Modern interior, kept to a clean standard. Useful supplies were provided and the staff were very polite. The breakfast included was great!

The room shared a door with an establishment that created a lot of noise during the nights. The employees of the company seemed to be in a door-opening marathon, constantly disrupting the sleep. The lack of nighties tranquility negatively impacted my rest and enjoyment of the place

Nice clean modern rooms with daily cleaning service - don’t let the outside surroundings put you off. All staff really friendly and welcoming - great recommendations for restaurants. Good location for the city centre - nice 10/15 min walk. Good breakfast selection.

No lift - but only around 20 steps to climb so not a major issue.

located in a quiet area, about a 10 minute easy walk into the main area of split. Rooms were smaller than we thought but very comfortable and had everything we needed. Great air-conditioning, good hot shower, comfortable bed & pillows and a very good continental buffet breakfast. what really made this stay, however, were the staff - all very friendly and the reception staff were very helpful and knowlegable, always asked where we had been that day etc! Some higher rated hotels could learn something from them.

would have been nice to have a kettle though!
