Beautiful view and spacious rooms and facilities Easy way to get and return the keys, very well organized Had a car drive to bring the luggage to the location

The flipside of the beautiful view is that the apartment is high almost at the top of the village and there is a steep walk to get there from the marina. It's ok to do it once or twice, but for longer stays it can be leg breaking

The house was falling down. Dirty kitchen, rooms, bathrooms and BAD PEOPLE AT THE RECEPTION (you get the keys in the office and you go to residences) at the check IN they asked you to pay in CASH. They expect you to PAY IN CASH?!! so you have to bring few hundred euros in check in. House was at the top of the hill. Google said 13 minutes from port walking but it was all going up and it was so steep. House was spacious. But full of dust, bathroom was very disgusting, things was left inside the closet for pillows and other beddings that was used previously. The emergency number was a joke. We had no light for an hour and their emergency number was working for limited time. Same happened the next day, no water and when we called, always busy. Towels and sheets are NOT included in the reservation and you have to RENT it and PAY it CASH!!! EVERYTHING SHOULD BE CASH!!! They even PUT my reservation in NOSHOW so they dont have to pay comission!!! What kind of people who does that?!! THEY DID NOT GIVE US RECEIPT!!!!! NEVER STAY BOOK IN THIS COMPANY!!!! (MARIDEA) i love PONZA but they just ruined my experience this time. Ive been going to ponza for 5 years straight now but they just destroy the experience i had.
