Enjoyed our stay. Only negatives - basketball was deflated and old, should have had one that worked as they had bball court shown on site. I also tried to get owners to help me figure out how to work the master bedroom tv and never heard back from them. It was the perfect location for wanting to go to disney and beaches.

The home is nice and was just what we needed for 4 families during a basketball tournament. Owners were quick and responsive.

Our family gathered for a fun time in Disneyland. This home was in the perfect spot. It was only about 10 minutes away- no freeways involved. There were enough rooms and bathrooms to accommodate our large family.

The mattresses are subpar and the neighbor's rooster waking us up each morning at 5am negatively impacted our trip. The owners should've been forthright about these two issues, especially because we were only using their house to sleep and were never there during the day. I would think a credit for these two big problems should be issued to us.

We were a group of 9 (5 adults and 4 teens). I’ll share an accurate view of our stay so others are prepared:
Pros:
1. House was clean when we arrived
2. There was enough space and bathrooms for the 9 of us
3. The kitchen worked well for us and photos didn’t show it but there is a dining table that seats 8.
4. The pool table was great and whole family really enjoyed it. The ping pong table was ok (it’s in a bit of disrepair but it’s workable).
Cons:
1. The bed in the first junior master bedroom was terrible. It caved in the middle and the couple who slept on that bed were miserable. It needs a new mattress.
2. The bunk beds don’t seem stable enough for teens…more suited for kids. Nobody ended up sleeping on top bunk.
3. The video games in the game room are unusable and should be removed or replaced. Very old and don’t operate properly.
4. Photos showed a tv in the game room but there was no TV in game room which is unfortunate.
5. Game room is in garage but only accessible by going outside…can’t access game room from in the house.
6. The house needs a little more day to day maintenance…remotes and smoke alarms had dead or missing batteries; soap dispenser in dishwasher doesn’t work; lots of cracked floor tiles…may not interfere with your enjoyment but noting anyway.

We stayed two nights of our getaway at this unique rental property. We chose it based on location and the most unusual three master bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom. There are multiple large flat screen TV’s. Parking is inside the back yard with an electric gate and felt safe. We had spent a day at Newport Beach which is an easy drive away 20 minutes, and were planning to spend two days at Disneyland 15 minutes away. The immediate area has a half block walk to a convenience store and easy 5 minute drive to multiple restaurants and even Costco. The property owners went above and beyond in helping us retrieve a baby item left behind, they even arranged for a fed ex delivery of this item! This sets them apart from many others and it was much appreciated. This property was an excellent choice. Parents travelling with small children might benefit from bringing a couple of plastic cups or children’s plates. As someone else mentioned, if you are a light sleeper the rooster next-door might wake you up early but if you are heading to Disney that is not a big deal and certainly not the fault of the property owners, nor does it overshadow the benefits of staying at this property. Sincere thanks again to Katy and Long for helping us retrieve our left behind item.

Check-in: we arrived around 8pm and upon our arrival, the door was wide open - creepy and straight outta a scary movie. We had to send the men in first to scope it out. The property manager was responsive, but simply said that it must’ve been the cleaners.
Immediately after settling in, we discovered the following:
* thermostat was set to cool only. We stayed in February when it dropped to the upper 30s at night and needless to say, we went to sleep freezing (while waiting for the property manager to respond). We then woke up in the middle of the night because the property manager remotely turned the thermostat to heat and it was burning up in the house. Why not just allow your guests to control the thermostat between heat and cool?
* TV in the living room was not working. The remote control possibly needed new batteries, but definitely something that should’ve been checked before we checked in.
* The game room was locked and the only way we could access was to manually unlock via a coin (think old school locks) and not all the arcades showed in picture were in working condition
* The bath towels were not the white plush towels in the picture - we got flat dark grey towels that resembled old rags.
* This house was the perfect example of being the best house in the neighborhood. Needless to say, I thought it was a shady neighborhood and if it weren’t for the electric gate for some security, I would’ve slept with one eye open.
* Also must be pointed out, the neighbors have a rooster that crows at exactly 5:45am for 15 minutes. The first morning I thought I was dreaming, but of course he did it again the next morning. I was so shocked to hear it, I even recorded a video to share with friends. It was pretty comical to hear and I thought, oh course there’s a rooster, lol! So if you’re into that, you’ll get it at this house.

Great proximity to theme parks, but overall would choose another property

Great for families
Great home for large families. Close to Disneyland. All the activities in the garage keep the kids, teens, and adults entertained and having fun. Lots of close shopping for everything. Walk to the corner for some yummy street tacos!!!

It was a nice weekend staycation. The home is very spacious. Everyone had a fun time especially in the garage due to the ping pong table. I am glad we had access to the washer and dryer. Also, there were plenty of towels avaliable for use.
