Our Chateau comes with full access every part of the house: the kitchen, living room, indoor washer and dryer, also included is high speed wifi, smart TVs, an lap style pool and spa. This is not a shared home. We are close to Old town La Quinta, the Waldorf Astoria, the 4.5 miles from the Polo Fields, PGA West and the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. Also close by are wonderful restaurants, grocery stores and El Paseo for luxury shopping! Finally, a short 30 minute drive will get you to downtown Palm Springs, 45 minutes to Cabazon and a variety of Casinos are around town! If you have kids we have a private park at the end of our cul de sac and the Living Desert is close by! You can walk, bike, Uber or drive! Parking is available in the driveway.
