Welcome to Indio Road 16997! - 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms - Free Wi-Fi (High Speed 1 gig) - Dog Friendly - Private Hot Tub - Fire Pit - Bikes - Half Acre Lot Near everything, yet away from it all! With the feel of a cozy mountain cabin, you will be delighted with ample amenities and the convenience of a short 3-mile drive or bike ride to Sunriver Resort. The Osprey Chalet is one of our closest homes to Mt. Bachelor, offering world class skiing. An easy 20-minute drive on well maintained roads leads to the main ski lodge, Nordic Center and snow parks for cross country and snowmobiling trails. This three-bedroom, dog-loving home offers a beautiful mountain lodge-themed interior and a private fenced half acre! During your stay, you'll have a private hot tub and an outdoor BBQ and dining area on the back patio. Plenty of space in the driveway for various big toys like boats or snowmobile trailers and a secure storage shed for your small toys like skis, bikes and golf clubs. A great home base for skiing, golfing, biking and more! Inside the mountain-themed Chalet, there are two levels and 1,500 square feet of living area. On the main level you'll find a gorgeous, remodeled kitchen with granite countertops and all new stainless steel appliances, dining room with seating for 6 plus, a cozy living room with fireplace. Also on the main level is a bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, flatscreen TV and a Blueray DVD player. Adjacent to the bedroom is a full bathroom with a freestanding luxurious soaking tub, a tiled shower and a stacking washer and dryer. The second bedroom is upstairs and has a queen bed and a full bathroom with a shower, a Netflix capable TV and DVD player in the window-filled loft, along with a game table and futon which makes into a double size bed for extra sleeping options. A pellet stove in the living room keeps the house warm and toasty on chilly nights. A third bedroom can be found above the garage with a queen bed and a twin bed with trundle giving 4 more guests sleeping spaces. Right off the back deck, you'll find the hot tub: perfect for after a day on the slopes. Outside there's also a grill for preparing barbecue feasts and a nice patio set. During the winter and spring time, enjoy gathering on vintage ski chairs as your warm up by the outdoor firepit. A time for S'mores, hot chocolate, family and friends. Bikes are also available to explore the many nearby trails! You may even be able to spot white-tailed deer, rabbits, and other wildlife right from the half-acre fenced yard. This home features internet and TDS Digital TV. This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kind of summer. This cozy cabin property was one of the best I have ever stayed at. The fenced in yard and multiple bedrooms was perfect for our dogs, family and friends to be very comfortable and enjoy our stay. The home was very clean and had everything we could need during our stay (including extra pillows - plus for me). There were excellent instructions on how to use pellet stove and other amenities. We could not of asked for more. I would highly recommend this place if you are a smaller group and have dogs. The firepit in the back was also an added benefit; as we enjoyed a stary night next to the warm fire.

Managment company was very responsive to our questions. House is a quick drive to Bend and a lot of local hikes and other outdoor attractions yet in a quiet area. Was perfect for us.

Great stay...will definitely return!
The place was easy to access and had everything we could possibly need. The Wifi worked very well for for streaming and phone calls. It's a short 20 minute drive to Bend and only a couple minutes to the shops and restaurants in Sunriver. But most importantly, it is located right in the heart of amazing beauty. You're a mile or so from picturesque walks along the Deschutes. Drive a few minutes north and you have park that's literally covered with volcanic rock. Drive 30 minutes south and there's Paulina Lake and Paulina Peak. And that's just a few of the places that are very close. Exploring the greater Bend area opens up even more adventures.
As far as the house goes, in addition to what was mentioned above. It was a great place to get back to after a long day of hiking. The hot tub was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet. And most importantly, the beds were comfortable. We didn't get around to using the bikes, but there are 4 of them. And a large back yard as well.
Overall, we loved the house and we loved the area. We will return!

Great Launch Pad For Ski Weekend
Property is as listed and a great little stay with a short drive up to Mount Bachelor. Great property for pet parents with a fully fenced yard - once you close the driveway gate. Highly recommend and we will be back.

Excellent stay
Great property that lived up to its listing! Huge, fenced in yard that was perfect for our dogs. Great location, 5 minutes to the village in Sunriver and close to nearby sno-parks! Can’t wait to come back and stay again!

The house is far enough away from Sunriver to not have to be in the mix of things but close enough to do everything.

This house was perfect for all of us. The hot tub was very clean! Bbq patio was great. The main bathroom is modern and cute. The bikes were all in working order. Great place to stay for our much needed family vacation. Thank you!

We stayed for a week. It’s a 5-10 minute drive to sunriver village, any bike ride trails, or activities. We stayed with two young kids and dogs great property for them to explore, hot tub was nice to relax in. Only downfall it gets pretty warm at night in the house regardless, they do accommodate with a fan there but there is only one small one. We brought our own just in case and glad we did. Property management was so easy to deal with, respond back immediately and they are extremely friendly!!

This property surpassed expectations! First off, location. This property is a short distance from the Deschutes River where you can drop in your SUP/Kayak/Raft or float the river. Second, it is a stones throw from Sunriver and the awesome Sunriver Brewing (the food is as awesome as the beer). Third, you are 20ish minutes away from several lakes that are great for SUPs- our favorite is Devil's Lake. Fourth, you are not right in the city and yet in close proximity. This may be the best part of the property location. A wonderful street, the neighbors all waved and smiled at our family, the STARS... if you are into star gazing this property is perfect! Without the city lights you can actually see the stars. And lastly-it is in Deschutes County. Need I say more. It truly was a wonderful vacation rental (we never used the hot tub as there was a heat wave during our visit), there are plenty of bed linens, towels, a full kitchen with all your typical appliances and cooking supplies, clean, lovely mountain inspired decor, and a huge lot for your fur babies to run around. We will be back <3.

The hot tub was great! The Wifi is very slow. We were able to get two movies streamed. The rest of the time there were connectivity issues. Overall, clean, comfy and close to everything in Sun River.

My family of four and our two dogs enjoyed our stay immensely. It’s was slightly off the beaten path which is what we were looking for, but still easy to get to food and supplies. The property was extremely dog friendly and only 20 minutes from our favorite fly fishing hole. Management was easy to communicate with and provided clear instructions. Looking forward to our next stay.

Golden Birthday Getaway
My daughter wanted to do something special to celebrate her “Golden birthday”.
The property is just outside Sunriver & was perfectly situated for our needs. It felt clean & safe.
Particularly enjoyed the convenience of the hot tub right off the deck & the water temperature was perfect. I would highly recommend.
