The location is great and unit had everything we needed in the kitchenette. Laundry was super nice to have.

The mattress was HORRIBLY uncomfortable. Like sleeping on a bed of springs (even my husband complained and he has never had issues with a bed before(. The key code entry was very complicated (once you know you know) but getting it right the first time is really a pain.

Great facilities, fantastic location and good communication from hosts.

Cooking was a little difficult in the apartment due to a lack of cooking utensils/pans.

The apartment is in perfect location and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. New, clean and confortable. Since how to arrive the apartment from Asakusa station to each device has an explanation in english. Host is super kind too.

As a full apartment, it has all the necessary furnishings you'd need for a long stay including a washer (no dryer), and a fridge and television. The bathtub was a nice luxury as well. It's also easy to check in and has no check out and all done electronically via iPad and emails with codes and instructions sent to you. Great for travellers who want a lot of privacy and don't want to deal with people. Location wise it's conveniently close to the station and food options, but is tucked away in a street, so finding it was a bit tricky.

It can take a while for your clothes to dry since there aren't many windows. The balcony is just a sliver and pretty dusty. Even with the instructions provided the water heater system was a bit confusing and took a while to heat, so I had to follow a YouTube tutorial on using the heater. There weren't very many outlets for charging devices and just one extension cord, so it can be inconvenient travelling with multiple people and multiple devices. The mattress was a tad too soft for my taste as it sank all the way down upon sitting. Not the best for your back. Can feel a bit small if you're traveling with another person. The price is a bit high for what it is, but I can't complain too much.

The owner has thought of everything there were toothbrushes , shampoo, conditioner even washing up liquid and laundry detergent. These are usually the things that are forgotten on a trip. It was lovely quite building and easy walking distance from station

We were family of 2 adults and 2 children and it was a little crowded so bear this in mind as it is compact. I would prefer the tv to be higher up on the wall so that you can pass safely with the sofa bed out

The location is wonderful. Really love the little kitchen and tub. Having a nice shower after all day long is so great.

Only one thing: the hair dryer is really weak...

Had a great 10 night stay here. Very clean, all the facilities you could want in a self contained apartment. Very roomy and location to everything was excellent. Highly recommended.

Very good location. The toilet is separated from the bath room, and there is a spacious changing room with a washing machine in between. The bath room has clothes dryer function, which was very useful. Needed to contact the managing company for support, and their responces were quick.

The room light was a touch too dark. The shelf above the kitchen is too high. The satircase is narrow and I struggle to carry up and down my luggage.

The checking in process was through a pad fixed in the wall. The area was tiny and we had luggage, a pram and two very young kids travelling with us, plus it required to take a portrait photos for everyone including the kids, hence it was quite a painful process to enter all the details of passport for four of us. We have been given the door code by verbal, I had to write it down on my hand so I won't forget it. The mattress and sofa bed quality was by far the worst comparing with other 10 accommodations we had during the six weeks travel in Japan. There was also a big list of house rules including ones that request you to stay quiet all the time or you might get evicted?? And someone might ring your door bell and just ignore it?? If you operate several appliances at the same time the power might get tripped off and if you do something wrong you won't have power to use?? We had two young boys, they are energetic and we weren't sure how quiet was quiet?? We worried during the entire stay...

Clean apartment. Very newly built. Reasonable amount of space for two although seemed small at first. Bathroom and washing machine a highlight. Very quiet area. Warm apartment

I extended the stay one or two days at a time for a week as our plans kept changing. While the owners were very happy to accommodate us, they charged a 4500 yen cleaning fee per alteration so I think we paid for the cleaning fee about 4 times. They said they couldn’t omit it despite the fact that we stayed in the room for 14 days without checking out until the end. On one occasion I extended it the same day we were meant to be checking out and they said they couldn’t cancel the cleaner which I accepted. However I resented paying it several times for days when I extended the night before

There's no lift to 2nd and 3rd floor, we have a massive luggage, for light traveller should be ok
