Nestled in New Buffalo, this attractive house for $400 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Completely remodeled in 2016, White Corner Cottage offers the coziness and comfort of a lake cottage with the convenience of modern upgrades and finishes. The Fully furnished kitchen has stainless steel appliances with gas range, charming butcher block counter-tops and a large farmhouse sink. Spacious dining area seats six comfortable. Large Master suite has king bed, fold down sleeper sofa, and large walk-in closet. Master bath with double vanity, clawfoot tub and walk-in shower. 2nd bedroom with queen bed. 3rd bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, sleeps 4 kids. Cozy reading nook with daybed in entryway. Hardwood floors throughout. Outdoor amenities include screened in back porch, gas grill and fire pit. A few things to note: White Corner Cottage is a pet free home. It has a washer and dryer, dishwasher, central heat and air conditioning, cable television, and high speed internet. Linens and towels are provided. We offer a limited supply of toilet paper for each bathroom, hand soap, dish soap, paper towels and garbage bags. We do not resupply anything during your stay. For your convenience please plan to bring items such as condiments, plastic baggies, laundry soap, shampoo, extra toilet paper, etc.

Lovely little house in a quiet neighborhood within 10 minutes of the beach. Walkable neighborhood. Enjoyed dining nearby. Owner was responsive and, accommodating.

This cottage was just what we needed for our family of five. Super clean bright and airy. Spacious. Two bathrooms were a plus. Beds were very comfortable. My husband and I took the large master, my teenage daughter took the double bed, and my two younger ones shared the bunk room. The neighborhood was great! Quiet, walkable. We walked to Oink's a couple of times. Walkable to shops. You definitely could walk to the beach if you were just out for a stroll but it would be challenging to walk to the beach if you had beach gear like towels umbrellas and toys with you. New Buffalo Beach is absolutely beautiful. We went to a couple of other beaches in the area while we were there and New Buffalo was by far the best. The little town and shops are adorable and we hit up a lot of the restaurants and breweries. My only very minor criticism is that the outdoor area in the cottage left a lot to be desired. It could be a very cute area if cleaned up. But honestly we probably wouldn't have used it a lot anyway but it would have been a nice area to have a meal or sit outside and read a book. All in all I definitely would stay again.

We had a great stay in the White Corner Cottage! This is our second time vacationing in New Buffalo and we’ll def be coming back next year. The house was clean and spacious enough to fit our family of 6. Neighborhood is quiet and the kids enjoyed riding their scooters to Oinks each night. Thankful for the owner’s recommendation on Brewster’s (amazing food) and Townline beach (make sure you get there early/limited parking)!

Overall this house was a great place for our end-of-summer trip to Lake Michigan. It had everything we needed, was vey clean, and in proximity to downtown New Buffalo. The kitchen was well-supplied, the beds were comfortable, and it had plenty of space for our family of 5. It was too far for us to walk into town or the beach in the heat with our elementary-age kids, but could potentially be done by others. Either way the drive was less than five minutes to any of the local hot spots. The only issues I would bring up about the house are relatively minor. I would recommend a bit more in terms of privacy curtains, or at least some darker curtains in the living room and bunk room. These rooms just had very sheer shades so we had to put a blanket over the window in the bunk room to avoid our kids waking too early, and had a hard time watching a movie one night due to the glare from outside. The other issue was that the screened in porch was not very usable space. It only had a picnic table, whereas some more comfortable seating would have been nice to relax in in the evening’s when it was finally cool enough to be outside. We thoroughly enjoyed this sweet little house and would definitely consider staying there again!

The inside of the house was immaculate. No issues whatsoever with cleanliness. The three bedrooms and daybed in the entryway allowed my family (wife and two little ones) plenty of space. Communication back was always timely. While I’m sure some groups will be okay with walking to the beach/downtown, that just wasn’t going to happen for us (again, two kids, age 2 and 5). Definitely required a short drive (two minutes, tops). I wish the outside space was a bit more usable on the property, but to be fair, the listing doesn’t really try to make that a feature. Long story short: we would book again!

Perfect home for a short girls trip getaway! Spacious & perfect location. Bunk room has 2 bunk beds which was perfect for 4 teenage girls to be together. Comfy beds. Location was convenient— a mile or so to the beach. Could prolly walk but we drove. Beach parking is $15 for the day or $7.50 for 3 hours. Property manager was quick to get back to us to answer all our questions. Back screened in porch could use some work— door didn’t shut and just needed cleaned up but wasn’t really an issue as we had no need to use. Ice machine with the fridge didn’t work but we got by without it. Michigan City has a nice outlet mall (about 10-15 min drive). All in all, was a nice little place to stay to explore the area.

We enjoyed our first visit to New Buffalo, there were 5 of us women, the house was perfect. There was plenty of room for all of us but still small enough that we were always within earshot of each other. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were very nice. Would definitely recommend!

It was a great property. a very clean and user friendly home. A beach vibe which was appropriate for a beach town. The only complaint would be the wifi is not great, but neither are the phones. The whole general area seemed to have low bars. But the place and host were fantastic.

Our family greatly enjoyed our mini-family reunion in New Buffalo. The white corner cottage was had everything we needed — plenty of comfy beds, large and modern bathrooms, and space to hang out and play games! It’s so close to downtown New Buffalo, the beach, dining, Oinks and the grocery store! Thanks to the property manager for so quickly responding when we needed propane for the grill. We loved our stay.

This place was amazing. Super clean, super cute and close to restaurants and activities. The host provided TONS of suggestions of restaurants and things to do. That was much appreciated. My only suggestion is look into reservations for the restaurants if going on the weekend. Tried to eat at Brewsters at 7:30 and didn’t have a table available till 9:15. We had kids with us so that didn’t work out for us. Another restaurant was on a 2 hour wait for pick up. But no big deal we have pizza left over from the night before and there was a McDonald’s close. We can’t wait to go back. Planning another trip next summer.

We stayed here for the first time this past weekend, and we absolutely loved it! The place was amazingly clean. Like seriously clean, lol. And David is an awesome host, he answered all of our questions prior to the trip, and during the trip. The kids room with bunk beds also had supply of toys. Which made our kid very happy! This house is in close proximity to all that New Buffalo has to offer. We can't wait to stay here again!!
