About this condo rental
A fabulous 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa is located in building one on the 2nd floor at The SeaCrest Resort. With beautiful ocean views, this villa will not disappoint. The living room is outfitted with comfortable seating, including a sleeper sofa. The kitchen opens to the dining area and seats six along with two bar stools at the kitchen counter. The master bedroom has a private balcony where you can enjoy incredible views of the Atlantic while having your morning coffee. The SeaCrest Resort is in the Coligny Beach area with dining, shopping, and entertainment all within walking distance. There are many activities available in the area. But most importantly, the wide sandy beaches are just at your doorstep. In addition to your bed and bath linen set up, The Vacation Company provides beach towels for your stay. One less thing you need to pack. *** Lagoon repairs are scheduled to start January 3. They will be drained, cleaned out and the liner will be replaced. The project is scheduled to take 8-10 weeks and is scheduled to be completed by 5/1/2024 weather permitting. SPRINKLER LINES IN GARAGE AT SEACREST BEING REPLACED 2024. All sprinkler lines in Buildings 2 and 3 are being replaced. Work in Building 3 will Start April 8th. There are several moving parts to this project and areas of the parking garages will be blocked off and inaccessible at various times. The expected completion for Building 3 is May 3rd. As soon as Building 3 is completed, work will begin in Bldg 2 and that is scheduled to be completed by June 21st. DURING THIS PROJECT, 1 BEDROOM UNITS WILL BE LIMITED TO 1 PARKING PASS AND 2+ BEDROOM UNITS WILL BE LIMITED TO 2 PASSES. This condo is absolutely beautiful and in the perfect location! The house was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make meals, the balcony view is amazing, and there were lots of extra touches that made us feel welcome. You can’t beat the location with being able to pop back and fourth from the beach to the pool. Pool Bar Jim’s is a must visit! Lots of shopping and food within walking distance. Communication and checkin was easy. We will definitely be back!

This property is a gem! Everything you could possibly need is within walking distance. Coligny Plaza is across the street. This location couldn’t be more convenient! Great location for families. The condo was perfect for us. Looking forward to staying here next year.

Great location!! Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Beach, pool and pool bar were great!! Condo furniture and beds were very uncomfortable. The swivel chairs in family room were uncomfortable along with sofa. Beds were hard. I would definitely stay at Seacrest again but would not stay in this condo unit.

You cannot beat the location, being across the street from Coligny Plaza for food and shopping, and the beach is less crowded, as it is closer to residential homes than the overly crowded public Coligny Beach!
The condo itself was nicely appointed and maintained. There is a Keurig coffee maker along with a regular coffee maker, which was nice as I am a solo coffee drinker and don't drink more than one cup in the morning.
The inclusion of almost free vacation equipment rental, such as bicycles for the week, provided by the Vacation Company, the management company, was an appreciated surprise.
The mattress in the master bedroom was very hard, so it was tough on my husband and I by the 4th night, but everyone is different in that regard. Harder than most hotel rooms though.
My only complaint truly is that the some of the fountains on the grounds of the resort were not functioning properly and/or were very dirty, so it took away some of the aesthetic pleasure of walking around and taking photos, but that's fairly minor.
Overall, it was a lovely place and we had a great vacation! Would rent again and will recommend to others!

Loved the condo, the view, and most especially the location which is right in the center of Coligny, with a lot going on as far as food and entertainment options. Beach and pool were great too, as is Pool Bar Jim’s!

We loved our stay! The property was exactly as pictured and so comfortable. The balcony views were lovely for the mornings and the overall property, pool, Pool Bar Jims, and Coligny Plaza across the street was excellent. We will certainly return.

My husband and I took our 5 year old son and 19 month old daughter here for our last off-season vacation before our son starts kindergarten next year. We had heard great things about Coligny and Hilton Head in general. We had a great time! The location is great.. we didn’t get back into our car once we arrived. We walked for dinner, coffee, shopping, drinks, and even to the park with the pirate ship which the kids loved! We took a wagon which made getting out very easy. The pools were nice.. we loved the baby pool for our daughter who is very independent and doesn’t love being held in the deeper pool. Pool Bar Jim’s made awesome food and drinks for us to enjoy while the kids played. The property was clean and had plenty of room for toys and everything we needed to keep everyone happy. The property managers were prompt in helping us - we had one small issue with the door and they had to bring us our parking passes after we checked in. Both issues were taken care of quickly. The only thing we didn’t like about the property was the gym. It definitely needs some updating and some free weights. Also, the signing is a little confusing too about which building is which but we really enjoyed the location and would love to come back. Such a great time. Thanks for having us!

We went for Labor Day weekend and enjoyed our condo. There were plenty of luggage carts to bring luggage up. Getting to the beach and local stores/restaurants were very easy.

The condo is exactly as described. Comfortable, well appointed, and the views are nice.
The two pools are great! So nice to have a pool that has a true 8 foot deep end.
The pool bar is a plus, loved that you could grab a sandwich also.
The parking for this condo is under the units so your car is not in direct sunlight or rain.
The king sized bed was hard as a rock (Everyone is different) we solved it by buying a mattress topper.

VRBO makes it easy. We had no direct contact with owner since she uses a property management company. The unit we rented was nice, but it needs some repairs, updates and painting. Also, We couldn’t use shower in master bath. Sea Quest is a great location with so many places nearby. Overall, we had a great week!

Very impressed with what found. The visit on the internet looked good but what we found exceeded expectation. Your staff provided caring and prompt services. My wife and I are 80 years old so we can't plan too far ahead. However, we are considering a return to 1203 , and will act soon.
