We really loved our six nights here and explored a lot of Tokyo

Lovely apartment and a great location Easy to get to several stations. Especially used Tamachi station a lot for the circle line ( easy to use for tourists) Lovely clean and safe area

Good base for Tokyo

Easy location for Tokyo Central with close sub way and JR train stations. Washing machine and drying room was very handy

Kitchen was a bit depleted of full cookware. Luckily I bought chopping board and my favourite knife with me.

Tout : propreté, espace suffisant pour 3, les équipements, les placards, la machine à laver, le système de séchage du linge, le balcon, le calme, la situation géographique proche des lieux de transport, de visite ... Vraiment, tout pour plaire. Je recommande vivement, cet hébergement.

Good location, nice and clean

Customer service is horrible. Everything is ok, unless you have an issue, the customer service person did not speak English nor Japanese. And the response to the messages were very slow. Not ideal in an emergency

A great place to stay

It was close to Tokyo tower and several bus stops and subway stations. The internet was fast.

I couldn't get the microwave to work. Checkout was to early

Overall, the stay was fine (7/10), but if I ever return to Tokyo, I’ll look for a different place.

We booked two apartments. One had a sofa and was of reasonable size, while the other was without a sofa and was rather small. There wasn’t really much space where to put things in the smaller one. The bigger apartment had fine beds, but the smaller one had only very basic beds and mattresses. Still, they were okay. Both apartments had a small kitchen, fridge, kettle and a washing machine. Soap, shampoo and conditioner were provided. Check-in was very easy and smooth. We didn’t hear any neighbours (not sure if there were none or if the walls are soundproof). The location is great.

The only real complaint I have is about cleaning. While neither of the apartments was dirty per se, the level of cleaning could have been much better. The kitchen desk had stains on it (probably coffee/tea/food), and the toilet and bathroom had a lot of water stains, suggesting that no thorough cleaning was done in a long time, only very brief and somewhat negligent. Also, there were a bit of hair here and there. Both apartments show signs of wear, and in pictures, they look better than in reality. It’s not a huge difference, but you can see it.

Horrible stay, useless kitchen, terrible beds, super expensive

I didn't like much about this place. It had a decent location I guess. Not much else.

Where to start. The kitchen didn't have utensils enough to allow two people to cook. There were no surfaces to prepare any food. I specifically rented this place because my mother has food allergies and has to prepare her own food, but cooking in this place was extremely uncomfortable. We requested extra items to cook more comfortably but nothing beyond the extremely basic was provided (we couldn't get a colander neither a bigger bowl to mix salads). The place is extremely expensive and small. The kitchen was not entirely clean. The bath and shower were clogged. The bed disassembled itself several times and I woke up falling with the mattress to the floor. Our experience at the hotel was pretty awful, I don't recommend this place. We paid a lot and got a super poor experience. Also, contacting Booking didn't help at all. This has been my worst experience in Booking ever.

Location is ok. It takes ca. 7 minutes to walk to the nearest metro station.

It would be better if nearby resterants or shopping locations ca be provided.

So so… no next time.

Big room, big space, good facilities.

Many dust all around the room. Staffs are difficult to contact (not read and answer questions in Line ) and not helpful on the check-in date. When we arrived Japan we tried to call them many times. First 2 Chinese ladies seems like not understand English. So not good impression at first time.

Near Tokyo Tower. Comfortable stay in Tokyo with fair price. Will recommend.

The location is 10 minutes walking distance from the Tokyo Tower, so it is convenient to take photos of the Tokyo Tower during daytime and at night. Also, the apartment is near a subway station and another JR station. The place is clean and quiet.

Maybe the check-in instruction could be a bit clearer. The room key is in a secured locker with a password that is available on a website, which requires another password from the host. Accidentally, we did not get that second password in the first place, but the host responds quickly and solved the issue professionally.

The facility was new but not taken care of.

The staff did not keep their word on many occasions, all though they admitted their mistake they did not take.the.responsibility They do not speak English and they give out promises they cannot keep. So sorry to say that, I think this is my first negative review to the hotel ever.

It was an okay stay.

The property provided a washing machine that was useful. And the room was okay sizeable on Tokyo standard.

There was no proper table for a meal though it provided a little kitchen.

Not again

This flat is located near two subway and one train station. All are convenient to go around in Tokyo and to arrive from Haneda. The place is also very calm and check-in is easy.

The flat is minuscule, no space for anything, the wifi is unbelievable slow and useless (it is really bad and hangs specially in the evening). Cooking in the flat is also to forget. Not really recommended, unless you are used to these conditions and the location is suitable. For one person only it is much better than for two though.
