This property is super clean, cute, spacious, private, and had everything we needed for our week-plus stay. The owner was extremely communicative during the booking process and leading up to our stay, and he also checked in with us during our visit. He even had our favorite drinks and snacks waiting for us upon our arrival. Such a nice touch. The house is in a great neighborhood (we felt very safe), with a huge park in walking distance and tons of shops, restaurants, and drug stores/grocery stores just a short drive away. I would absolutely stay here again.

The house itself was amazing. Communication with Matt the owner was very easy and he obviously takes a great deal of pride of making sure your stay goes smoothly. Everything was well stocked and the welcome of fruit and drinks was much appreciated. The house is very well located relative to getting to shops and local attractions. Everything was in prefect working condition. Could not have had a better week.

Great stay in North Scottsdale

This was a great property. The owner was very responsive and attentive to any requests. He called before our stay and made sure we had drinks, snacks and coffee f or our first couple of days. The yard was great (pool, hot tub, hammock…) and made our stay vey comfortable. Great place to stay with dogs too. The house is close to all amenities. I recommend this house and it’s owner without any reservations!!

This house is in a great location - nice, quiet neighborhood; easy walk to restaurants and stores. But the photos don’t reflect how the house is. There were 13 wind chime/mobiles hanging in the backyard. There are a lot of personal photos, trophies, plants, personal touches around the house. It feels like the owner lives there and moves out on a temporary basis to rent the house. (A city official came to the house looking for the owner, which reinforces that opinion. And vitamins and prescription bottles in the pantry.) There are only two chairs by the pool - if you have guests, there is no other pool seating. The description is “well equipped.” We had to buy a spatula, there is no hair dryer, and as with all vrbo rentals, the pans were In terrible shape. There are only three glass glasses, and they don’t match. I could not recommend this property at this price.

Nicely maintained residence that is user friendly. All appliances, hot tub, door locks,etc. are all in good working order and easy to use. For golfers, the Kierland golf course (part of the Westin Resort)is only a mile away. Many good biking and hiking trails close by. Matt is close by and highly responsive to all needs. The house has TIVO, but not the main sports channels, which is a slight detriment.

Matt was a gracious host... the house was perfect for our family. We enjoyed all the added touches... especially the consistently heated hot tub. The location was perfect for all our adventures. Great hospitality!!!

We stayed here with my husband, dog, and son for Christmas week to get away to the warmth. One of the best parts of the property was the owner’s attentiveness. He showed us around the property when we first arrived, brought over gas when the grill ran out, and checked on a maintenance concern we had. We enjoyed walking to the park and past the golf course nightly. It was a great location- close to golf courses and restaurants. We would definitely stay again when we’re back in Scottsdale.

Matt was a great host! We happened to be renting his home on the week when the coronavirus hit and there was a run on toilet paper at every store in town. Matt was gracious enough to bring us extra supplies for the week.
