Situated in Sandy Point, this charming house for $327 per night is a great option for your next trip. Sandy Point Getaway is a modern beach house, just five minutes walk from Sandy Point Surf beach. It is a few minutes drive from Shallow Inlet, an excellent fishing and windsurfing spot, and is a 20 minute drive to Wilson's Promontory. With three bedrooms, Sandy Point Getaway will sleep up to 4 adults and 3 children. It is an ideal getaway for a young family Sandy Point Getaway has a fully fenced garden which backs onto fields at the rear. It is safe and secure for children and dogs alike, and is a restful place to enjoy a drink or a BBQ while the kids play on the grass. Sliding glass doors overlook the rear garden, bringing the outdoors right inside. The open-plan kitchen/lounge area is bathed in sunlight during the daytime and opens onto a huge deck, with views over the garden and the farmland. The deck is equipped with sun lounges, barbecue and outdoor table and chairs. The lounge room comes complete with comfortable lounges, TV, Blue Ray Player and CD player. The large windows let in fresh sea air and make for a breezy atmosphere. The kids are well catered for with a vast array of toys, books and DVDs. There is NBN WIFI available and included. Sandy Point Getaways kitchen is fully equipped with a comprehensive choice of utensils, crockery and cutlery, as well as a spacious fridge-freezer, a gas cook-top, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee plunger. The three bedrooms offer quality beds supplied with all linen (no need to bring bedding or make any beds up when you arrive). Two of the bedrooms have queen-sized beds, one has an additional futon bed which is easily made up into a comfortable single. The third bedroom has 3 very comfortable, single beds, two of which are a bunk. A bed rail is supplied for young children and a porta-cot is available if needed. Electric heaters are throughout the house for any cool nights. Bedroom 1 - One queen bed and one single sofa bed. A porta-cot is also available Bedroom 2 One queen bed Bedroom 3 One bunk bed (2 single beds) and another single bed. **Please note - our pricing includes the use of the 2 queen size beds in bedrooms 1 and 2 and the 3 single beds in bedroom 3. If the sofa bed needs to be used an extra $30 per stay applies** Sandy Point Getaway has a full size bath, a separate shower and W/C. A plastic baby bath is also available if necessary. Bathroom towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels. There is a laundry with a fully automatic washing machine, trough and tumble drier. Dogs, and their owners, are most welcome and dogs can walk off the lead on parts of Sandy Point surf beach, at certain times of the year. Though not allowed in the house a comfortable kennel is provided to give them the shelter they need outside (please bring your own dog bedding). Sandy Point Getaway is the perfect beach escape for adults and families alike.

Nice Location and good option for dog friendly accommodation. Although dog kennel was there outside which was not useful in rainy condition and allowing dog inside was real help.

Our stay at Sandy Point was great. The house is as described and pictured. The back farm fence was a challenge for our large dog who could have easily jumped into the neighbouring paddock to play with the cows. Great location, close to the beach.

Sandy Point Getaway ticked all the right boxes for three generations of our family. Comfortable and spacious, well-equipped and clean, with stacks of games, books, kids toys and DVDs to keep everyone entertained if the weather was too damp or cold to venture out. The house is well-situated in a quiet street (our grandkids LOVED talking to the cows over the back fence) and is just a few minutes walk to a beautiful wide surf beach. The area offers excellent fishing, and Wilsons Promontory - with its walks, wildlife and world-renowned scenic beauty - is an easy drive away. We hope to return to Sandy Point Getaway before too long.

Great house with everything you need for a great holiday. A suggestion would be to have a grab rail in the toilet and shower for people with mobility issues .

The house was very clean and well equipped for a family beach holiday. Beds were very comfortable and linen a plus! Great toys for the kids included. We walked to the beach everyday with our puppy. Short walk to one of the best beaches in Victoria including off leash area. The lawn and yard was also great for kids and pets to play. Gill communicated very promptly and was also very accommodating to our needs. Thank you so much and we will definitely come back for another stay.

Perfect house for a family getaway. Clean property; that was comfortable to lounge around at night and play games. Kitchen was spacious and had everything you need. Will definitely book again.

Lovely, bright and spacious house, not short on any creature comforts. Catering for couples or families and their furry family members alike, this place will put you at ease and you will enjoy the serenity and fresh air that sandy point holiday village is all about. If beach walks are your thing you can leave the car behind as the surf beach is an easy 5 min walk and nearby Ned Neale’s lookout point offers incredible views from Wilsons prom across Waratah bay to the cliffs of Walkerville. The property is fully fenced with a locking gate at the street front so you can be confident that your kids and pets will be safe. The property presents well, where the beds are comfortable and the bedding is fresh (linen and towels are provided).The kitchen is well equipped with a gas cooktop / electric oven , nice big refrigerator, microwave oven, and all the pots, pans, crockery and cutlery you could wish for. The living area provides comfortable seating and there is an extensive DVD library, books and copious game boards to keep the whole family entertained should the weather drive you indoors.Bathroom is clean and functional and there is plenty of water pressure for a nice hot shower after a busy day exploring and beach activities. The property owners were responsive and easy to deal with, where all the information was e-mailed prior to our arrival. Would highly recommend this property to anyone that needs to escape the daily grind and indulge their senses in this beautiful part of Victoria from a comfortable base. 10 out of 10.
