golf course with a beautiful view of the mountains. The bedding was really comfortable and we slept great! Kitchen utensils end appliances are a little dated which made cooking larger meals a little more challenging but definitely manageable! One thing I would note- both of us work remotely and the Wi-Fi was not as strong as we would have liked, that we made it work. Overall a wonderful place to stay, we loved staying in the village rather than in Sedona to avoid traffic. Was very calm and quiet on the side of town. Definitely recommend this stay!
