It’s a very traditional ibiza finca, so nothing super fancy but very authentic. Montse was so much help and always responded super fast. She made our stay really good! The house has a lot of privacy, which is amazingly and the size of the house is suitable for 8 people. The location is truly perfect, because the house is literally 2 minutes of the cute little town Santa Gertrudis away. There you can find plenty of good restaurants, a ATM, a supermarket and a few cute shops, including a shop where you can buy cigarettes. Ibiza town is also just 15 minutes away. We would definitely stay in that house again and I want to thank Montse again for everything!! :)

The only thing is that you can feel that the house is older in some areas in the house, for example in the kitchen and the bathroom. Also the stove in the kitchen is super slow, so it took us forever to cook on that stove…Nevertheless for the price it is totally fine!

Excellent host. The villa was in great location just outside of a beautiful town, 10min walk. Rustic, simply and nicely decorated and had everything you need. The pool and grounds were fantastic. We loved our stay.

Excellent villa with everything you may need for a vacation with friends. Two bathrooms and enough space even for large groups, inside and outside. We did not use the pool, but enjoyed the outdoor dining areas in the garden and the barbecue facilities. Excellent contact with the host both before and during the stay, we would love to come back!

The location of the villa is not exactly where indicated by Booking.com, but still within walking distance to the center of Santa Gertrudis and great to reach each side of the island by car in less than half an hour.

Location was good 5 min walk to the village where there are plenty of bars cafe restaurants and children’s play area. Bedrooms very comfortable and two nice bathrooms, 3 downstairs one master upstairs. Good air con so easy to cool down whole of the house. Nice lounge area and big kitchen table to seat 8/10 people. Pool and garden was nice lots of flowers. There are 3 big Fig trees so if you go end August you will be eating them all day. Owner was very friendly and helpful. They left you alone and we didn’t see them after check in. They allowed early check in and late check out so it was perfect we couldn’t ask for more than that!

Lots of cobwebs ! It was clean but there was room for improvement. Pool went cloudy one day but they sent a pool man to sort it out immediately and it was fine then. Probably a blocked filter but they did everything to resolve it. Not sure that it’s very practical to have grass around a pool as it tends to go into the water! Probably what blocked the filter..
