Included in this 2 BR/2 bath condo is a fully stocked kitchen w/ all new stainless steel appliances, modern mosaic tile backsplash, new quartz countertops, & updated cabinetry. Also enjoy all new beds, mattresses, linens & towels throughout. The master bedroom has 1 king bed w/ a new 42' flat screen TV & DVD player. Stunning beach views also await you from the master bedroom w/ balcony access/sliding door. The 2nd bedroom has 2 new full beds and a full bathroom. This bedroom has a 32" flatscreen TV/DVD Combo player. Both bathroom renovations include new/updated cabinetry, new countertops, new tile floors, new sinks & all new bath/shower hardware. This condo also features all new lighting, ceiling fans, new living room furniture, new 52" flatscreen TV, and an oversized goose-down cushion sofa that can sleep 1 (twin size). Beautiful beachfront views in master bed & living/main area. The dining table seats 6 & the kitchen countertop bar seats 2. The new (not updated pic) outdoor patio table seats 4. Phoenix 7 has a large pool w/ a recent renovation that took place in 2014 and a kids pool. There are also 7 outdoor grills around 2 gazebos with tables near the pool. The property also has a large indoor heated pool 3 hot tubs, a men and woman's sauna, tennis courts, basketball goal, & a racquetball court. There is also an exercise room with weight machines, treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, and stair climbers. There are many restaurants, stores, & marinas located nearby. Walk to The Gulf restaurant & bar, Voyagers Restaurant, Zeke’s marina/restaurant, San Roc Caye Marina & shops! Monthly snowbirds are welcome! Please email or call for further inquiries.

Our stay at the condo was wonderful! The condo was well stocked and beautiful! Our only complaint would be the couch. It is not conducive for sleeping or sitting on for long periods of time. Otherwise, the place was perfect for our family! Would stay there again!

Great view of the beach and the gulf especially from the 12th floor. Condo was very clean and easily accessible. Plenty of room to use a pack and play or portable bassinet if traveling with an infant or toddler. Beach rental services at phoenix 7 was much better than others we’ve used at other places

This condo was great for our family vacation. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils, etc. Beautiful views too. I would recommend.

I was there for my daughter’s wedding that was located at the Perdido Beach Resort. This condo was three condos down from the wedding location which was very convenient. The condo was fully equipped with what we needed. When we got there, I was satisfied with the condo itself, however, after visiting a friend who was staying in another condo in the building, I wished I had chose that condo due to the fact that the decor in that unit was all leather furniture, which is easier to keep odors at bay. This condo had an odor that we had to adjust to. It looked clean, but had an odor. We never cooked anything for fear of making it worse. The patio furniture could use an update too! Overall, the condo served the purpose for our visit.

The condo was super nice and everything was just as pictured! The pools were freezing (October), but obviously nothing the owner of this condo could help! My girls ages 1 and 3 didn’t mind the coldness of the pools 😂. We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed here for our birthday weekend and loved it. The condo was very nice with great views from the balcony. Phoenix VII is located very conveniently to restaurants. groceries and shopping., The only problem was the dryer making noise, which the owner was aware of and was working to remedy it.

This is our second stay at Phonix VII and we will be back! We love being able to see boats coming and leaving the bay. This trip we saw more wildlife then iv ever seen in my 28 years of life right on the shore. We saw Jelly fish, Heron, Sand fleas, Blue Crab, Stink ray, Dolphins and SHARKS!

Overall we had a great week as a family in Orange Beach. Everything about the property was as advertised. The only issues we had were NOT due to owner (guests in unit above us dragging things across the floor all hours of the night and inconsiderate beach/pool goers). The unit itself was very nice and had plenty of space for our family. The unit's proximity to the elevator (not too close to hear people getting on and off, but not too far to make the walk unbearable) was great. Everything we needed was there from kitchen amenities to bathroom towels. We spent a lot of time out on the balcony enjoying the views of the gulf in between our trips to the beach/pool and the local restaurants. Thanks for renting your place to us for the week!!!

Excellent place
Everything was clean. We had a few issues with the baskets and shelves kept falling in the guest room but they just hung up their clothes instead. Very nice furniture and the master bedroom mattress was awesome. They had smart tv's so when cable wasn't not producing anything we could switch to Netflix. Overall a great property.

Beautiful views
Very nice condo. Updated decor and very well stocked. Worked really well for our family of 5. Comfy beds and couch and chairs. Nice after a long day to come back to some comfort.
The condo really needs to update the elevators or something - 2 were broken when we were there which led to some very long waits and lines to get to the 12th floor!
The views were beautiful! The distance from the boardwalk to the ocean is pretty far compared to others we have stayed at. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing- it’s beautiful white sand beaches but just be aware and bring a beach wagon or something.
Overall - would definitely recommend!

My family and I enjoyed the place thoroughly.
The beds were very comfortable clean and the place looks newly renovated. Kitchen was great it had all we needed for cooking. I have easy access to Pensacola and orange beach for fishing. After a long day it was great that we had Access to the beach, pool and multiple Hot tubs. They have plenty of carts for luggage and groceries. Parking was easy & convenient. We do not have any noisy neighbors so we all got a great night's sleep. I will be back next year and I would love to return to this location.

Smelled clean (you know its clean when they use vinegar so major props IMO), looked clean/put together/comfortable and space was perfect for what we needed! Pack n play fit perfect in the double bed room and far enough away from the living area and master bedroom that it was quiet for our baby to sleep without waking her. Loved that the elevators were nearby but couldn't hear any traffic from it. Beautiful view of the beach! So close to delicious restaurants and shopping. We will definitely save this place for a future stay!

This is a beautiful place to stay, with great views of the ocean and easy access to the beach. Our family also enjoyed playing tennis, racquetball, and swimming in the large pool. A wonderful place to push pause on the demands of life and reconnect with our Creator and our family members!

This was our first time visiting OBA, and we absolutely loved it! This property was very clean, recently renovated, and in a great location. We will definitely be coming back.
