Nestled in Lake City, this attractive house for $335 per night is a great option for your next break. This new, two-story mountain home has a beautiful great room with a new wood burning stove, wrap around redwood deck and stunning views of the majestic San Juans. Relax in rustic ambience at night as you discover the Colorado Rockies at their very best by day. Close to great river and lake fishing, hunting, birdwatching, numerous hiking and backpacking trailheads, the Alpine Loop 4WD road and within a ten minute walk to Lake City's downtown restaurants, shopping and park. This home has custom hickory kitchen cabinetry, exposed pine flooring and aspen paneling and ceilings. The kitchen is fully stocked and the living room has a 35' color TV, a comfy couch and two recliners. Two living room ceiling fans to keep it cool in the summer and with those crisp cool nights the new wood burning stove will keep the interior warm and inviting. The wood is provided. The interior is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Master bedroom downstairs with kingsize bed and walk-in closet, ceiling fan and master bathroom. Two bedrooms upstairs, each with queensize beds, have their own exterior balcony entrances visible in the first photograph, walk-in closets, ceiling fans and shared bathroom. This is an amazing place to stay. We spent 6 nights here. We've stayed in Lake City 2 other times in different places, but this place is above and beyond the others. Very well stocked with anything and everything you could ever need. Will definitely book here again, thanks to the owner Brian for a great experience!

House was very clean, good job Irma! House was as advertised but ants were all over the deck,all in the house and in 20+ years of renting with VRBO, I’ve never had to pay for trash removal. Other than those fixable issues, house was good.

The property was perfect for our family of 6. We ate dinner in the back patio and enjoyed the quiet location. The house was perfectly stocked . We’d stay again. * We had a trailer with two rzrs and there was room for us to park there.

The cabin was a perfect fit for our family. All three bedrooms were comfortable and cozy! Everything was well stocked and the view is amazing! We got a full moon to boot! We were pleasantly surprised with all the extras for cooking! We will be back for certain!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Perfect cabin with easy access/short walk to the bakery, grocery store and fishing/river access. The porch is dreamy for early morning coffee quiet time. We would most definitely book again!

We were very comfortable and had everything we needed for a week in Lake City. The house shares the area with other homes, but it is very quiet. We slept with open windows are were never disturbed. Close to town if you need anything but out of the noise zone. Great communication with owner.

Everything about this place is amazing. Perfect location. Property manager is very knowledgeable and helped in every way we needed. Family loved the house. Plenty of wood to burn and the deck view is post card perfect. Will certainly return as soon as possible.

Paradise Found was excellent. The views from the deck (or the living area inside if the weather was bad) we’re awesome. Deer strolling thru most mornings.The kitchen was small but well stocked. The master bedroom and bath worked well. Love this area of Lake City but the house/deck is close to neighbors if you are looking for seclusion. We didn’t find the deck furniture cushions until the last day, so look in the deck box on the side of the house when you get there. The owner was great and very responsive. Two thoughts for improvement. We missed a hummingbird feeder. Also consider a cable package with sports channels. Thankfully we brought our own firestick and the wi-if worked well. Thanks again. Ready to come back!

Owner made date confirmation easy and using Affirm. Owner had great communication and had house well supplied with towels, utensils, spices, etc.- which helps on luggage packing. Easy housekeeper communication on departure cleaning. The view is gorgeous through the house windows and sitting on the deck. Town friendly with SXS driving through and driving the trial Colorado roads 20 and 30 for specific distance until 2024 so SXS trailering to trails don't have to happen. We did unload at top of driveway and then back trailer in. Excellent restaurant choices to eat once off trails. Grocery store in SXS driving distance and excellent customer service to get required goods. Liquor store in middle of town had great selection and friendly owners. Trash disposal super easy; just check hours/days. If SXS trailriding to Silverton, the town NO longer allows SXS and laws enforced since Nov. 2021. Check with owners of SILVERTON Lakes RV resort for help with parking ur sxs.

The cabin is perfect for a two families. It was well decorated and clean, plus stocked very well. There are mountain views from the balcony and the neighbors were friendly. Deer sightings every day. Close to town, yet quite and serene.

If you have trailers with ATV’s, the parking is an issue. That’s my only negative about the property (access).

This 3 bedroom cabin worked great for us. We had 3 couples and the house fit us perfect. Although it is close to other houses and to town, it was extremely private, quiet and peaceful with a great view. This was our first time at this cabin but I would highly recommend this cabin. The management was very easy to communicate with.. Easy to check in and out. Great price and very clean.

Advantages are many: +Location in walking distance to town yet sufficiently removed to avoid noise +Beds are comfortable with medium-firm mattresses +Kitchen is well supplied with pots, pans, measuring cups, serving dishes, etc., and the pantry is well supplied with standard condiments +Coffee maker on site is provided with coffee filters +Outside deck is perfect for 4-6 people to sit around a table for drinks and meals NO DISADVANTAGES!!
