This place was huge. It had more bedrooms than we could even use and the location, right off Main street, was perfect. Both a hot tub and small indoor pool were nice. Place was a little dated which I didn’t care about, except the Kitchen which was new and had everything, including 2 refrigerators. Trout pond as advertised. We caught bunch (all catch & release) including two monsters 3+ lbs. Place is good for multiple families or a group of 9+. Owner and property manager both attentive and responsive. Rent this place and have some fun.

We loved the house and the location. It was perfect for a large group (we were 16) and we loved all being in the same house. The bedroom setup is great, with plenty of bathrooms and lots of space. The owner was kind and accommodating. Overall a great stay!

Dick's was a great home away from home. Very cleanly, plenty of room, and a great entertaining home. Proximity to downtown was great! Just a short 3 minute walk to all the dining and shopping you could ask for. Also very convenient to many top end ski resorts in the area. We hit 4 mountains all less than 2 hours away.

The location is close to several mountains and walking distance to Frisco’s Main Street. The house was large and had plenty of space. The morning after we arrived, we were surprised when a random man walked into the house with no warning from the owner or property manager, not even a knock on the door. He came every morning to check the hot tubs but with NO warning which I consider unacceptable when you book a private property. There was only one bar of soup provided per shower, not per sink. No additional hand soap was provided. We ran out of toilet paper and paper towels before the end of our stay and had to supply our own. We left the house is good condition and ran the dishwasher as requested. The owner sent photos of crumbs, a lip stain on a glass and pots that were put away lopsided. Perhaps the dishwasher needs maintenance because we noticed dirty glasses and silverware upon our arrival the first day and decided to clean them ourselves before using. Overall we enjoyed our stay until after check out when the owner claimed my group and I trashed the home and requested additional money for cleaning fees when we already paid a large cleaning fee and property damage fee. It seems like management is trying to take advantage of our group. I will be more cognizant to take photos at the start and end of my stays in the future to avoid this type of situation and I recommend that to anyone else booking Dick’s.

This house was everything it said and more. We had 3 families with kids and some single adults. The house gave room for everyone to gather together or to separate if desired. Great 4 night stay for us and will definitely use this house again.

Very good experience

The entire family was impressed by both the house as well as the overall property. Convenient to everything. Kids used both the pool and hot tub, and loved both. The outside deck was great., could easily fit our group of 17 for meals, and hanging out. Luxury doesn’t begin to describe Dicks last resort. Wow!

Lots of space for our family of 13, along with a convenient location to the many Frisco activities.

This is our third time staying in the property. It is a great location just 2 blocks from Main St. but still feels secluded. The pond in back is great for kids’ fishing and the rambling feel of the interior is expansive yet cozy feeling. The one thing I would suggest is more interior lighting.

Fix smell around hot tub area. & outdoor heaters would be great for cold morning coffee & cocktails evening on the deck

Our family of 17 just spent another amazing week in Frisco. This property has everything we could ask for. We hiked, biked, played tennis, shopped and when it rained we enjoyed time together in the spacious home. We look forward to returning next summer for our 6th time.

This home was a great place to gather for a family reunion. It accommodated our family of nine siblings and their spouses. The house is in a perfect location, a short walk to Main Street. The house overall is a bit dated and could use a complete renovation. Upon arrival, we found wet shag carpet. Being mandatory to remove shoes upon entering, our socks got wet when we walked in. The "removing of shoes rule" became annoying, since we had to take them off to bring luggage inside and put them back on to get more bags. There's a note on the door that says "New Carpeting" costs $25,000.00" so we didn't want to be charged for any stains on the carpet. The other crazy thing is that there are three major flagstone landings - one in the entryway, one by the indoor pool and one by the back door. These ARE NOT level with the carpet and every single one of us stubbed our toes. I personally kicked the flagstone at least 5 different times, and thought my toe was bleeding. It REALLY hurt! This NEEDS to be corrected before someone gets seriously injured. The rooms in the house are pretty nice, with the four upstairs rooms being the nicest and the downstairs rooms being somewhat small and offset. However, the Master Bedroom was as big as an apartment and had everything you could imagine. Large bed, comfy seating area with large sofas, TV, walk in closets and separate bathroom and a work out machine. A couple of issues here. The work out machine shown in the photos does not work. The cable which connects ALL of the workout stations is off the track, rendering all the stations useless, because they're all connected. This was very disappointing, because I REALLY wanted to work out during my stay. I contacted the owner, but it never got fixed. Look like it's been broken for a while. They don't mention it on the website. Some other issues we had: The hot tub was ice cold upon arrival. It took two days to heat up to a comfortable temperature. There is no pantry in the kitchen, so finding places to put dry goods was a task. Two days in a row, we had workers show up. Not a problem, but they just WALKED in the house without knocking!! The 2nd day, we didn't even know they were coming. My sister turned to see a man standing inside the house, which startled her!! Some of the others were just getting out of the shower, so it was REALLY awkward and intrusive!!! I put an end to that right away. Nice house, but A LOT needs to be addressed!

We selected this property for a family reunion, and couldn't be happier. communication with manager leading up to and during stay was excellent. The big gas fireplace was turned off for the season, but when a cold spell moved through at the beginning of our stay, they were happy to light the fireplace quickly, then turn it off a few days later when the whether warmed up. it was easy walking distance to main street in Frisco, but they was they landscape the property, you feel very secluded. They has a massage chair that we surprisingly used daily (and now my wife wants to buy one). We considered many VRBO's for our reunion, and although decision was tough, we a glad we went with this property.

Second winter stay at this lovely home. Well stocked kitchen (no spices or paper goods). Great fire places. Hot tub a delight. Responsive staff for problems. Highly recommend.

The kitchen was well equipped to prepare a traditioal Thanksgiving meal. Frisco and neargy Breckenridge were fun to visit and to grab a good meal. Looks like it would be a great place to visit any season of the year.

Hi, I wanted to let you know that our family had an absolutely amazing , wonderful time in Colorado. We loved your home . The fish pond was a big hit with all of the grandkids and lots of the adults as well. We had plenty of room for each of our 5 children and their spouses and kids to have their own space and then plenty of room to gather in the kitchen and living area . We did lots of hikes and biking . One group made it within 700 feet of the top of peak 1. Between us we saw mountain goats , a moose , and an Elk . We made many wonderful memories and hope to be able to come back again . Thanks so very much
